Burger King

I was craving Burger King, so I stopped in after dropping my husband off at work in Menlo Park. I get mine and my daughters food and go home. When I go to pull the Tomato off of my Whopper (I asked for no tomato, extra pickle), there was a huge wad of hair in the middle of my burger.
Before I let my daughter eat her chicken fries, I inspected every one including her fries.
I just bundled my burger up and tossed it in the trash. This is disgusting. I will never eat at a BK ever again as long as I live, because this image is permanently etched in my head.
Gross ass workers, unfriendly and forget half my food half of the time.
Gave you another chance after I got food poisoning from the BK in Milpitas, won’t do that ever again.
I will tell anyone who will listen about this horrible experience. I should have taken pictures!

This was the cleanest Burger King I have ever been to. The service was fast and friendly, and the food was hot. Pretty much all I expect out of a Burger King!

This burger king team truely rocks. They were short handed and they were still doing an awesome job. Great customer service and good food. Good job guys!

Sigh. Drive through order: Whopper Jr with cheese, no tomatoes and chicken fries with sweet and sour sauce.
Received = Whopper Jr no tomatoes WITHOUT CHEESE. This is a travesty. Cheese is the most important part of this burger. Fail
Received = Chicken fries with HONEY MUSTARD SAUCE. Another fail. Hate honey mustard.
I sure did reverse back into the drive through and get the right sauce. I held up my sauce and asked the 15 year old kid which sauce did I ask for? «uhhh. sweet and sour?» Yes, what sauce did you give me? Come onnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn. Unfortunately I did not unwrap my burger to check if it was ok so I had to eat it without cheese. :(

Horrible manager, so rude! This never happens at in & out. Miserable people working there.

Why do all Burger Kings feel like this? It feels a bit dated and grimy inside. The lighting is not so good.
But damn, food at Burger King is quite cheap especially if you download their app and use coupons. You can feed a family for like $ 10. I’m not kidding. It’s probably not healthy food but if you’re concerned about just getting fed, seriously just go here.

I didn’t eat here because this place looks like it was punched in its face over and over again. It needs a remodel and to be repainted. Went in to do some work and there are no outlets in the entire «restaurant». Smelled like bug killer.

I am updating this review. The veggie burger I ordered was delivered perfectly, was hot and delicious. Would definitely come back again for veggie burger.

Slowest drive-​thru ever! Every time I go here it takes about 8 – 10 mins to get my food even when there is no line. On top of that the manager was extremely rude.

Not even one star. Horrible ownership of this franchise. Manager, Mohammad Begg, is unprofessional beyond words. Hostile workplace. DON’T GO!!!

I normally would never rate a Burger King, but I was pleasantly surprised at their great customer service. Super nice.

This is an update to my last raving on Jack and his AWESOME MANNERS. His is still at it and props for the manager putting him on the register instead of April. She unfortunately is still up in front handing out the food with a surly demeanor. She gave me attitude then managed a mumbled thank you, (all one word). Just put her in the back until she grows up or moves on! Again I would of given 1 more star if it wasn’t for Aprils ungracious disposition.

this Burger literally, figuratively, was totally empty at noon. (the front was anyways). not sure about the drive thru. cashier sad-​faced, moldy, non-​smiling (just saying, not rating her looks or…)

This is the slowest fast food service I have ever encountered. I normally avoid fast food restaurants, but due to the limited time that I had, along with 90% of the restaurants closed. I had no choice but to wait with my fellow hungry drivers. The service was slow and the workers appeared to be lazy. I was typing this out as I waited for my food at this ridiculously long drive-​thru. Terrible… Just terrible.

Omg we such a bad craving for bk. we walked in hella ready to eat. The cashier, Edwin was so sweet and helpful. Our food was ready so fast and gave a lot of sauces. So thank you bk for hiring such hardworking people who should be acknowledged more and why the minimum wage should be raised. Had a great experience here and thank you

They have sweet potato fries now and they’re actually GOOD! Like comparable to The Counter. Who knew!

This location doesn’t have many reviews so I decided to review it and give it a 5-​star boost. I love this Burger King.
I’m a vegetarian so my order is usually varied to accommodate my meat free lifestyle. This is usually a gamble at a fast food joint since stuff is thrown together and meat usually ends up in my food (not mentioning names… TACO BELL ON EL CAMINO, ha!). But Burger King has always been good about understanding vegetarian items are meatless. They even offer a BK Veggie Burger which is a HUGE plus. It’s a great fast food burger and the patty is excellent.
If there is a problem, they solve it. Once they forgot to put our apple pie in the bag which we found out when we got home. I couldn’t go back that night, but the next day I went to pick up the pie and received an apology from the manager, my apple pie, and an order of fries for the trouble.

The inside dining area is clean and there are always lots of seats to choose from. The drive through is convenient and the workers there are always pleasant. There’s one guy that is super cool and always makes pleasant small talk when I go through.
Overall, this is a great Burger King compared to others I’ve been to.

I hate to give a one star. I’m not a food snob and I’m not above fast food. I’m lazy and I desperately want to love the nearest fast food place to were I live. It’s great to be able to mosey down the street for a quick bite to eat. Unfortunately, this place got my order wrong 3 out of the 4 times I’ve been there. I wasn’t even making it complicated by following their advice to Have It Your Way. They’ve simply forgotten things and mixed up other things. That would have only gotten them down to a 2 star because I’m a sweetheart. However, when they gave me a hard time about going back inside to ask for something that was missing from my order, that dropped them to one star. I just don’t have that kind of forgiveness in my heart. No more BK for me, I guess I’ll head to In-​n-​Out to settle those fast food cravings.
