Domino’s Pizza

Wow! Worst customer service ever! We’ve told them multiple times that they’ve screwed up our orders on multiple occasions and haven’t asked for much in return. When we let them know that they messed up our order the last two times (when has been the same exact order) they had no remorse. We didn’t ask for anything free, just that they make sure they do what we ask this time. The guy was a total jerk! They have also argued with us about coupons the last 2 times, saying the special we want is an online special. Yet it is announced during the hold time as a regular special! They tried to gip is the last two times and say we couldn’t use the special and ended up allowing us to. This time, we called back to cancel our order since the employee Matthew was such a jerk to begin with. He put us on hold for 5 minutes, came back, and let us know they wouldn’t be delivering to our residence ever again… Even though this was an order for pick up. When I called to speak to the manager, Clyde, about the situation, he refused to give me any corporate contact information. He told me to look online. When I asked for Matthew’s name, he said «you mean the guy your boyfriend just cussed at?» Granted, he did cuss at the end of the conversation when they said they would never deliver to us again but not at all before that point. And regardless, as I was explaining to him, his employee could have been understanding and friendly to begin with. Avoiding this entire situation! I thought it was just us when we ordered a few times, however, I’ve quickly realized it’s just shitty customer service and people who hate their jobs. As someone who has worked customer service and receptionist jobs her entire life, you guys should be ashamed of yourselves!
Try answering the phone to people with mental or physical health issues and see how difficult that is. You don’t get the luxury of refusing to serve to them, you just have to be nice no matter what because that’s your job! All we wanted was a pizza. Imagine if you actually had to provide proper customer service on top of serving others pizza!
I suppose you can’t because the way you run this establishment is a joke. We (and both of the companies that we work for totaling over thousands of employees) will never order from here or any other Dominos again thanks to Clyde and Matthew.
PS my advice is to do something that makes you happy or you won’t be good at it. There’s a way to make any job fun and it’s not by being an AHole.

I don’t understand these recent bad reviews.
I ordered on Sunday night, and by phone because it was like 11:05. The guy who answered the phone had a polite attitude. I asked approximately how late the pizza would be, and he said a bit past midnight and apologized for the later delivery as the driver was out delivering two as I ordered. I said that’s totally fine because I know from having food service experience it is super annoying when people order food like right before close.
Anyways, when you call, the automated lady says YOU HAVE TO TRY THE LARGE 2 topping PIZZA WITH CHEESY BREAD OR CHICKEN and there is then a menu and you connect right to the store. Well the prerecorded lady said I had to… And it was a good deal.
I ordered pepperoni with green peppers and cheesy bread.
It arrived way sooner than quoted, and was nice and hot. The delivery guy was very nice and polite.
I was staying in a hotel and my cat was sitting on the desk chair, so I looked back three times to make sure she didn’t run out, but I am not sure he saw the cat at first so I pointed it out because I’m sure it looked sketchy as heck lol.
I wish I could acknowledge the delivery guys excellent service but I don’t have his name, he had very short dark hair.
The pizza was SO GOOD and the cheesy bread is to die for I will absolutely be coming back.
It was hot, delicious, well made.
There are many pizza options in Redmond but I definitely ¹⁰⁄₁₀ recommend dominoes.
Papa John’s is gross as heck, pizza hut is pretty weird but you’ll eat it if intoxicated and feel physically bad after, pagliacci is like a 8.8÷10 and dominos is an 8.7÷10.
Lower price, great pizza.

I ordered a pizza online. Everything went great until I opened the pizza and saw what I had Thought ordered was not on the pizza so I was immediately irritated because I thought what I ordered was not on here. I of course finishing my review I have 3 stars for order completion and submitted, I even expressed why I gave the three stars. I went back to check my order that I had in fact ordered a different item. I immediately went back to try and find a way to resubmit. I actually was waiting for them to call so that I could tell them my error. They did and it all went downhill from there. Whoever manages that store should take a course in communication and customer service. I know it’s Domino but you can still be service driven. AFTER I tell him i made a mistake, he tells me how I made them look bad and goes into some diatribe about what I shouldn’t do that ultimately made it real easy to hang up on him. He called me back to tell me that he put me on a banned delivery list, to which I say to him check my records I maybe have ordered from Dominoes one time 5 years ago, tonight was a fluke that wouldn’t be repeated anyway after that phone call and attitude you delivered. So I’m on the banned list, I will certainly ensure not to lose any sleep over it since I eat pizza maybe 2x a year. Get your life, your not El Gaucho.

Hate that I have to even give them 1 star, horrible horrible horrible, couldn’t find our house, they call 4 times its at 830 at night, bring the pizza back, we call them the guy is totally rude says he will send the pizza back out we agree. Call back 5 minutes later realizing they are probably going to spit in it! The so called «general manager «picks up and says hello with attitude just a hello, again RUDE we can cancel the pizza and the rest was history! Ps Domino’s sucks anyways!

A couple weeks ago we had a group of people over for board games and dinner and decided to order a pizza. We got a Hawaiian (pineapple and Canadian bacon). The driver arrived on time, but when I opened the box I was really unsure with what I saw. The box said it was a pineapple and Canadian bacon, but instead the pizza was jalapeño and sausage with white sauce. I am not sure if they just put the pizza in the wrong box, but it was such a strange combination. Luckily, my friend was able to run out and catch the driver, he apologized, told us to trash or eat the pizza, and he would bring us what we ordered.
The second pizza was at least the correct order, but was completely inedible. It tasted like someone had put paper in the mozzarella. I took a single bite, and couldn’t swallow it. My friend ate a piece and then said she was feeling sick. We threw the rest of it away.
Later that night, I noticed that my friend had ordered on-​line, and they had requested a survey. I responded with my concerns but never heard anything back from them. I have heard they had improved their menu. This was the most disgusting pizza I have ever tasted. Not sure if it’s just the Redmond location, but I will never ever go back there. I suggest you don’t either.

This is the worst Dominos I’ve ever used. Today I ordered a chicken caesar salad and Italian sandwich and a cherry coke at 11:52 am. Tracker said order was ready for delivery at 12:04 pm. It left the store at 12:40 pm arrived at 1:27 pm. Needless to say the sandwich was cold the soda was warm the salad was warn also and they forgot the extra dressing I requested. I’m never ordering again. Several other pizza shops do a much better job. Since doing away with the 30 min guarantee Dominos doesn’t seem to care anymore.

If you live in much of Redmond Ridge, don’t bother with here. Even though their competition, Papa Johns, which is closer to Redmond Ridge, does deliver. These guys won’t. Which is odd because I see delivery cars on my block all the time from them.
Guess they have to be having a slow night.

The best delivery service! Out of all pizza places that actually offer delivery, this one is always awesome! My food is always hot, appealing to the eye AND stomach! They’re always on time, and the people are always friendly! Plus, the way you can track your order is so appreciated!

Don’t bother customizing your pizza, like wanting light cheese or certain toppings. They could care less.
They make it like garbage here.
Contacted dominos customer care and they are as incompetent or more. They are like it’s locally owned so give your feedback to them. Dominos is going to be overrun by other chains eventually. They should stop wasting everyone’s time in the process to shut shop.

Okay so I have gotten pizza from this location several times and it has always been decent to good. What put me off the last time was the hygiene… No gloves being used when preparing the pizzas and just how the pizza dough was being handled. Good price and a decent pizza kept luring me in but never again. If the store owner/​operators are reading this you owe it to your customers to run a clean operation.

I’m really surprised with all the bad reviews… mainly because we’ve been ordering from this dominos for almost 2 years. Kind of sad when ya think about it lol we really should be eating more healthy.
But thats beside the fact. In the almost 2 years we have ordered here we have consistently had great pizza. We order the philly cheese steak pizza in pan (my bf’s fave) and a pan cheese pizza with salami and ham. I am not exaggerating when i say we order pizza 2 – 4 times a month.
Again… we need to eat better. We are working on it. Its been a few weeks.
Anywayyy this dominos is really great. The one major down fall that i have experienced as of late is their online ordering will go down and we have to order over the phone and they wont accept online coupons. That is my gripe solely because i am calling YOU because YOUR website isnt working… so it just seems kind of silly to not accept online coupons. However, thats my only gripe and why i give it 4 stars. Maybe its not their fault and just policy.
One time i ordered pizza and got a call within 30 seconds saying the delivery guy just left w a bunch of deliveries so i could either drive in or wait for what could have been 2 hours. We drove in and they took like 6 bucks off. Fair enough to me :) and even though the delivery guys forgot soda on one occasion they always went to retrieve and without hesitation. To err is to human right?
Anyway… we love this place. Their menu has great choices (SALAMAI) and their pizza dough is sooooo delicious.

We love this Dominos Pizza location. They are quick and very efficient. The pizza has improved over the years.

How can you guys forget the icing dip for the cinnamon sticks. You should make sure everything is ready before taking leaving for the delivery.

Tried this place once, and not going back.
The pizza was half baked, seemed to have been prepared in a rush.
When I went to pick-​up the pizza, the guy at the counter was most disinterested.
The only good thing is a 30% off with the Prime card, but with this quality of pizza I would rather go elsewhere.
I really expected better from Dominos! :(

Worst dominoes ever. I called the store because the website didn’t show a delivery options. I told them hey the website doesn’t show that you guys deliver and am very close she proceeds to tell me well it’s probably because you don’t have money on your debt card. I’ll order papa Johns

When it comes to getting good tasting pizza extremely quickly, this Dominos is perfect. The pizza, while not mind-​blowingly good is always consistently tasty. They always seem to deliver within 20 – 30 minutes whereas other nearby pizza places have taken up to an hour.

I have to say that I think a lot of the reviews for this location are from a bunch of whiners. I was hesitant to order based on the reviews but I decided to go ahead and give them a fair shot as I would do for any business.
It’s not gourmet, it’s not super high restaurant quality but come on, it’s inexpensive and they’re open late. If you’re expecting something like that, either make it yourself or go some place else! It’s still good pizza and at least for me, always consistent.
All that aside, my pizzas have always been made exactly to order, hot and delivered by a friendly person. We even order an hour or less before closing and still get prompt and courteous service.
Additionally, you get to watch the little order meter online and it’s VERY accurate if you have a decent enough Internet connection and come on, we are in Microsoft land, most everyone has a decent enough connection. Also, when the pizza is on its way, I even receive a courtesy call letting me know my pizza is on its way. What more could you ask for?
Seriously give this place a shot.

If I could give no star I would. I don’t know if this was just a bad night for this dominoes branch but my first experience there tonight was definitely a BAD first impression. I ordered a medium pizza and it was the tiniest medium pizza I have ever seen. When I first walked in the door, I wasn’t noticed for ten minutes while the employees basically stood around doing nothing. They didn’t notice me till I started jingling my keys impatiently. The pizza was absolutely awful. It was barely even cooked and tasted bad. I’m definitely not going back to dominoes after this experience. I do NOT recommend anyone go there.

First off, let me say that I am from CHICAGO and that I really love Dominos pan pizza. Why? What is food is Chicago known for? Say it… DEEP DISH FUCKIN PIZZA!!! So when you fuck up my pizza and I ask you to remake it (politely), and you STILL fuck it up, we have a problem. Ok?
The 1^st pizza had 3 HUGE cheese craters in it. For those of u that know pizza, that means there is no dough in those places. Like a gap. Cant eat that.
The 2^nd pizza they sent had barely any tomato sauce on it. Really? Yes. Imagine this.
You’re hungry. You’ve had a bad day, and you are craving that deep dish pan pizza at Dominos since thats the closest you’re gunna get to the real McCoy
It shows up, and YOU SEE CHEESE CRATERS!!! You say, ‘fuck it im hungry’ internally… and take a bite of the piece with the cheese crater. Flat. No dough. «Fuck it, im not doing this!!!» You call them, ask for another pizza because you cant eat flat cheese craters, post to Twitter and Dominos about this hot mess. Another pizza arrives…30 mins later. Irritated, hungry, and full of hope, you open the box. Looks good. You take a bite. DAMNIT, REALLY? Barely any sauce! It tastes like I ordered cheese and dough. Fml. Another post on twitter.

Im never ordering from this Dominos again. 1^st fuck up, ok. 2^nd fuck up, you dont know what you are doing.

Really, really fast service (purchased via the new app) and really good pizza. 2 loaded pan medium’s for $ 18 total. Not a bad deal. Way better than Pizza Hut now.
