While I have a totally separate opinion of starbucks and their coffee my review is based off the specific location. When I used to work graveyard shift I would often come here at 4:30 am on the dot, i was literally the first one in the drive thru the second they were open the staff probably thought i had no life or something, I even knew how long it took to get from my workplace to here so i could coincide my drive time with the exact time of opening. Anyways the staff was always friendly in the morning and to be honest I cant really complain about long wait times because there were never any wait lines since i was the first one there. But I got my stuff fairly quickly and my stuff was always made correctly so overall this place is pretty good, at least at 4:30 am it is i cant speak for any other time of day.

Whatever happened to customer service? A simple apology for giving me a regular coffee not the latte I ordered, would have been nice. Instead I got a rude comment and laughter from the gang inside. Great way to start my day. Nice job there. Jeez, where do they get these folks…

Starbucks is Starbucks, right? well the drinks are pretty much standardized, the employees for the most part are competent. Why 1 star here? because after getting our drinks, we sat down at a table. And in no time, water started leaking from the ceiling, onto our stuff on the table, including wifes purse. Must be because it is snowing outside we say something to a female employee. «of that’s been that way for over a year… blah, blah, blah.» Really? Over a year? And nothing is getting done about it? And thanks for no apology too! So we move to another spot. The water continues dripping on the table… no one puts a note on the table to sit elsewhere… no one bothers to move the little table anywhere else where the water is not dripping… just let people figure it out for themselves. So for a complete ‘not give a damn’ attitude Starbucks on Damonte Ranch, one star for you.

Did not try the drive-thru(there was a big line) but went inside. Somehow our drinks took much longer than anticipated. Too much worker chit chat. There was no one in line in front of us and only one drink was in the process of being made before ours. There were two people making drinks but it was not clear who was making them for the drive-thru or the store. The drive-thru customer we saw at the window waited as long as we did for our drinks. Either way, it looks like people just have to wait. That is just the price you pay when you are buying $ 4.00 coffee.

Nice job staff! Though I had to wait a bit it was Christmas. Those kids were working their buts off and had a great attitude. They were greeting their customers by first name. These kids could teach customer service. This should be a corporate training center!

I despise writing poor rated reviews… but this Starbucks really sent me home frustrated. First, the gal at the bar couldn’t put my lid on properly. She ended up squishing my drink which spilled all over my cup. Did she attempt to fix it? Nope. She just smeared her dirty hand all over the mouth part of my lid and served me a cup dripping with latte. So, I grabbed some napkins and wiped it down. No apologies from the barista. Next, I left with my drink. I looked at the cup and saw that it wasn’t decaf or nonfat. How can you miss both, I don’t know. So… I had to turn around and return it… which I also hate doing. I am now waiting forever for my drink. Forever meaning… I am writing this review while waiting in Starbucks for my re-made drink. So now I have received my drink and I can finally get out of here. Wait…my drink is burnt. Ugh. Seriously!!! The issue with decaf espresso is that no one ever bothers to calibrate the shots. I gave up on Starbucks in California because there were way better options. Nevada isn’t any better. This drink is going in the garbage and I plan to look for something else in the area. Poor excuse of a location!

I’m going to make this a solid 5 stars — why? 1. Location — easy access in the parking lot area. 2. Drive thru — a must on a cold or hot day. 3. Friendly and helpful staff — offering ideas of drinks I would like while waiting for drinks to be made. 4. Prompt service — I was a few cars deep when I ordered and the service was prompt. 5. Drinks — made correctly. Sometimes Starbucks are hit and run with their ability to execute a drink correctly. Also, I always order soy and the wife orders regular milk. This quite often leads to «soy whatever the wife ordered» and«regular whatever I ordered.» This location always gets it right!

The Baristas here are super friendly with an Asian male being my favorite person(I keep forgetting his name!). The service is prompt and when it isn’t prompt, I got my coffee for free. My current complicated drink is always perfect(triple grande salted caramel mocha with soy no whip). A couple of weeks ago, some nice person paid for my coffee 2 cars ahead of me in some«pay it forward movement». It’s always a nice experience at this place and I just have not one complaint. See you guys tomorrow!

I have stopped going to this particular location because of one thing: employee X. He is usually grumpy, always trying to sell people extra products, and has loud, awkward and inappropriate conversations with some customers. I’ve never seen him smile. Even though this location is close and convenient for me, I won’t return if Mr X is working. If you go and he’s working, you will know within a minute and you won’t be pleased.

First, let me say I LOVE Starbucks… I really do and am a «Gold Reward» customer. I always order the same thing; passion tea lemonade, no syrup and LIGHTICE. On three of my four trips to this location, the barista looked at the order on the cup(which was written correctly), made the drink then looked me in the eye and said«passion tea lemonade, no syrup, light ice.» The only problem was it was FULL ice. Then I have to go through the hassle of having them make it again. I got so tired of it, I contacted corporate the last time. Starbucks prides itself on making your drink to order, they need to LISTEN to the customers at this location. BTW– corporate apologized and sent me a free drink certificate, but I never heard from the Manager of this location.
