Cee is exceptional at fading hair, more specifically the razor fade. He is very professional and detail-​oriented. Hit him up for a great haircut and customer experience!

I am very happy with my haircut. It looked good from day one and still looks good weeks later. Every detail is provided for and checked twice. I expect to continue coming here myself and will share my opinion with my contacts.

Moving from the Bay Area recently, I was worried about finding a Barbershop. Furthermore, a Barber that had the skill set to make me comfortable with them cutting my hair. Then I found Mr. Cee on Unilocal and his shop, The Biggest Little Barbershop. It’s a small shop inside a complex (Phenix) of other small shops, but it’s welcoming and perfect for the one-​on-​one interaction. You know the jitters and awkwardness of being in a Barbershop with other people? That doesn’t happen here. Mr. Cee ONLY does cuts by appointment. He also breaks the awkwardness between you and him, which shows his customer service and professionalism. He holds his work to extreme criticism, so much that he won’t let you leave or look at it until he feels his work is satisfactory to him. That speaks VOLUME to how much passion he has for his trade! Prior to this, I’ve had the same barber for FIVE YEARS. Mr. Cee will have my business for as long as I reside in Reno. I’m already looking forward to my next haircut!

Another 5 star review, many more to come I’m sure. I’m not a barber connoisseur per se, but this was by far the best barber experience I’ve had. Cee’s attention to detail was meticulous, and his skill clear as you don’t even feel the blade. I would guess he is slightly more expensive than the average barber around Reno, but worth it for the experience and skill. Will be returning!

My first time haircut from Mr. Cee and I am impressed. Cee is super professional and very meticulous. I had forgotten what it was like to get a haircut from a real professional. Very nice little shop and very clean and neat too.
I learned that Cee would prefer you make an appointment so that he can schedule the time necessary so no waiting when you come in. Also, his shop actually is within a larger shop with the signage of «Phenix» on the marque. Enter there and find Cee’s shop (#109) within.

Found Cee here on Unilocal when I was looking for a barber for my son here in Reno. He provided one of the nicest cuts my kid has ever had. Not only can he cut but he’s extremely clean, after even customer I noticed he took time to meticulously clean his instruments. To me that’s a big deal. Will definitely return.

This is the only barber shop I go to in Reno. The environment is perfect, you can relax, and most importantly get a great cut. Cee is very professional and has great attention to detail. He is willing to go the extra mile to make sure you have a great experience. I highly recommend trying him out if you haven’t already.
