I’ve been having my vehicles serviced here for years from wiring harnesses in my Mercury minivan, timing belt, hoses and belts in My Santa Fe, and all of the normal maintenance items in between. The customer service has always been great, prices reasonable, the guys have always been thorough in their inspections and helpful in their recommendations.

Let me preface by saying that finding a good & honest mechanic is as important as finding a good physician. They need to be able to properly diagnose the issue and repair it in a reassonable time frame and at a fair price.
Jeremy the shop manager has by far, exceeded my expectations. His knowledge and expertise is spot on. The level of professionalism I’ve experienced has been commendable. They have even gone out of their way to give me a ride home as I needed to leave my car their overnight in one instance.
I would highly recommend their services to anyone that needs something done… and done right. For as long as my wife and I own a vehicle. We will be bringing them here without hesitation.

They overcharge greatly on repairs! Was told I needed breaks replaced and power steering line replaced. Total cost $ 1200! Power steering replacement was $ 435 alone. I allowed them to do front brakes as that was most important. That was $ 360. I called around about my power steering and was able to get it done for $ 250. I’m upset I wasted $ 360 for front brakes. They lost my & my mothers business with their price gouging. They did do a good job on my brakes & that is why I gave an additional star. I recommend you shop around if you don’t like having your wallet raped.

I like this place! I’ve come here twice & both times got my vehicle repaired at a very reasonable price, while other shops would try to add on unnecessary repairs… Gene’s the man. Respectful, knowledgeable, straightforward & truthful.

I can’t recommend this establishment. What company does a tune up without an oil change? This one. What company charges for two hours even if they didn’t need it? This one. What company doesn’t itemize their costs for parts and labor? This one. If you are okay with all of those things then take your chance. This company doesn’t have to worry about any future business from me.

These guys deserve a medal. My Infiniti was finished before so fast. Diagnosed the problem and made me a lifetime customer.

I’ve been going to these guys for years now no matter where I’ve lived in the Seattle area. They’re always the best value. They let me know exactly what is wrong with the car, what my options are, and when I need to replace things.
For instance, they’ll tell me that my XYZ part is wearing down and will probably last for about 6 months, which gives me time to plan for its replacement. They’re really good with making sure I know when things like timing belts need to be replaced so that I don’t have bigger problems that come from them breaking in use.
The only time I had any trouble with them was with a car window and I had to take it back in a couple of extra times. They got it right and did not charge me extra. They also made sure I had a loaner to use.
Every one working there is very professional and nice. Recently, Gene spent time with me generating a list of new cars that I should check out based on what I wanted. It was really helpful when car shopping and not something he needed to do.

Great shop. Doesn’t feel like a chain and Maher and Gene seemed honest, upfront, and friendly. Maher offered me a lift to anywhere nearby if I needed it. I declined and just went for a walk. Shop facility seems well-​kept, good waiting area, lots of credential stuff posted, and really cool to see lots of parts for viewing in the waiting area; even an old Mitsubishi 4-​banger on an engine stand, complete with its naked damaged parts.
