One of the ladies who work there was mean and pressing for my email and address. I said I don’t like to have junk mail or junk emails. She was snarky and said, «well you asked about BOGO.» We buy shoes when we need it and that is not often. I simply asked about a popular discount, doesn’t mean I’m begging for a discount. Take a chill pill.

I find tons of shoes and there are always sales here. The staff is nice and willing to help when I ask. It’s in a convenient location, as I live right across the street.

I go to this store very often for shoes and enjoy the wide variety of selections they have. They have really cute heels that are SUPER cheap and cute flats and boots etc. The styles are really in and some are even fashion forward. They also have nice and cute accessories. BUT the quality is not amazing. They don’t sell leather shoes and usually after being worn for six months the shoes kinda just… die… But since it’s EXTREMELY cheap thats not too bad! So I recommend this store for cute stylish shoes. But if you want like nice leather flats that’ll last you years here is not the place to find that.

I love this shoe store for kids shoes and ladies flats. The kids’ shoes are great quality and last up to a size change is due. My kids are hard on their shoes so it is important that they wear durable ones. I have loved both pairs of my ballet flats which are more comfortable than those I had bought at Target. The woman at the counter is pleasant and there always seems to be a special sale.
Another great thing about this Payless is that they sell quality ballet and tap shoes at reduced prices. I wish I had known this three years ago when my daughter started ballet and dance!
