My husband went in for a routine outpatient procedure. The doctor completely botched the procedure– we assumed that he had experience placing stents to remove kidney stones but boy were we wrong. My husband ended up having a 5 day hospital stay for a routine procedure. The doctor was completely MIA! Didn’t explain, basically didn’t are at all that this had happened. WORST experience I have ever had with anyone. I can’t believe that this jerk has not been stripped of his medical license.

I happen to know the doctor’s and staff at this clinic are top notch. They truly care about their patients. The reviews I have seen describe situations in which people seem upset due to policies that are in place at the clinic. All I can say is you can’t believe all the negative reviews you read on here. People tend to leave stuff out like the office staff will try to help you. But I have worked in the medical field myself. I worked in it for seven years. So I know that some insurance companies are VERY strict about how they take payments. That is the fault of the insurance company and maybe you should complain to them instead of blaming the messenger. Some policies can be worked around, but many can’t and sometimes are there for YOUR safety even though you don’t realize it. FYI I think you should review the insurance company when your issue is with them.

The office staff runs this place. I did not have my insurance and wanted to pay out of pocket and then send to my insurance company. The front desk told me that its too much work for their book keeper.(they have a sign that says they accept master and visa though). You could not hope to find people who hate their jobs more. I was told to come back when I had the numbers. I have a kidney stone. I can not attest to the doctor but the staff is atrocious with business practices to match.

Doctor Cooper was nice and helpful to my boyfriend. Was very descriptive of things and was definitely looking out for his best interest. The office staff… including the one that really needs to retire and obviously hates her job and people, really needs an attitude adjustment. Seeing her ignore people and roll her eyes at people and just be plain rude was amazing. Everyone was commenting on it. I mean really people, if your coming to a urologist, things can’t be good and the first thing you get is attitude… yea…not the ideal visit. Great doc but he needs to adjust his office staff real quick! I personally say skip the place. You don’t need to deal with the bs when your already in a bad situation to begin with.
