My mother (84 yrs) had Dr. Silverman as her primary care physician for about 10 months. My mother went for regular check ups and never seem very satisfied with her visits. I decided to go with her and felt that Dr. Silverman was ill prepared for the visit. She was typically over booked and we had to wait over an hour to past her appointment time. Dr. Silverman herself complained that this was usual. She spent most of the visit reading from the computer while we were in the room with her. Made little eye contact with my mother and over all seemed disengaged. She rolled her eyes when my mother had questions — don’t care for what reason but that is very poor bedside manner.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Silverman for over a year and have had a few puzzling physical episodes to work through with her help. Sharon is that ideal mix of knowledge, research, practicality and straight-​talking that makes doctors great to work with. Given some financial challenges, she has also been very considerate of my situation when discussing options for tests. All together, I am very happy with her work with me and recommend her highly.
