Also super super dirty cup that made me almost gag. I got really sick later that day and I think this place may have played a role.

Has got to be the worst Chinese food I’ve ever tasted the lemon chicken tasted like fried chicken with some sort of glaze on it that had no resemblance of lemon. Generals chicken tasted like some flavor that I’ve never tasted before the only positive of this place was the paper wrapped chicken it was OK. Stay away!

So we thought we would try this place out instead of king egg roll which is our go to. Well this place sucks there food is flavor less. And poorly made. So we will NEVER be coming back! King egg roll beats this place by far wen it comes to food quality.

Called and made a pick up order. I was rushed on the phone by the employee and when we picked up the food, it was even shorter service. The food was disgusting. It was oily, cold and went pretty much untouched. Do NOT eat here.

Overcharged, terrible customer service, greasy food.
The cheese puffs were good but not great.
Mongolian beef was decent.
Lettuce wraps were terrible.
Hot and sour soup was neither.
We ordered take out. While placing the order the lady was rude and quick to hangup, not even telling us the final price of our order. Once we arrived to pick the food up we asked if we could split the check up and the only option she gave us was to split it in half.

Our family loves eating here the foods great and you always have quick service. The only complaint is the ambiance. .it needs a deep clean and a remodel. Please get rid of table clothes.

I’ve had my fair share of Asian cuisine and this is probably the worst experience I’ve had. I ordered BBQ Duck and beef with snow pea and to be honest, the bbq duck tasted like they had it for a few days and microwaved it for me. It was stale and not juicy at all. The only reason I gave it a two star was because the beef w/​snow pea was alright and I’m a nice guy. This would be a place I’m going to avoid from here on out.

Love this place. The staff is always polite, professional and kind. The food is delicious. Very short wait time for food.

Although I’ve only ordered food to go, the place appears to be clean and nice. The food I order is always ready when I arrive and taste great. The price is a little higher than some of the other places near by but worth every cent. :) Service is always good and friendly.

Rarely have I had a bad experience here other than You can tell when the waitress is having a bad day sometimes, but I’ve never had a problem with the food, and I am very picky about my Chinese food. Excellent food, pricing isn’t bad, and they are very quick.

Had take out and for the price and what we got, wont be coming back here to get dinner.
30.00 dollar two dishes and the appetizer plate! Back to Egg Roll King in North Hills…

I’ve been here a few times now because they are very close to my house. It’s definitely not consistent on their flavors and freshness it seems.
The last time we came her it was not too bad, but I was looking down and I noticed their table cloths. OMG! They looked like they’ve never been cleaned. I was mortified. I can only imagine how clean they keep everything else.
The service was really nice and accommodating, they had a server and the lady that brought our food out and then another lady that cleaned up our plates. It was odd when we left she came really fast and took our receipt that we signed before we could even get up out of our seats. Maybe they’ve had problems with people not paying?
I am sure we will still come here every once in a while, but I don’t really feel good about coming here too often because of the table cloths.

Still have not had a single problem here, and each time I go in there seems to be more diners there.
My wife and I ordered some food to go once again (as we have many times this last year), and I must say … it was absolutely delicious this time around!
The sweet and sour pork was divine, the chicken fried rice was perfect, and the chicken chow mien was out of this world. I’m not kidding. We couldn’t believe it, and we couldn’t stop eating!
We were very, very pleasantly surprised.
We also had broccoli beef, and it was still average. The beef was a little on the tough side, and the broccoli seemed like it wasn’t soaked in the stir fry for very long. It’s the one dish I think we’ll stop ordering, and that’s unfortunate.
But, again … this last time was a real treat, especially for the price.
I hope the food stays at this level of nomminess.

The restaurant is depressing. The food is not good at all. IF I had no other options I would suggest take-​out to avoid the outdated dirty restaurant. I’ve never seen more than one table occupied.

I love there food. Great quality and always nice when I pick up. Would suggest their sweet and sour pork or Mongolian beef is the pick.

Worst service in town. They act like you’re an inconvenience to them and a major bother.

Ordered Orange Chicken, it was an extremely tiny piece of chicken surrounded by a TON of breading (batter?) to make it look better. The taste was underwhelming. The Chow Mien was very bland.
The only reason I give it two stars instead of one is because the Fried Rice and spring roll was okay. And the staff was polite. However, from the taste alone I have no desire to come back.

STAY AWAY, we walked in and were the only ones, AT LUCH TIME, should have been a clue. We discussed whether the meat was good. Poor quality and not good at all. My wife said the bathroom was disgusting and gross I am thinking of calling the health dept.

My wife and I eat here a few times a month. The staff always remembers us and treats us as special guests. I really like their egg foo young, hot and sour soup, chicken wing appetizer, and war wonton soup. The shrimp chow mien is really good too as is the shrimp fried rice. The prices are so good that I find it hard to resist eating here more often but don’t won’t to wear out a good thing. Compared to egg roll king nearby, this is the only Chinese food we will eat in the north valley’s since every time I’ve tried egg roll king, my food is swimming in oil. Never has been a problem like that here.

I don’t come here often, but when I do its when I’m desperate. I don’t care about service, as I get to-​go but even the phone call is short and you sound like you’re annoying them.
The meat is questionable, full of gristle. The vegetables consist of canned mushrooms, cabbage, and cabbage.
I’m writing this review to remind myself that under no circumstances, spend money here again. I’ve only done it a few times and every time I regret it.
