I love this shop!
I wanted to take advantage of a port-​in promo on a specific Boost Mobile phone, but had a very difficult time tracking down the specific phone model. I called around many stores and found this store was fortunate enough to have the phone in stock. The staff was very helpful over the phone and offered to hold my desired and very popular Boost phone until end of the day.
I called A LOT of other Boost dealers — most are rude, barely speak English and could care less about my quest to track down the phone. This shop is quite different in a very good way…
My in-​store experience was equally positive. Christina was friendly, helpful and very efficient at processing my port-​in request. She explained everything to me in a clear and concise manner, even though I already know most of the details. Everything was straightforward and she made every effort to be transparent about the plan, monthly fee, and certain Boost policies.
This company is a rare find these days. They are extremely experienced in the mobile space and know their products and carrier partner very well. The folks there are professional, friendly and honest. I would definitely shop there again when I have other needs. These fine folks exemplifies why I want to shop and support local businesses!

I have been going to this store to pay our monthly bills for 2 years and have always loved their customer service. When we decided to upgrade our phones, instead of just going online to pay a cheap price for a phone, I chose to purchase our phones here. The service is always top notch. Christine, the owner, made sure that both phones were working, all data transfered including pictures and that once we left the store, we would not have to come back. This is the best place to go as the customer service outshines anyplace I have been. The majority of big and small business could learn a great lesson from Christine, Terry and Glen.

This place is seemingly the only independent vendor in the area, so it’s wonderful that their customer service and provider options have stayed so crisp. Never have I walked into a cell phone store, in any country, and had someone — let alone two people — attend to me immediately. They were calm, knowledgeable, friendly, everything you hope for in a great customer experience. I had a technical problem with one of my phones and one of the guys even knew exactly what was wrong with it.
I will steer everyone I know with cellular troubles in their direction.

I was driving through Redwood City and I stopped by this store to buy a car charger and then got into a conversation with two employees, Joel and Terry. We started talking about my current and plan. Then they showed me another phone on Virgin Mobile and explained their rate plans.
My initial reason for entering the store was to spend maybe $ 20 or so but I left spending $ 260. And you know what? I don’t regret it! Because they’ve managed to cut my phone bill from $ 150 a month to $ 60 and I get everything I had before on a carrier without a contract.
I know these guys are sales people but I do appreciate that they could just talk to me like a regular person and not come across like a car salesman. I continue going back to pay my bill there and check on the latest phones.

Great customer service! They helped me with all my phone questions. That Chinese guy sometimes seems angry, but he knows his phones and is honest.

I went to this store to buy a cell phone and the service was outstanding! I the woman helping me showed me all the phones and explained to me what each one had and what they didnt do. I din’t feel like they were just trying to sell me a phone. While i was waiting to get my phone activated they offered me some water or soda. All the staff was really freindly and hillarious. I got a really easy number, that i got to choose on my own. I always dreaded buying a new phone because I thought the wait would be long and agonizing. But this experince made me change my mind and I will tell my friends to get their phones at this store.
