Cosmetic surgery (license) vs Plastic surgery (license) is completely different ladies!
Do your homework when you’re dealing with your body being cut open by a cosmetic surgeon vs a professional surgeon certified by the AMERICAN BOARD OF PLASTIC SURGERY.
I came here for my first consult from references, boy I’m glad I did my research. 5k for boobs? First instinct is «that’s a good deal» WRONG do your research, find your doctor on «real​self​.com» for reviews and check for their certification on the «American board of plastic surgery». I looked around the room and saw some certificates for cosmetic surgery and saw «The American society of cosmetic breast surgery». Don’t let this fool you. I went home, I checked this «society». Yea doesn’t exist and Paul Gorman is not certified.
When trying on sizes, I told the ‘nurse’ I wanted less gap space in the middle and a full look, u know what she said to me??? «Well, the way your breasts are, is the way it’s going to look when they put the implant in. There’s only one way it’ll look when they put it in» As if all they do is just stuff it in and that’s it, I’ve seen good jobs and bad jobs and you can’t tell me there’s only one way it’ll look based on how your boobs are now. She’s out of her mind!
«Realself» surgeons suggested me to ask if they use ‘local’ or ‘general’ anesthesia. Glow uses ‘local’ which is A HUGE RED FLAG. It’s the cheapest way when performing surgery and not the safest, which explains the other one star reviews complaining about pain and cheap quote. I ran out the door!
When looking for real work done ladies, alittle homework goes a long way «real​self​.com» was very helpful for me in finding an actual reliable Doctor, my gfs that got work done here (fat transfer, lipo) were not satisfied and just like the other reviews they dodged them for revision and never called back to reschedule. There are plenty of other surgeons in the Bay Area who are certified and do great work. I went to two other consultations at other locations and feel more safer with other surgeons. So glad I checked them out. Some surgeries prob came out ok based on some reviews here. If you’re on a budget than hey, take your chance but I wouldn’t wanna gamble with someone cutting my body open and having to go back n fixing it like car. You’re not a car thoo…

Paul is so nice, humor, knowledgable and make me feel very comfortable when consult the surgery detail. He really consider your situation and necessary to provide advices. I am wearing to recommend friends to here. Of course, his team is also very good too~

I had a great experience here for breast augmentation two years ago. I love the results thanks to Dr.Goreman. I love my new look and glad i came here for my procedure.

I love Dr. Gorman and his staff they are awesome, I got a lipo and fat transfer I am so happy with Dr. Gorman he is just amazing he did everything I asked for and more … He has been very attentive with my husband and my self if there is any questions he personally calls us back and txt my husband to see how I am doing since I just got out of my surgery yesterday … I love you Dr. Gorman if I can give you 10 stars I would … Amazing Doctor

I have never given a review of any type and its sad that my first will be about Glow who i at one point thought that they would be the ones i would love and trust as my cosmetic surgeons, but unfortunately i would not dare EVER recommend this place. I had a Tummy tuck procedure that was not completed, i was promised by Dr. Goreman that he would «FIX IT» but instead got the run around for over a year with one excuse after the other.
Not only that but i suffered so much pain while in surgery, i felt everything i felt when i was being cut open and i was yelled at by Dr. Goreman while i was complaining, in no way did he try to make me feel comfortable, it was a true nightmare.
Dionne is also completely nasty and rude and as soon as i demanded real answers they all switched and became people who were no longer professionals but ones who were shrugging their shoulders like they could give a damm about not completing what i payed for but Of course not my money was already in there pockets … Which is all they cared about …
If anyone wants to know more in detail the unprofessional way that i was treated after my procedure … I would be more than happy to do so .
It is so sad that this happen to me i trusted Dr. Goreman and he completely let me down please be careful who you go to when doing plastic surgery. These people will cut u up and throw u away and not care about you …

I hate to give a bad review but I felt it was necessary to speak up based on the service I received. I’ve gone to Glow Surgical a few different times for Botox. They are close to my house, so the convenience was hard to beat. I have had Botox before and noticed that the efficacy of the Botox from Glow had worn off much quicker than previous injections from a different location. At first I wasn’t sure if it was my muscles becoming stronger as I aged or if I was just not paying close enough attention. I even asked the last time I went in if they diluted the formula because I noticed that the effects wore off much quicker than I previously experience. The Dr at this point looked at me very strangely and told me a resounding no! This past Jan I went in for injections and feel like the product never really «took». After a month I called them to explain that I had full movement in my forehead despite just a month earlier having spent $ 500. I was told that I could come in for another consultation and have more botox injected at that time. At my expense. I told the receptionist that after receiving far more units than I previously had in the past that I didn’t want to come in unless the add’l botox would be comped. I wasn’t interested in spending more $ when the product should have been still working at this point. She refused so I declined the follow-​up appointment. The point being, I really feel like they dilute the product in some sort of fashion. It doesn’t have nearly the same strength/​length of Botox I have previously used. I typically would go every 6 months at my other location but with Glow Surgical, would need to come in monthly to achieve the same results. No thank you!

Had a procedure done about 8 weeks ago and I just had to give credit where credit is due. I was very nervous before but specially the day of and Bianca (Dr Gorman’s medical asst.) was so comforting and caring the entire time. She even called me afterwards to check up on me. Jessica at the front desk is also very helpful and accommodating with scheduling. Everyone has been great and I can’t forgot Dr. Gorman, even when he is busy, he answers all of my questions, never once have I felt rushed. Very happy I chose Glow for my procedure and I have and will continue to recommend them.

Dr Marshall is AMAZING!!! I have two children and my body was never the same (as with most women). I saw a few doctors and I felt so comfortable with Dr. Marshall. Their prices are SO reasonable. If I ever need work done again, I will not hesitate to come back. Thank you Dr. Marshall I look and feel amazing!

Surgery is not just for older people, I am only 20 years old and I had SmartLipo done in my chin/​neck area; I was extremely nervous because I thought I was going to be judged due to my age and all that mediocre stuff.
There is nothing wrong having adjustments done.
When I first arrived to my consultation I was nervous… I was new to all of this I even brought my mom with me (hah). The ladies at the front desk and the other ladies in the back rooms are all so kind and professional, I instantly got along with each one!
Dr.Gorman is so informative and patient and is realistic when he talks about the outcomes of the surgery.
On the day of the surgery I felt comfortable and assured that I am able to trust this place to care for me. The assistants are so nurse like even thought I am sure they are titled as «medical assistants.» Thank you for the comfort I greatly appreciate it. The recovery was so EASY, I did NOT NEED TO TAKE ANY“PAIN PILLS” at all… NO PAIN EXPERIENCED at all during the surgery or recovery and to mention I did not experience any bleeding at all my bandages were white as when they were put on; which is awesome in my view!
I had swelling (duh) I had surgery, I expected to bloat up in my face and be all bruised up. the scars are so small, no joke it looks as if I just got scratched.
PLEASE REMEMBER THIS IS COSMETIC SURGERY NOT MAGIC. It can sure feel like magic if you compare yourself from a before and after. but the results are THERE as YOU WILL… see results and feel it too; I am superbly pleased with my end result and of course if I wanted to do it again to make it more thinner I can, and will go back.
AND there is a tip for that Unilocaler who mentioned they got lipo but got their weight back and spent a good $ 3,000 UM well they take out THE FAT and if you go back to your regular habits well you are going to GET ALL THAT FAT, perhaps not in the same area because the fat cells were burned but PERHAPS obtain more FAT in other areas around it… pretty straight forward silly.
and of course the price is so affordable! my over-​all experience was perfect because my outcome is so great that I even cried of how comfortable I feel taking pictures/​having pictures taken of me now.

I had a mastopexy (breast lift) with implants done a week ago. I am extremely happy with my results. After breast feeding and giving birth 2 years ago my boobs suffered major damage but Dr. Marshall and Dr. Gorman are my heroes! My new ones are exactly how I dreamt them to be. The staff at the front desk are amazing with excellent communication and customer service. They made me feel comfortable the moment I walked in for a consultation. Everyone at GLOW was very informative and patient as to why I chose them over the others I had interviewed. Also, not many doctors give you their personally cell phone numbers however, Dr. Marshall and Dr. Gorman provided me with theirs for any questions I had post-​op. I highly recommend GLOW and I look forward to seeing them in the future!

I had consult here and was pleased. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. I have no complaints with consult.
But after my consult, I emailed them a few final questions as I was actually planning to have BA done here. However, its been a week and no response from anyone. As a patient, this worries me because what if I get surgery here and I can’t get a hold of them? A good surgeon should be there for you during planing, surgery and recovery.

I had a breast augmentation done and it is fabulous. The doctors and the staff are excellent. I will never go anywhere else.

No results from Botox, how is that possible? I had 21 units injected in my brow area and after about 5 days it completely took effect. I love the smooth effect.
Glow is totally competitive in their pricing for Botox, and here is the best part, they use numbing cream so you don’t even feel the needle! They use numbing cream for IPL laser facials too, which HURT otherwise. I’ll be back for one of these too to help fade my pregnancy mask!

Just came back from consultation for a smartlip on upper & lower abs, flanks, and sides. Dr. Marshall was really nice and knowledgeable. She didn’t push me to do anything I didn’t want to. She even gave me the love handles for free (that’s $ 1500). She’d asked me a lot of personal questions about what I want the results to look like, time to recover, etc. She really made me feel comfortable and even explained to me terminologies so I can better understand the process. The staff were extremely nice and accommodating.
I’ll update on the procedure at the end of this month.

If you want to spend 500 $ on botox and have no results –then walk in here and be miserable like I was.
Dr Marshall told me that she will inject me with the smaller dosage, since I am a new client, even that I told her that I‘ve been having botox injections for more then 5 years and I know what and how much do I want…
What ever she injected. did not work at all!
Then I went to dr Paul, telling him that what ever Dr Marchall did was such a small amount that it has no results at all.
Yes, he was nicer and injected a bit more, but still that was not even close to what it should be. And of course, this time I was charged almost 600 $.
The other, for me not pleasant thing was that doctors meet you in the room, when you are already at the bed, ask you what do you want and how do you want it done. They don‘t even take you to their office for consultations.
Not to mention that the moment they are done with you, they say goodbye and they leave the room and you are left to deal with very young girls at the reception, who are having no ideas what to do or how much to charge you (complete miscommunication btw them and the doctors).
If you ask them for some other procedure that they are selling the answer they give you is — if you want to do that, I will book you the consultations with the doctor?
I am right there and doctor was with me just a second ago? Can I just see him again for a second? The answer was NO, he is busy now!!!
This is for sure the worse place for botox that I have ever been to, one place I will certainly not recommend to anyone or put my foot in again!

I am grateful to have found Glow. Everyone I have worked with there has been a delight. Brittany is a wonderfully warm person to start with. And I can’t say enough about Dr. Marshall. I came in with some pre-​existing surgical challenges and these ladies really made me feel safe and at home. They’ve earned all my trust and really delivered.

I have seen Dr. Renee Marshall for years, since the opening of the clinic for lip filler. I was different than many of her patients in that I wanted to widen the corner lip lines of my mouth rather than plump my lips. She worked with me to achieve the desired result, checking in with me during the procedure while I held a mirror to see how my lips were progressing as we went along. She is witty, professional and, more importantly, skillful in her chosen profession. It was a joy when I was worried about going in for a procedure where I would have a needle stuck in my lips to end up with someone who made me laugh through the entire procedure and the end result exceed my expectations and be painless.

This was the worst botox experience I’ve ever had.
I have honestly no idea what Dr. Marshall shot into my face. It did not work at all.

I had my breasts done her almost a year ago and I’m really happy with them (wish I went a little bigger) but the staff was really friendly and the price was very reasonable.

My overall experience with Glow was wonderful I received 2 smartlipo procedures on my stomach top and lower abdomen both times.
The staff is great Marissa is fabulos not to mention beautiful and Dr. Gorman is very understanding. The took great care of me I even had my mom go for her smartlipo too.
The first procedure I noticed a very small difference but Dr. Gorman and I agreed it was not satifactory not his fault just my body didn’t take well (I more fat then expected) and he saw how upset I was with the results. My hopes were not high like I was going to have a flat tummy but some noticable results. The down time for me was 4 days, I had two c-​sections so I knew what pain was.
My second procedure had outstanding results my stomach lost 3 inches my the first week even with swelling I was up and shopping the next day the down time was minimal. when I went to my tri active treatments Marissa took pictures and asked did he do your love handles too I said no just the tummy. She was impressed and so was I.
I highly recomend Smarlipo I can’t wait to get a 3^rd procedure done their prices are great and they were able to work with me for the second procedure because I was afraid the second time around would be unsuccessful.
I am 4“11 and my average waist size is a size 5 June 09 I was a size 13 my 2^nd procedure was done ¹⁰⁄₀₉ it is now a wonderful new year and I am a size 7 with diet and exercise I will be my size 5 again. But still need a little more sucked out see you soon Dr. Gorman
