I paid for two cheese danishes and was handed two paper sacks. I drove away and realized that one of the sacks was empty. How do you not know that something is empty. WTF??? Why would you hand me an empty paper bag?!

I work very near this store. Yesterday, the 2nd of August, I came over for my lunch ½ hour. The products were fine, no big deal; a latte and a banana nut bread slice. My gripe is dirty tables. I was there between 3:30 and 4:00. Many of the tables were dirty with clutter, cracker pieces, and certainly un-wiped. In the entire time that I was there not once did either young woman come out to check the condition of the tables and certainly wiped nothing clean. Most of the tables are out of their sight due to a wall. So, knowing that, you have to come out from behind the counter area and LOOK! All of this customer self-busing attitude in restaurants today has created a health issue. A customer can sit at a table, sneeze three times, spill a bit of latte, bus their table and the employee thinks it’s clean because there’s no used napkin on the table! Importance of Cleanliness is a thing of the past and this place, yesterday, appeared to have joined in.

The heavy set brunette barista was rude. Her tune was condescending and fake. She delivered the typical Starbucks corporate customers greeting /exit. The tone was set like I spit on her face. I was waiting behind a couple checking my email in my phone when I was up I politely lowered my phone and nicely ordered a «drip». I was actually taken back on her attitude. The store wasn’t busy. Only two of were in line. If I could rate below one star I would. Maybe corporate needs to read these reviews apparently the manager doesn’t.

Barista this morning doesn’t know how to fill the cup. $ 4.00 for coffee, it should be full. In a hurry and no time to wait. Thanks guys! Happy Monday.

My first move, especially in Reno with the whole midtown movement is to support local first. But, out of location convience I frequent this Starbucks more than I typically would, and the biggest reason why is the staff. The staff here is pleasent, friendly and efficiant without being fake. Sometimes, thats all I need to bring me back in the door. Otherwise, Starbucks is Starbucks. Great staff here.

Starbucks, is a Starbucks, is a Starbucks. The only thing different from location to location is the location itself. This one is particularly nice because it’s a bit larger than some of the other locations. I love that there are little booths in the back. This is a great place to meet a friend and feel like you have some privacy. As with other Starbucks, I feel like they are overpriced. However, as long as people keep paying, drinks will keep flowing and increasing in price.

I usually come to a Starbucks for Frappucinos and the killer cranberry orange scones. Thought I’d stretch my comfort zone a bit and try one of their refreshers — one of the citrusy ones, which they described as a type of a green tea. I couldn’t finish it. It was horrible, so sugary and sweet that I almost spit it out immediately. Me no likey. Since this store is located right at the entrance of a busy street light, be VERYCAREFUL if you park immediately in front of the store. People zoom in off Virginia Street and hang a quick right and may not see you if you are slowly backing out of your parking spot.

I went here today and got an iced Americano. It was delicious and the staff was friendly. But I just don’t think Starbucks is worth the high prices. It really adds up. I’m gonna figure out how to make espresso at home, save some money.

I have been in this starbucks hundreds of times and not once have they made the slightest mistake. I cheat on them sometimes with other starbucks around town and eventually return back to them because no other starbucks has such a perfect record of service. Your drink and bill are always correct. The seating is comfortable with plenty of outlets for your laptop. There is an utlta, petstore, and total wine in the same complex and a home depot and target across the stress so a trip is here always a productive one.

With all the Starbuck’s in the area, no need to go to a sucky one or, as I found here, one with a snotty staff. What gives? It’s Starbucks.

One word: NASTY. I stopped in here for a hot chocolate and it was rancid. For realsies. I literally almost threw up. *Let me clarify, since there seems to be confusion: I am reviewing the Starbucks at the address listed on the review. Across from Target, near DSW on Sierra Pkwy– they made the nasty drink. I was the only person in line, and it took the lady several minutes to even acknowledge me. I ordered a tall hot chocolate and a slice of the lemon pound cake. I take a bite of the lemon cake, pretty good– the bread tasted a little stiff– like it was a little stale, but the frosting on the top was good. I wait a few mintues for the hot chocolate to cool while I drive to the mall– and then I take a swig… OHMYGOD. *GAG* There is some really funk nasty after taste. It was downright puke inducing. I can’t even really describe it, it was VERY bitter and disgusting and it left a horrible after taste in my mouth. I was like, wtf is up with this drink? I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt, I told myself it must’ve tasted funny because I took a bite of the lemon cake before hand. So I take another swig– and it’s still this NASTY bitter mouthful of BLECH. I decided that they must’ve made me the wrong thing. I think, Ok so maybe this is some funky holiday version of hot chocolate and I needed to specify regular hot chocolate.(«Is it impossible to get a cup of coffee-flavored coffee? You can get every other flavor except coffee-flavored coffee! They got mochachino, cappuchino, frappachino, Al Pacino, what the F***?») I figured since I’m at the mall, and there is the starbucks kiosk there– I’d just double check and see if they wouldn’t mind making me the right one. I explain the situation to the guys there and he’s trying to figure out what is going on with my drink– he sniffs it and makes a face. Then, being the brave soul that he is, he takes a sip from my cup– and proceeds to gag and shake his head. He announces that the Mocha mix that they put into my drink was rancid. Neat. Nothings better than a hot chocolate made with rotten mocha milk mix. Mmm. Needless to say, I didn’t touch the rest of that lemon cake either. I will never come to this starbucks again. My stomach curdles just thinking about this place. Ew! Note: Kudos to the folks at the Meadowood starbucks for making me a new one that was not made with expired ingredients. See my review for that location. :)
