The female barista with heavy mascara and ponytail needs to take a chill pill and put on her smile in the morning for her non-white customers. And the cashiers really don’t need to correct me when I put in a drink order. Sad hopes for this location are dashed.

I’ve been here a few times and never has my order been mixed up. However, the only issue I have is the music is blasting. I understand the need to create the mood but the volume is way too loud in here. I’ve come in at 5:30am and the volume is so loud you can almost hear it outside. The service is fine and the only reason I’m giving them 3 stars is because Starbucks coffee is nothing to rave about. I only come in because no other coffee shop with wifi is open at 5:30am.

Very very very slow at making drinks. Been in to this location the last 3 Friday’s in a row at 6:30am and no other customers and still am made to wait. This location sucks and I can find plenty other locations that are better and faster. Your barista this past Friday thought it was acceptable to leave caramel and excess coffee on the outside of the lid making it a sticky mess and couldn’t have cared less.

Made my drink wrong. Offered a «free drink next time» card but couldn’t activate it. Told me to just tell the manager this at the next Starbucks visit. I was skeptical, but she reassured me it’d be okay. Did that — they didn’t buy it. I ended up tossing the card since they told me to go back to the location that the manager told me this. How embarrassing.

This is the worst Starbucks I have been to. They are consistently slow and mess up the order nearly every time I’ve gone there. The other day they were so slow a customer literally went behind the counter and made her own drink. The staff is not knowledgeable at all about ingredients. I was told when ordering a chai tea without sweetener that it didn’t have any, it was just naturally that sweet. Sure enough, I watch the guy pump sweetener into my chai!

The morning crew today was so rude. One of the girls even rolled her eyes at me. And they run out of items wayyyyyy to fast. Also the guys who hang outside should be told to leave. I generally give to homeless people but when I try to give them food and they say no I want money and then harass me. That isn’t cool.

This Starbuck’s consistently has coffee that just doesn’t taste right — either too bitter, too much milk, or too much of the special flavors my family adds. I would spend a few minutes and got Laurel or Sequoia shopping center.

All I ordered was a hot green tea which they usually hand to me while I am still at the register. After waiting for 10 minutes, along with 6 other people who then came and went before I got my tea(it’s just hot water?), I asked where my tea was because it wasn’t even being work on by any of the 4 people working… And she said we were waiting for you to tell us what kind of green tea you wanted… No one asked! Finally she made it and gave me a free drink coupon but the damage was done. Get it together!

This is a oddly shaped Starbucks. This Starbucks is part of a strip mall that is next to Fed-Ex and Pasta Pomodoro(even their internet is Fed-Ex’s). The bartenders are nice but the layout of the room is weird. It is like walking into a long cooridor that happened to be a Starbucks. Not a lot of seating, but if you manage to nab one of the café tables along the wall, you are guaranteed an outlet. Only a pair of sofas for sitting and reading at the end of the hall. Single stall unisex bathroom.

Standard Starbs. I used to study here often and it was nice for that. I like the different kinds of tables and chairs with different sizes. The staff is really nice and efficient, working well together and getting drinks out quickly. Parking can get busy in the morning but spots are usually avaiable. This location also often has samples which is great≠]

I ordered a ice soy green tea latte with vanilla and whipped cream. The lady who took my order didn’t seem like she woke up on the right side of the bed. She wasn’t smiling and just gave me a bad vibe. I tried to joke with her, but no responds. Maybe because she was busy, but still… jeez. I got my phone ready to scan my gift card and she just walked away. I stood at the counter for about a minute, a bit confused if my transaction was finished because she just started helping the person behind me. Like, hello? I scanned my card and eventually walked away and waited for my drink. I’m a bit picky on how my iced green lattes are made. I HATE it when all that green tea powder stuff is still floating at the bottom of the cup. Guessing he was too lazy to mix it in the shacker, like how it’s suppose to be done. My whipped cream was partly melted so I’m guessing it’s old or was left out for too long. Not satisfied with my visit, but on the plus side, this Starbucks has a nice comfy couch to sit on while I write this review.
