McDonald’s

Not great not the worst. Drive through just always packed. Finally got food and it was not totally what I ordered but still just took it and ate it. What can you expect from Mcdees.

Mcdonald’s is am easy place to get coffee, et al. at. lots of parking.
no waiting. ordered coffee.
cashier: «senior’s coffee?»
me: «yes, how did u know?»
cashier: :“i’m one too, recognized u right away.“
wow, that’s service!

Came in to this McDonalds to eat, it was so nice to see all young boys being so polite. Will definitely be coming back to bring my daughter to play and enjoy a nice break. It was so pleasant and refreshing to talk to these young kids working in the front. Good job guys

Finally decided to download Unilocal for this McDonalds! Sounds funny. But the services were so good that I feel obligated to write a review for them. We came in at 9pm and all the lights at the play place were off. But they turned on all the lights just for three of us. They even let the boys choose their toys for the kids meals. Nice play place too!

15 minutes for a frap??? I THINK NOT. Unsanitary, only rinsing blender in sink. The lady’s finger was touching the whipped cream that was going in my drink. By the time I got it WHICH WAS ALMOST 20 MINUTES LATER, I didn’t even want it.

I was greeted great my food was okay, they need to work on the maintenance crew. I accidentally trip and my drinks feel off I was cleaning after myself and I asked for a mop to clean it myself and all I got was none sence from the maintenance telling me of all the mess I did and all he has to clean up. I wasen’t expecting him to clean it I was cleaning I just needed a mop and that was it. He didn’t had to be that rude… Everyone has accidents noone is perfect and I know that…

I’m now expecting 4 star anything at a mcdonalds, but how is this one location so tangibly bad? The service is stoic at best, but seems annoyed. And to top it all off, they up charge for any extras.

Fast drive thru, order accurate, friendly staff

I never really eat McDonalds unless it’s a road trip and it’s breakfast time. I brought my kids to this location for lunch and it wasn’t terrible. Men’s Bathroom was really messy.
Not sure if it was a longtime before their last cleaning. I would go back

Decent time at the drive through. Fresh hot food. Nice workers. Sometimes told they don’t have an item anymore but it is on the menu.

The morning crew is pretty cool but the night crew sucks everytime I go there there is always something missing or some kind of mistake

poor poor customer service on the evening shit. get rid of everyone they are all rude, young and older employees. all bad

The customer service is great! but what I don’t like about this establishment is the presentation of the food itself. It’s like they just put everything together and rushed it like how Jordan and Kobe plays basketball… What I mean is like the mayonnaise is not well spread the way it should be, and other ingredients. (I’m referring to the burgers when I’m buying on this location) It’s pretty much far from the ones we see on those daily commercials… but what do I expect? fast food is fast food, right? haha!

Spacious and plenty of parking. Quick service. They gave a tiny frostie cup for water. What’s up with that?

Reason why I don’t go to fast food places. Bought the egg white cheddar biscuit. And right when I open it THERE IS A HAIR!!! A HAIR PEOPLE, A HAIR!!!

I am all about the fast food, convenient to work and quick is why I tried out this McDonald’s. Oh, and of course the Monopoly game.
I have had to call the manger twice, and this morning would have been the third time so I decided to Unilocal instead. Seems they often get my order incorrect. A plain Quarter Pounder with cheese is a simple order (I got it with the works, ewww). A medium Coke is a simple order (I got Diet Coke, yuk). I ordered a large iced mocha (got an iced caramel mocha). I specifically asked if the Monopoly game pieces were on the food I ordered, they weren’t (twice!!). I tried to redeem more than one Monopoly gamepiece in one order and was denied (that’s their new policy, not this restaurant’s fault). The mistakes go on and on.
While the managers were always willing to make amends, who wants to have to call the manager and ask for amends that often! This morning’s mistake was the last straw, the order-​taker put the caramel iced mocha (which really tastes nasty) on the order, the guy at the window told me that even though there was caramel on the top (I asked if I got the wrong drink) the mocha part is the same for both (NOT!!)
The incompetence of the order takers and the food makers boggles the mind. I will forego this McDonald’s and will go to Noah’s for my breakfast needs, closer to work any way!

Staff is nice but the drink bar area is really messy — lots of unused straws and other garbage in the drain trough under the machine. I realize the public is 100% the cause but its the employees duty to clean it up on a regular basis and that clearly hadn’t happened in some time…

Went here today and made a simple order through the drive-​thru. Nuggets and a plain cheeseburger w/​ketchup. I get to the window. No hello from the lady at the window, which I found to be extremely rude. She didn’t even tell me the amount I owed so I looked at the screen and it said $ 7.16. I gave her my $ 7.16 and she counted it and the only thing she said to me was I, I need 79 (Guess I gave her the subtotal. which she could have told me the amount in the first place and I wouldn’t have gotten it wrong). So I gave her another dollar. She gave me my change back and what do you know, not even a thank you. I said thank you anyways and pulled up to the next window.
Then I got my food and they even got my order wrong. No sauce for my nuggets and no ketchup on my burger. Whadda ya know. Dont get me wrong, I understand people make mistakes, but this was as simple as it could be. Worst customer service I have ever experienced and I will no longer go to this Mcdonalds after this.

I’ve been coming to this McDonalds ever since it was the old McDonalds that was torn down to build the current one. I’m only reviewing this visit since I haven’t been here for years. And all I wanted was a decent coffee…
We only were ordering coffees and went through the drive thru. I ordered an iced latte and when he asked what flavor, I clearly stated regular/​no flavor. When we got to the front (after quite a long wait in line with 2 cars ahead of us) we were given the latte which turned out to be a vanilla latte. YUCK! I hate flavored lattes! My friend had left there quickly, and since I wasn’t paying attention the way I should to what we were given, it was too late to go back. I drank the vanilla latte which was nasty, but my friend’s mocha frappachino was good. I was super bummed they messed it up after he repeated the order back to us correctly.
I’ll pass McDonalds next time and head to Starbucks.

Any McDonald’s with a cool, well-​designed kids’ play area gets at least three stars from the little kid in me (no, I am not pregnant; I just feel like a kid sometimes!).
My all-​time favorite items are the chicken mcnuggets (somewhat guilty pleasure), small french fries (guilty pleasure), and M & M McFlurry’s (very guilty pleasure)! I can’t believe that I also used to sometimes order the fish sandwich here… ewwwwww!
