I would give negative stars if i could.
I have been going to Rachel for 5 years as my normal practitioner. I called her because I was really sick, which is normally when you would call your doctor right? Well apparently she doesn’t see people with
fevers!!! What! Isn’t that why you are a doctor?! Minus 1 star.
As a female who has haR4
d previous cervical abnormal pap smear I have asked her numerous times to be checked down below. She has declined saying based on past history I should be be ok (3 ok pap smears) Minus 4 stars. When I switched doctors I had another abnormal pap smear.
NEVER GO TO RACHEL GONZALES

Dr. Gonzales is the best Physician I have ever known– and I have worked with many. She cares. She listens and responds to your needs. She doesn’t push drugs on you– she really believes in natural healing. She doesn’t judge you. Her philosophy on care is very progressive! Her MA Theresa is great (but we still miss you Bree!) and their online system is super efficient. Yes it can be hard to get in at a moment’s notice, I almost wish she would take on a partner but I don’t think anyone else could measure up. When you are in the room with her she takes her time and makes you feel comfortable– I also have probably not spent more than 5 minutes in her waiting room or the exam room waiting to see her.
I am so glad I have Dr. Gonzalez in my corner!

Dr. Rachel Gonzalez is the best choice you will make for a family practice physician. She is always on the cutting edge of new preventative screening tests, vaccines, medications, and treatments. She takes a genuine interest in listening to her patients needs and understanding their concerns. She is very popular so try and schedule your appointment early, however, they do save some slots open each day for emergencies or if you wake up feeling really sick, bladder inflections, etc. but those can fill up quickly too. Her staff is really friendly and the medical assistants/​nurses are very nice too (and knowledgeable). I’ve been seeing her for about 5 years and go to her for everything (she does well woman exams too for the ladies that may be reading this). You will not be disappointed if you choose Dr. Gonzalez!
