Subway is subway. This place is semi hidden and super small like only 4 tables. Their turkey sandwich is still good, just like others. The girl working there seemed a bit snobby and hated her life when we asked for soup. I guess it’s better than eating Taco Bell next door.

This Subway is a bit stingy with their toppings and condiments. Don’t be afraid to ask for more! Also this Subway is pretty small and cramped. I think most people just do to go. There were also some flies flying around, unfortunately. Probably not my go-to Subway, which is too bad because when I was growing up in Georgia, I loved going to Subways!

Per this stores employees when a sandwich says with, it means that it is a extra charge. Their new Chipotle Chicken Melt with Guacamole does not come with guacamole unless you pay extra for it. Their customer service is dismal, they toss sandwiches in the toaster with out asking and when you ask them to remove it they seem to take offense to it.

VERYBADCUSTOMERSERVICE. Lady looked like she HATED her job. She asked me if it I wanted my Club Sandwich toasted, I said no, at the end she asked if it was«for here or to go» and I took it to go. NOSMILE, NOHALFFAKESMILE, NOTHANKYOU, ORHAVE A GOODDAY from this lady. When I looked at my receipt, it showed DINEIN and got charged TAX of – .35 cents. I had already walked out the door but came back in to tell her. She was so rude saying its just okay. okay yeah yeah yeah .5 cents. ITWASNOT .5 overcharge, it was .35 cents I reminded her that I did not get it toasted and took the order to-go, why did she charge me tax… She rudely kept repeating… yeah yeah .5cents until she looked at my receipt and began to open the drawer to reimburse me… but looked like it was too much work reimburse through the register cause it would not accept her inputs… and kid you not, SHEDUMPEDANDEMPTIEDTHETIPJAR sitting on the table in front of her AND gave me the .35cents from that instead. WOW, JUSTWOW, what kind of training and employment screening do they do over here… TERRIBLE!

1. Horrible service. All of the employees speak spanish and that is a plus but I don’t know a lick of Spanish and to me it is just rude. 2. They are very lazy. They don’t move with a sense of purpose and you can tell they hate their job. 3. All of their vegetables were warm. They weren’t cold at all. They felt like they have been sitting in the sun for a week. 4. It is hotter than hell in the restaurant. I was sweating by the time I opened the door. This place made me sick

Parking is few and far between. It’s a small corner Subway and these always only seems to be 2 ladies working their a$$ 3 $ off trying to get thru the lines that easily rolls out the front door when you’re 7 people deep.(It’s THAT small). Sure, it’s low cal and healthy when considering fast food. I opt for the 6 inch grilled chicken on wheat. I wanted some protein but I think I’ll still to my usual veggie with avacado. The ladies work hard and are very patient with guests barking their topping to them all day. The do not serve Coke products so they loose a full star in my review. The parking also deletes a star. But for less than $ 7 bucks you have a low cal option.

I always choose not to have my cold subs toasted because I don’t want to pay tax on them. However, at least a couple times at this subway the cashier ends up ringing up my subs as «toasted» anyway. The last time(today) I noticed the tax was charged again for my cold cut sub. I specifically told the cashier it is not toasted. Instead of correcting the transaction, all she said was it was already rung up as «toasted» as if I had no choice but to pay the tax even though it shouldn’t be taxed.

Staff today was unprofessional. Lied about allergen information when I enformed him that I don’t eat meat or eggs. He told me the veggie pattie had no eggs when I asked and subways website says otherwise. I’m sick now because I ate something my body reacts negatively to. Also employee was being inappropriate with my friend flirting and asking if we were a couple. Also when we walked in it the subway had a strong bleach smell.

Nothing to flashy here, no real frills, or anything to enticing. NO glamour no glitz. Its Just your ordinary subway. Nothing really sticks out about this place. Well the place did seem kinda clean an didn’t smell so bad. The cookie was good and I got an extra large fountain drink. The soda was alright, they weren’t really busy either.

If I could give 0 stars I would. went in at 1pm mid week — still the lunch hour. There was only one person behind the counter and it was a kid talking on the phone. She looked up and just continued talking. After a minute or two I cleared my throat and then she called someone from the back who was doing who knows what. She wiped her hands on her apron that was inside out. Great start. While making my sandwich some others came in. She slid my order over for the girl to take over but she just kept talking on the phone. The other woman was making everyone else’s sandwiches while mine just sat there. Finally the 1st women started finishing all the sandwiches she had started and even though I told her what I didn’t want she still got it wrong. I figured I could take the stuff I didn’t want off but there was no mayo — which I had asked for. I asked again and she unwrapped it and said yes no mayo and wrapped it right back up and walked away back to the other sandwiches. The girl while still on the phone stuffed it in a bag and held out her hand. It was a 6 inch, never asked if I wanted a drink or chips just took my 5 and was ready for the next customer. I asked no change? she just looked confused so I asked her for a receipt. She couldn’t handle it! She had to call someone from the back to figure it out! She rang me up again(maybe the first time?) and it was .50 more! I said .50 cents more to get a receipt? I don’t think so. How does a 3.85 sandwich become 5.50? I was disgusted and was ready to just take it and leave and she said you owe me 5.50!!! I told her I had already paid then she wanted 50 cent more! I just asked for my 5.00 back and told her she could keep the sandwich. NEVERGOINGBACK! I wouldn’t even comment on the other aspects like food quality the customer service is non existent. I generally find subway to make decent sandwiches but I’m not spending a dime in a place like this, they don’t deserve to operate a chain.

I came here on 08÷11÷14 with my husband to get food on my lunch hour. When I arrived I saw a lady mopping the floor… great clean resturaunt. No… Stood in line for 5 minutes… everyone was in the back and the lady mopping the floor failed to let them know that we were in line. When I said something about it being my lunch hour and no one is in the front to tend to customers… then someone comes strolling out and giving my husband and I dirty looks. 3 Woman working and none of them can come to the front and wait on us… second…I hate when you are trying to talk to them and they turn around and start speaking Spanish to each other like you don’t even exist… so freaking rude. I will go to the subway on Broadway next time… this place is garbage. My bread was stale, and they gave me the ends of the pickles which caused me to almost choke… I understand use all you got, but damn that is nasty.

my friend and I walked into the subway it was a very small cramped subwaywe order sandwiches and wanted to order the meals and have soup as our side instead of chips or cookiesthe lady charge does full price for a drink and full price for soup they didn’t even have to price listed on the menu and they said that super not considered a salad so it wasn’t considered a meal we just paid $ 18 for 26 inch subs with two medium drinks and 2 soups. they were kind of abrupt mean rude And All around not nice

I usually go to this location for lunch and it’s pretty small. It really looks like a hole in the wall kind of place because it’s tucked away in a corner of the lot. However, the service is pretty good there. It’s not great, but just okay. The seating area is really small, which is weird because people will be standing in line and watching you eat. Yeah, kind of uncomfortable. I did notice that the ingredients are not as fresh here compared to other subways I’ve been to. So, minus 1 star for that.

I actually used to come to this Subway 2 times a week when I was at Foothill College to buy my lunch before heading to Caltrain. I believe this Subway is very underrated because of the quality of the food, great customer service, and very clean atmosphere. Though the downside is that there is only one lady for the morning shift and as a result, someone should be on call when that person is out, maybe the manager perhaps, but I can’t complain about this Subway at all! Thanks for serving me and I will try to find an opportunity to come back!

I really don’t know what the other Unilocalers issues are with this Subway. I stop by this location about three times a month. I’m normally the only person there, so service is quick. When it comes time to order my sandwich, I normally walk the employee through the entire process(i.e. bread type, toasted or not, toppings, etc.). When I’m done, I have the sandwich I wanted which was made to order. And because I watch and communicate with the employees, I’ve never had a bad sandwich at this or any other Subway location. I think the poor sandwiches and or service here is due to poor communications between the patron & employees. If you allow the employees free rein on how they make your sandwich, your going to get their sandwich creations and not yours. It’s your dime, so why not pay attention.
