I have been strength training with various trainers for about 3 years. I started working with John about a year ago, and he is by far the best trainer I have had. He understands my goals and what I want out of each training and tailors each session to those goals. He is tough, but the results speak for themselves! I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a tough, smart and focused trainer.

I’ve been training with John for 3 years and he is a fantastic trainer! His advice and support have helped me with strength and endurance training for volleyball, which I play regularly. He also designed a nutrition and weight loss program for my specific needs that included healthy recipes, food journaling and regular consultations. Finally, he included me in activities outside the gym like ocean and pool swims to help me cross train and individually coached me on how to improve my endurance and fitness in these areas.
