Sad. I’m so sad. This used to be a good place… Then someone bought the complex, screwed over the old manager and the new one doesn’t live on site which SUCKS…
Now it’s dirty, loud, parking is a free-​for-​all, it’s utter chaos… Lights don’t work, etc. Absolute crap and they charge WAY, way too much. I was told it’s because people from Seattle are moving towards Renton so now they are taking advantage and jacking up the prices. Oh, and be prepared to have your vehicle broken into too, there’s a big problem with that and occasionally a car even goes missing. It’s an absolute s**t show! DO NOT MOVE HERE. You were warned.
