Ordered an egg Mcmuffin with cheese and specifically told both drive-thru attendants that I was a vegetarian and now allergic to meat they still served me a sausage egg Mcmuffin without cheese. Even the receipt shows that I asked for no meat. I bit into it and had an allergic reaction.

One of the things I can usually count on from McDonalds is solid black coffee. The coffee here smells and tastes like butt. This is after trying the coffee on 2 separate days. Pretty sure these guys don’t clean their equipment. Save a life. Don’t drink butt. Edit: Just saw a picture of a moldy burrito. Not surprised.

McDonald’s parking lot was empty as was the dining room.(just one person). instant smiling service by Indian youth who got me the coffee himself. brew: coffee(m) 1 –not so fresh, not stale either, just bland not bold no doubt sales slow today. 2,5 stars for coffee, 4 stars for service.

OMG, AVOIDTHISLOCATION! More than a trifecta of Bad — Bad attitude, bad service, bad food and bad drinks. Food was barely warm and tasted like they’ve been sitting out for a while. Ordered the fish-o-filet sandwich which was stale and had half a slice of cheese. The fries were barely warm and didn’t taste fresh. Incredibly disappointed with this location. I called and spoke to the manager, JP who said it was McDonald’s policy to only use half a slice of cheese. WTF! For a sandwich that costs $ 6.49, you would think the sandwich deserved a full slice of cheese. Especially considering the location on Chestnut St gives you a full slice of cheese. The sodas we ordered were watered down. Ended up having to change them for iced tea. Suffice it to say, someone should look into how this location operates as it gives McDonald’s a bad reputation. Will never go back to this location.

This McDonald’s needs to switch out their drive through people. It is always such a headache ordering here. They don’t enunciate well at all and they may be hard of hearing so you just end up repeating your order like three times each time. It becomes this weird yelling match if you’re not careful. The location is very weird too. Whipple Avenue makes it impossible to make turns given there is no suicide lane, so you have to do lots of complicated moves to get in and out of this McDonald’s.

This is an adequate McDonald’s. It’s not sketchy or anything and it’s been renovated recently enough. There is a charming table, similar to the Rengstorff location, which explains the current specials. When I was last there it had some paper art to commemorate all-day breakfast. Over a few visits, the staff have always been polite and efficient. I’ve never been here mid-day, only morning and evening.

Showed up to this location around 5:40AM came to find out that they don’t open until 6:00AM what a disappointment. Therefore I got back on my truck to go through the drive through. As I rolled down my window I could hear the employee speaking with the customer. For some reason the employee could not understand the customers order. I tried to ignore the problem and mind my own business but I saw how long of a drive through line they had so I ended up changing my mind and going elsewhere. Wasn’t not about to wait 20 minutes for them to open their doors neither was I about to wait in line and risk getting a wrong or incomplete order. Therefore them down on what I so far seen as customer service. And also on the dinning room Hours although the they looked really nice and clean. Don’t recommend.

This Mc Donalds, is slow, took 16 minutes to get 2 Mc muffins, the people are very rude, we had a small problem and a short, Mexican lady dismissed me as if I was wrong, seen her do it to a young African American lady as well. I do like Mc Donalds for a quick on the road breakfest, and the food was fine and the restaurant was clean, pity the service is very poor :(

Lots of seating, one drive-through lane. That sums it up. As usual, this place can be filled with not the most pleasant folks but hey, who can resist a $ 1.50 Chicken Jalapeño Burger. Sorry, I can’t. (You got me at Chicken Jalapeño)

Girl taking the order at the drive thru is rude. I told her my order was not right on the screen and she just kept telling me that it was. Got to the window and the order was wrong. Like I told her it was and she argued with me. This is lame. I stopped going here for a year and I finally go back and it is the same crap different day. One time out of five when getting drive through here, they actually get the order right. Most of the time, they give me a single when I order a double, or add fries that I didn’t order, or forget the sauce for the nuggets. The food is mcdonalds.

Really like how café-like the décor and colors are here… wifi is super strong, flat screen tv is on CNN… faux wood panels a-la-Mad Men. There is subtle, nice décor at this location. Clean, not sticky, nice modern lighting and motif design… which I like as I enjoy a quick coffee this evening. On ghetto stretch of Whipple, near the 101 onramp.
