Papa Murphy’s

Last night on 2÷2÷16 I went a picked up a over the phone order when I got there it was obvious they where a little behind. I have worked at pizza places before so I no when one pizza gets messed up it has a domino effect. I did not notice one customer who was upset on the other hand I did see a manger that was very unprofessional, he said out loud «I am done with this» and walked to the back. When we where getting our pizza there was one time he was so upset he had left the building and went to the hair salon next door to make a call. A manger should never leave the building! The whole time we where there maybe 5 minutes he kept expressing his frustration. The employees looked very discouraged by their boss and I no I’m not the only customer who noticed how their boss was acting because one customer even told the crew they where doing a great job to lift their spirits. I believe the middle aged male manger with black hair and grey sprinkles there should say sorry to his crew and check his attitude at the door! I will return but I hope this review is brought to that jerks attention!

This is my go to Papa Murphy’s in the area. They do a good job hustling through the masses that come through the door. The coupons that are sent through the mail are handy for a deal. They also have a way to get deals via their website —

For a night in where you can enjoy a meal without dressing up, Papa Murphy’s does the job.

Every time i order pizza my visits to Papa Murphys have been nothing but positive.
Service:
After I was greeted by a Papa Murphys team member. It was easy to get my pizza. I told him I called in a head of time he promptly retrieved my order. The cashier was a young man who showed great familiarity operating the til and applying the appropriate codes.
Food:
I ordered their Cowboy Pizza on Thin Crust and I found the overall taste to be quite enjoyable. I prefer my pizza cooked medium well. I make it so the cheese is chewy and golden brown.
For appetizers and side dishes they have Breadsticks and Salad. If your hungry for dessert they offer take home cookie dough.
Reccommendation
I’d come here if need to feed the family or your just a single dude feeling lazy on that whole idea of cooking.

Great customer service! The cashier (who I believe is the Manager) is very professional, fast and friendly. It’s always such a pleasant experience going into this location. Thanks Papa Murphy’s!

Annoyed customer alert.
This is my first review because normally I don’t write reviews but this NW Papa Murphy’s location has annoyed me the last few times I’ve placed an order. Today, I simply called to find out the specials for the month and before I could tell them I would call back to figure out what I want they hung up. No «okay great» or «thanks» or even «bye» just me saying «I’ll call back» hung up in the middle of my sentence before I could finish and say «to let you know what I want.» Uh, rude! So at least for today, I will not be getting a pizza from Papa Murphy’s. DiGiorno for me I guess. Maybe get a more personable team member on the phone next time.

How do I put this? Hmmm
A pizza joint without cheese is like a wedding without the bride. The excuse was that the demand was higher than expected, my response to that was; or just plain bad planning! I had to wait for someone to deliver cheese, I was overcharged for olives, and when I unwrapped the pizza it looked like a two year old threw the think together. Rest assured, not only will I not return to Papa Murphy’s, but I will NEVER recommend this place again.
Just a BAD EXPERIENCE all around, and the smart mouth kid did not help!

I’m a long time happy customer and I’ll admit I was swayed by the Little Caesars Hot and Ready. Nasty! I’m back to Papa Murphy’s where I can get a fresh, delicious pizza at a great price.

I have not been too interested in writing reviews, but these guys have got me interested,
I have not touched this review, or actually stopped in there much in the last 4 years.
But tonight I popped in.
Kinda on an «absent any smarter idea» plan.
I could not be more impressed with the «vibe» I wandered into!!!
The dude running the show (manager?) 10−22−13 6PM ish’)
Was quite simply awesome !!! He was busy as hell, but his sense of rhythm, and juggling inbound customers, was quite simply a master class in pushing orders through and keeping things going.
–If he does not own the place, the owner should realize this dude is protecting your investment, Simple as that.
4-​Years later, and they are still 100% welcoming and on top of making you feel like you are the most important pizza buying mutherfuker that has walked through the doors !!!
Apparently Tuesday (tonight) you can get ANY large for $ 10 !!!
Damn, I loved them when I walked in and they said «HI», but I really love them now…
Massive high marks for this location !!!

It isn’t a restaurant quality pizza, so I’m not rating it on how much it tastes like my nonna’s. I give these guys 5 stars because the prices are unbeatable and the pizza is much better than other pizzas in the same price range. Add to that the fact that the staff is always friendly and prompt. The manager is a great guy who lets me know about deals without me even asking. It’s always cool when a business tries to save you a buck rather than upselling.

I normally don’t go to this Papa Murphy’s location and I usually go to Papa Murphy’s once a month but after going to this location I will be a regular attendee! The owner was so friendly. It was a holiday and he was training his daughter who looked to be about 12 years old to make my delicious pizza. I was in and out in about 5 minutes but in the meantime he managed to train her how to make my pizza and teach her cooking measurements (¾ cup pineapple and such). Although this is a franchise I got a very mom and pop type feel. I will be a long time customer! I am very impressed! To top it off the daughter did a great job on my pizza! We devoured it!

I pre-​ordered 3 pizzas two days before I needed them, and was willing to pay for them then and there. The manager asked that I not pay for them until Halloween, because he wanted «really big numbers» on the day of Halloween. So I didn’t.
I’ve ordered Papa Murphy’s Jack-​o-​Lantern pizzas every Halloween for at least 5 years. Every year i set my pick-​up time for 4 pm, knowing that I’ll be able to pick them up whenever is convenient to me. There was never any problem with this in the past, nor was it ever communicated to me that the pick-​up times were set in stone or that pizzas could be sold out from under me if I didn’t show up at pick up time.
I walked in during an abject rush at about 5pm. I gave my name and was told that since I came «a little late», that they had sold my pizzas to someone else and I would have to wait. Sold my pizzas, including the special veggie Jack-​o-​Lantern I ordered for my daughter? Seems kind of lame to me. People who didn’t pre-​order should have to wait, and expect to wait. People who do pre-​order should not have to wait.
The restaurant was extremely crowded and I elected not to wait.
New Halloween tradition: El Pollo Loco

Good… but definitely not five stars.

I never thought I’d say that I actually like take and bake pizza’s, but after popping one of these pizza in the oven, I was hooked. Their pizza’s are HUGE, tasty and they always have a deal going on. If that’s not enough for you, they even send you coupons in the mail! I’m never disappointed with their stuffed meat pizza. I have leftovers for days, and it STILL tastes good! The service is great and you never have to wait for long for them to make up the pizza.
