I have been training in group and individual sessions at Let’s Go Mobile Fitness for just about 6 months now! I have lost 29 lbs and numerous inches! I have built muscle and strength in ways I never thought possible. Ryan is passionate and educated in his work! I signed up with LGMF for a 10 session bootcamp which included a nutritional/exercise guide via mobile app. I totally and wholeheartedly recommend Ryan from LGMF if: 1. You’re looking for a supportive and easy going trainer. Ryan is not pushy but he will encourage you to do and be your absolute best. He will ask you what your goals are and help you to stay on track. His social media pages are also great to follow as he posts many clean eating and exercise challenges. 2. You are looking for fun and interesting workouts that will transform your body. Ryan’s training sessions are an hour long(this includes a warm up, stretching, the actual circuit training, and ends with 15 – 20 minutes abs + stretching). Ryan switches up what is on the itinerary for each workout so that it doesn’t feel mundane, and that way your muscles will transform in no time! He sometimes has class at a nearby park. 3. You are looking for a great overall experience– if you join LGMF, you will be working out with other motivated individuals that will encourage your results. The facility is great and there are so many different types of equipment and accessories used in each session(BOSU balls, kettle bells, battle ropes(my absolute favorite), slam/medicine/exercise balls, squat rack, ETC! I never was a fan of the gym until I started bootcamp with LGMF! I really surprised myself by how far I could go– I usually give up when things get hard but Ryan is so motivational that I always kept going. I intended to get in shape for my wedding and while training with LGMF and eating well– I was good to go in just a month(I did however begin to see results after just two weeks of training).

Awesome private gym! A number of trainers rent out this gym to provide service to their clients. My trainer is Ryan who is awesome! He encourages but doesnt forcefully push you. Hes very good with accomodatimg each client with their physical issues(ex bad knees, weak joints, etc) and gives alternative levels of fitness while doing the same circuit with other clients(3 – 4 clients max per bootcamp). If you need someone who is yelling in your face and motivating you in that way, he’s not the guy to go to. But if you need someone who is gentle but motivating and encouraging he’s your trainer! As far as the gym, I wish they had water dispenser or water fountain or something. They have a vending machine with water bottles but every gym has free water! Haha

Ryan is a great trainer! I’ve known him for several years as a trainer. He designs tough workouts that help you reach your fitness goals. I was interested in gaining overall strength since I had taken a few months away from the gym. I noticed a great difference training with him in conjunction with other workouts. He also takes the time to make sure your eating is on track. You can text him anytime with questions and a log of what you’ve been eating. During the training sessions he is motivating funny and reassuring. He trade my mother as well as my grandmother during her stroke recovery. My grandmother we gained a great amount of her balance and gross motor skills. Ryan can design a program that works for you!

I have spent the last 20 years of my life 100 lbs overweight. I tried so many different things — fad diets, DVD’s, paid for gym memberships that I never went too. Nothing stuck. Until I started with Ryan. Knowing I haven’t exercised in years, he interviewed me, went through my medical history and created a personalized program for ME. He researched exercises that benefit my specific fitness goals and would work with my health challenges. He is truly invested in me and my health. I started out hardly doing anything — I felt discouraged because everyone around me was doing so much more. But Ryan kept pushing me. He kept encouraging me. I’ve worked out with Ryan Keith for years. He is by far the best personal trainer I ever had. He changed up the routines continually, and I’ve seen great results. I find most trainers to be personable and easy to get along with and competent during the workout, but Ryan takes a more personal approach to your training.
