Omg I feel amazing! I love going to spas and have spent over $ 200 on services at world class spas, but for some reason none compare to this place!!! Jason’s hands are even more magical than Sunny’s! My service was $ 20 and it was the best $ 20 I’ve ever spent. Tonight I thought they closed at 10 PM, but it turns out they close at 9:30 and mind you they took me in at 8:45and he stayed 20 minutes extra to finish my massage. I assume that they would be tired and wouldn’t do so well because they were so close to closing but he still did an exceptional job and went above and beyond my expectations!

Very clean, private, and relaxing. They have curtains between massage tables, which a lot of other reflexology massage spas do not. This is a huge plus, because it is private. The staff is very warm and welcoming, and they really get to know you if you’re a regular.

I used to love coming here but they changed ownership. The woman who massaged me, kept talking to other employees and answering the phone to take appointments. She was out of the room more than she was in it. I have a frequent visitor punch card and they wouldn’t honor it.
Very disappointed and found the customer service awful. I will not be coming back and would NOT recommend them.

Great spot for a quick drop in. Reminds me of the alleyway massage parlors in Hong Kong. Nothing spectacular or fancy but does the trick and for a cheap cost. I had a tweaked back so wanted to drop in for a rub. I chose the minimal foot and head massage so she could focus on my back. $ 30 (and a little squirming from the surprised power of this little ladies elbows) and I walked out pretty satisfied.
One suggestion would be to point out where you want them to concentrate on. And tell them a couple times. She moved to my lower back and then moved on. I had to tell her, and point, that this was aggravating me and needed attention.

I called and made an appointment at 12pm for a same day couples massage, with a specific request for 1 female massage therapist. We got there at 6pm amd were asked to wait 15 minutes. At 6:30 we asked how much longer the wait would be and wanted to confirm a female therapist and were laughed at by the receptionist. When we asked to speak to the manager a woman with very little English tried her best to explain it would be another 1.5 hours before a female therapist was available. Horrible customer service, almost unintelligible communication. Overall Unacceptable.

Came here with my husband. The promo they posted on Unilocal is actually their regular price. A male masseuse did a good job on me and had good pressure. But my husband, who got a lady, said that his experience was average. Her massage strokes felt rushed, and she answered 2 phone calls while we in session. They also don’t close the curtains fully to give you privacy.

We called and asked are they provide thai massage they answered yes. So we decided to have a try. My fiancé and i had one hour $ 40 full body massage. The massage was ok, turn out is not Thai massage. She was rough and felt like she was rushing to finish the massage, I did not enjoy the massage at all. When we pay for the massage, I read the sign «free hot stone massage with purchase of massage of $ 40 or more.» I asked her about our free hot stone massage she couldn’t answer and say something I couldn’t understand, maybe something is not working. I really don’t like the way she do business, not honest.

This was an awful experience.
I had a stamp card filled– so they owe me a free massage but the lady said it was expired. However there was no expiration date listed.
Then I told her my back and shoulders were tight and had painful knots… So I get the one with 30 minutes back work.
I am enjoying the foot massage part first when the lady comes and tells me that she forgot she had a prior client booked so she’d need to cut mine short. So she was only going to do the foot part!!!
I explained that I didn’t even want the foot part so he did like five minutes on my back.
They charged me $ 21 for HORRIBLE service!!!
This place is terrible.

Super great service was very good and attentive. My lower back was hurting bad and the guy named Mike just found my pressure points and really massaged it in. Great service for taking me last minute. Also, gave me water before and after! For compared to Burks this is the place to go for a reasonable massage for the price. Did a great job with my feet and pressure points!

I have been coming here for over a year and I usually just go with whoever I get! But this time I got Daniel and I am telling you that he gave me the best foot massage I have ever gotten in my life– he massaged all the muscles and tendons and bones in my feet and it was like heaven! I am definitely coming back as often as I can! It is clean and quite and all the people are great! I love to bring my friends here to treat them to a wonderful massage! Thank you!

I’m always very reluctant to get my massages from these little places but my experience here was very pleasant. Usually your in a room out in the open with other people but it was semi private, with curtains separating each bed. Andy did my massage & he was amazing! This place is no where near where I live but I will go out of my way to come back. $ 20 for an hour massage? Can’t beat that!

Lai Lai never lies! If you want frills don’t go. If you want privacy don’t go. If you want a quick good foot rub with hot water soak, neck & scalp rub for cheap — this is your baby! I love it. Feels incredible! Just get an appt bc it can get busy!

$ 20 for an hour massage, I tip $ 10 on top of that, these guys are working hard.

Prices are good, $ 20, the upgrades hardly seem like any change at all. They have recently upgraded the place too. Its a semi open floor plan, so a bit noisy at times. Its walking distance for us so we go often, and take friends when the mood fits. They have a frequent buyer card too. Look for the stairs by the watch store.

Took my husband here last night for a quick massage. We were in town from Las Vegas for the weekend. We got the 50 minute service.
The place was great. Best reflexology I had ever been to. Pleasantly painful and attentive. Perfect balance of body parts and when and where to apply pressure. Will definitely return next time I’m in Hermosa beach.

Came here for the first time yesterday and was pleasantly surprised. It’s located in the Whole Foods shopping center. You can park near Rite Aid and take the stairs up alongside Rita’s Ice.
Walked in on a Wed at 3pm and no appt. was necessary. They took me after a short 2 min. wait and I got the $ 20 massage. Worked on head, face, neck, feet, legs, back, shoulders, and arms. In that order.
At times, felt like the lady was rubbing more than massaging, but $ 20 is a bargain and I am not going to be too picky about quality.
They also accept Visa or MC and they give you the option to tip with the card as well.
