On my first visit to a GOOD FEET store, I walked out very pleased. Marc is a knowledgeable gentleman who knows his product and is very efficient. He doesn’t coerce or try to force one to buy anything. I ended up buying a pair of Brooks NYAD shoes and an arch support and have been delighted with both ever since. My feet have never felt better.

Do not buy anything from this store! Please see a podiatrist instead. They charged us $ 299 for arch supports that did nothing and then when we went to see my doctor, he sells the same ones for $ 6. They do not offer refunds either. Do not go here they should be out of business for fraud.

They have new owners and staff now and I was treated very good when I went in to get inserts for my shoes. I tried all kinds of orthotics and the Good feet ones are the only ones that work for me. If you have painful feet issues give them a try.

I just read the Reno store reviews and maybe they now have new employees, as I was treated very well and the inserts they said i needed for my feet, corrected my problem. A week later i went back and the salesman made some minor corrections. I havent been able to walk this well in 2 years. Thank you Good Feet.

My boyfriend and I walked into the Good Feet store in Reno and wasn’t even greeted by the salesman. He was helping another customer, but could have said hello and told us he would be with us in a bit. We left.

We went to the store because of my wife’s plantar fasciitis which she has had off and on for a couple of years. She was casted for orthotics by the foot doctor which helped some but whenever she did long days at work it would flare up. I have a old knee problem from high school sports which does not bother me much but is there. The good feet orthotics look really different from the casted ones and feel really different also. Over the course of about a month her feet have healed and she can do long stretches at work on her feet. The reason I am reviewing is I had no intention of trying or buying but I stood in the orthotics in the store and immediately could tell my knee was better. They straightened my knee is the best I can describe it and I felt the pressure and irritation go away. It has been great since. Also my back feels better. What I liked was being able to try it out and see results before buying. Highly recommended.
