Slow service at the drive through, but the chicken was good according to my 6 yr. old. Served very hot, so be careful.

Every single employee that we came across appeared to be under 15 years old and lacked customer service. When we ordered, we asked for 3 different kinds of sauces. We were told to wait by the curb for our order. When the girl came out to give us the food, she said«which one are you?» We had to explain our oder to her so she gave us the right bag. We asked if there was sauce in the bag like we had asked, and she said«I think so» and walked away. Well, there was no sauce in the bag. We had to walk back in and get it ourselves. Terrible customer service and all the employees acted like they hated their jobs.

The food was good but the customer service really needs help. They act like its inconvenient to help their customers.

Your review helps othersThis place has the worst service. I’ve been here a half dozen times since they opened and the staff always has an attitude. In addition to feeling like I’m putting them out by needing to be served, my order gets screwed up EVERYTIME. I went last night and ordered blackened tenders with cajun rice. They asked me to pull around the corner because the tenders take an additional 5 minutes to cook. When they brought me my food, I verified with the girl that they were the grilled ones and my extra biscuits and condiments were in the bag. She was in a hurry to get back inside and said yes. When I got home, the tenders were fried, they gave me fries(not rice), no extra biscuits and 1 thing of Ranch. This has literally happened every time I’ve been here and because it’s the closest location to my house I’ve come back hoping it would get better. I won’t be giving them my business again, they’re awful, and I can’t tolerate such bad customer service. learn about great local businesses. Please don’t review this business if you received a freebie for writing this review, or if you’re connected in any way to the owner or employees.

I’ve been going to this location since it opened and the problems are getting worse. I have had food missing, shorted and replaced by cheaper menu items. I now believe they have a scam going. I was in the drive through and ordered apple pies with a meal and while checking to see if the order was correct before leaving the guy quickly came back to the window to ask if we «needed something» then said are the pies in the bag. I was checking something else and hadn’t noticed yet. The pies WERE missing then he said it would be 10 minutes and did we want to wait. We paid for them already so we waited while our other food got cold. I asked if he did it on purpose and he(the manager) Victor said no he had dropped them on the floor. After leaving I realized if his story WAS true then he knew they were not in the bag. I was offered nothing, not even an apology for the problem. I will NOT return to that location.

So we came here to order just nuggets and two sides and they told us it would take around 5 minutes and we ended up waiting 20 minutes for our food which was alright because the guy gave us a large Mac n cheese instead of regular. We ended up going home missing half of our food when we took it out of the bag. Thanks Popeyes

I should start by saying, I have never been a fan of Popeye’s(blasphemy, I know). I feel like either you super fan-boy style love it or you’re unimpressed by it. No one hates it, it’s fried chicken afterall. It is better than KFC for sure; ultra crispy and flavorful and it loves being slathered in hot sauce. Unfortunately, most of the sides are weird and inconsistent. They have red beans and rice, mashed potatoes and Mac n Cheese that always taste watery and require copious hot sauce action to make them edible. Notable exceptions to their blah sides are the coleslaw and biscuits. The coleslaw is similar to KFC in that I’m not sure there is any real cabbage vs some crunchy green matter slathered in sugary slaw sauce. Whatever, it’s delicious. And I know the biscuits must contain some secret mystery yellow #758 butter extract because they are unnaturally good. It’s not possible to make biscuits that good. They are literally the only reason that I ever agree to go to Popeye’s(they do not require hot sauce). For you French fry lovers, the fries are seasoned similar to curly fries at other restaurants. Popeye’s also offers a rotating variety of seafood items that are similar to Long John Silver’s. We got the popcorn shrimp today and they were tiny but well battered. Couple of small issues, I was disappointed that they don’t feature a family sized dessert. Additionally, we were asked to pull out of the drive thru and wait for our food because it would be a few minutes. Strangly, no cars were behind us and the food was brought out before I even parked. Finally, our family meal included an odd number of drumsticks which is just weird.

WYSIWYG. It’s deep fried fast food. Nothing new here. Fried chicken, fried fish, etc. The spin is the Cajun theme. It’s good for an occasional treat, but if you eat it often and get heart disease when you’re in your 40’s then you have only yourself to blame. Unique fast food item: red beans and rice side dish — it’s delish!
