I am so grateful that I found Tonya at TL Fitness. She is a great trainer. She has a great personality, which helps when she’s making me work my rear end off(well, hopefully, since that’s one of my «problem» areas). Tonya makes working out fun. She works with physical shortcomings creatively, creating a plan of action accommodating things like bad back, bum ankle, and foot surgery. Tonya’s knowledge of exercise, nutrition, and overall fitness makes training with her informative, instructional, EFFECTIVE, and fun! Update: TL Fitness is now Moveology. Cool name. Tonya is a great trainer! She pays very close attention to your form as you work out, making sure you hit the muscle groups that you’re supposed to, in order to prevent injury and maximize your workout efficiency. She also does a great job of explaining why your form is off, so when you do other exercises, you understand what to look for in your form, and how you might tend to break out of proper form.

I trained with Tonya for over a year to recover from a very bad back injury. She has a great knowledge of various types of excercises and was very good about changing things to break up the routine. Training with Tonya helped me re-focus my fitness goals. She’s also a lot of fun!
