Romio’s Pizza & Pasta

Great pizza. Though hard to communicate when giving an order over the phone. However I had them delivered to a business before I got there and they waited for me and was pleasant to me despite having to wait. (which was nice so gave them a bigger tip)

Delivery is prompt on time and food is really delicious. I’d definitely recommend to someone who’s not willing to go out :-p. Subs and Pizzas — my choice.

I love Romios pizza and will always order at work in Seattle. I decided to place an order at my home in Redmond for delivery– worst mistake ever.
I placed an order at 5:54 for two pizzas using their online ordering service at
. I got a confirmation letting me know it will take 45 minutes depending on peak hours. I understand they may be busy so I waited and waited.
7:45 still no pizza so I called in. The lady who answered told me they didn’t get the order and it’s not their fault, it’s the online system and they have problems with them and she is calling them and will call me back but she doesn’t know how long that will take. I asked its been two hours I just want my food can you please just get it to me. She said OH you don’t want to cancel this order?!
Since that she started yelling at me because she did not want to take ownership. This entire time I was calm and even had to ask her why she is screaming at me when I have not raised my voice and I am the customer. I then asked to speak with her manager and she told me she was the manager.
She said she assumed I wanted to cancel since it had been 2 hours and most would want to cancel by then. I told her over and over I am starving and still want the pizza. She then tried to place the order again and again asked for my card information. I told her I already paid and a charge was on my card and she started to yell and scream again saying that she didn’t get the order and the online service is the one who charged me not her.
Keep in mind this is their website I ordered from not a 3^rd party website. She then told me I shouldn’t order from them because she doesn’t want me to call tomorrow to complain that I got a 2^nd charge. This entire time I stayed calm and I asked for her name– she then hung up on me and did not call me back.
Absolutely unprofessional and that is not how you treat customers. It was their fault for not getting my order but she never apologized or anything she just kept saying it’s not her fault it’s the online companies fault. She was yelling and screaming the entire time as I did not raise my voice one time. And on top of it all she hung up on me and supposively she is the manager.
She had a very thick accent, not sure if she is the owner or not but will never ever order again with them and will stick with the seattle store. All she had to do was apologize and send the pizza out to me, I am completely understanding and understand things happen. But she is clearly incapable of common sense nor does she know any aspect of customer service.

We ordered a pizza with pepperoni and olives and a large Cobb salad. The pizza was above a real. Thick crust, tasty sauce and the right amount of cheese. I wish there were more olives but there was a lot of pepperoni. Over all it was really good.
The Cobb salad was AMAZING. First of all, it was HUGE. It came with three containers of salad dressing. I ordered Blue cheese and it was yummy. There was tons of pieces of chicken, bacon, and egg. The lettuce and tomatoes were really fresh. Again, it was huge. I have been eating it for three days! Over all this place seems great and we will definitely order from them again!

After my initial wonderful review for this place I have returned frequently. I have turned my friends onto it. Unfortunately I lost my menu and today which I explained when I tried to order without it. I described the dish perfectly, in addition to knowing that it was one of the FIVE (5) items in he low carb menu. Sadly, that wasn’t enough information apparently and after making me repeat myself several times the rude, chubby bearded guy hung up on me.
The staff here is pretty rude, the blonde girl that says she is the manager is also rude to people in the store and this guy is always rude as well. In fact, the only guy that was ever polite and friendly was a younger kid that I have not seen since my first trip here. Still, the food is great and the price is right so until today I put up with it.
Because it is baffling that they would actually HANG UP on a customer that was trying to order from them I went down there in person and told the blonde girl what happened. Her response, and I quote, was «We are very busy, sometimes that happens. You just have to deal with it.» and without offering me any kind of solution she got on the phone and ignored me.
Well, no. It doesn’t «happen» anywhere else and no I don’t have to deal with it! I told the rude guy that you do NOT hang up on your customers at which point he walked up to the counter, grabbed the menu, *got in my face* and said «You didn’t have the name! How can I make this without the name! You read the menu next time!» The manager, who was standing right there, did nothing! I told the jerk that he is an idiot and walked out.
When I got to my car I realized that this situation was totally inappropriate, turned around and went back in because there is no way this guy needs to continue to work with the public in any capacity. The manager was clearly annoyed with ME (!) and actually put down the phone for the first time to say «What do you want me to do???» I am baffled that anyone would treat their CUSTOMERS this way for simply trying to order from them. I will not be going back.

Calzone tasted good, just was a little undercooked. slightly soggy

I have only ordered for delivery from this Romio’s so that is what this review is regarding.
Easy online ordering, low delivery fee (cheaper than chain pizza places), friendly delivery drivers, delicious salads, greek food, pizza, and calzones. Special instructions have always been followed. I don’t recommend that you get the wings delivered. I like crispy wings and they came a little soggy.
Aside from the wings, the two reasons that they aren’t getting 5 stars is that once my delivery took longer than it was supposed to and I only got a half-​assed «Sorry for the delay» and when they do delivery, they’ll sometimes put your salad on top of a box with hot food or on top of the pizza and sometimes that can heat up the salad a little.
Overall though, this place is great. Consistently tasty pizza, etc. Huge portions for the price. Generally good customer service.

I have been a loyal customer of Romios for years love them Meatball Parmesans! Tonight I was delivered the worst sandwich ever, 6 total meatballs over a footlong sandwich. It was also undercooked. Decent chance I won’t order again. Not to sound like a dick, but they need to work on their service and quality.

Not sure about the disparity of previous reviews listed but I’ve always had a wonderful experience with Romios!
I’ve only had the calzones my past two visits, and have yet to graze on the pasta.
After ordering the guy at the counter reviewed my order, and told me it would be about seven minutes to finish
The ingredients have always seemed fresh and the dough is wonderful! My favourite part is they don’t dust the bottom of the dough with that gritty cornmeal stuff
Don’t let the crazy neon green and pink wall colours and interesting art choices freak you out. Its a pretty decent pizza place. It is a very intimate and small location about 4 tables and maybe 10 people can sit max. So more of a takeout location.
My coworker had a half order of the pesto bread and a slice of ready to go pizza and said it was good!
I had a small bbq chicken calzone with jalapenos and mushrooms. The jalapenos were a bit bland but still spicy (I assume canned or previously chopped but most places don’t chop fresh jalapenos due to lack of demand) This thing was pretty hefty. About 7−8″ across and stuffed with cubed chicken, bbq sauce, and my toppings. The pizza was not at all greasy or drenched in oil. Perfectly golden brown and with a side of marinara sauce.
Let’s just say ill be doing some cardio tonight because that calzone changed me. It was delicious! I could only shove half of it down so I even had some leftovers to take with!

, & none of our topping requests were honored. I left clear, concise topping info, and was entirely ignored. Don’t expect them to read your «instructions».
When I called and asked if they had an «email address where I could send my feedback», the lady said flatly, «No, we don’t.» and hung up on me, even though I was still talking.
Dough was tasty, ingredients seemed quality, delivery was polite and on time. I’m wishing I hadn’t pre-​tipped so much now, as I don’t believe it was all going to the delivery boy. I certainly hope so. The cook who ignored me and the lady working the phone deserve none of it.

If you want to order anything different from the way they list it, you’d do best to order over the phone and get the person’s name, and pick it up in person.

We love ordering pizza and pasta from Romio’s! I’m gluten free myself and I love the huge selection that Romio’s offers. I’ve not had a dish I haven’t liked. My fiancé isn’t gluten free and has loved the pizza’s he’s ordered for himself. I would say it’s a bit pricey but it’s worth it. We’ll continue to be loyal customers.

This place was absolutely disgusting. It is a true shame that this place has the same name as the Everett location because the food at this establishment was horrid. I ordered chicken parm, a true favorite of mine, and when I got home and opened my dinner I found the most disgusting looking cutlets that in no way resembled chicken. chicken parm is usually breaded and these cutlets looked grilled, but to be honest I’m not sure how they were prepared. and the customer service was awful. I called them to make sure that the food I got was actually chicken parm, and the owner was so rude! $ 17 I’ll never get back. seriously stay away. so gross!

Greatest pizza ever. You can tell the difference between those guys and the other big chains with the huge ads and specials. Paying $ 2 more compared to the others… trust me its worth !! Also the salads are amazing !! You should try the Horiatiki salad. There is no lettuce in this salad the box is filled with great tasting vegetables like tomatoes, cucumbers, green peppers feta and etc !

I ordered the gluten free pasta (yes I know my fault for being gluten intolerant). Absolutely the worst gluten free pasta I’ve ever had. The pasta was horribly overcooked. Think of bloated slimy noodles underneath a baked layer of cheese. Im sure the dish is normally wonderful but you guys need to learn how to cook gluten free pasta if you are going to serve (and charge extra) for it.

I was hesitant to order from Romios after reading some of the reviews. However, after hearing my boyfriends stomach grumble, I decided to just give it a shot.
We ordered pasta, lasagna, cheesy garlic bread, and chocolate cake. Was the food authentic? No. Was the food light? Definitely not. Fortunately that is not what we were looking for or paid for. Everything tasted like Americanized Italian food. It was cheesy, saucy, meaty, garlicy deliciousness. The chocolate cake was nothing that we were expecting. Rather than a typical chocolate sheet cake, it was a mousse chocolate cake. Soooooo yummy.
Aside from the fulfillment of the food itself, it was delivered in just over 20 minutes by a very friendly and professional delivery man. Romios delivers exactly what is expected. We will definitely be back.

The order was placed at 12:17 pm. The estimated delivery time was 1:15 PM to 1:25 PM. The actual delivery time was 12:52 PM. Faster than the estimate and, at 35 minutes, a pretty speedy delivery time.
The delivery person was very professional and polite. He wasn’t even flustered when I became flustered that my brother’s dog ran out of the apartment.
The food ranged from good to very good.
House Calzone (Normal Size — Pepperoni, Canadian bacon, onions, and mushrooms. Served with mozzarella and homemade pizza sauce) — This was a good calzone. It was still hot. It didn’t become overly soggy. This is often an issue with delivered calzone but they escaped it. The ingredients each held their distinctive flavours. The Canadian bacon they use really rocked/​Plus, they were big slices. The onions had maintained a nice bite. Plus, I think the red onions were an excellent choice. I enjoyed the bready flavour of the crust. It was well presented. I wish the side of sauce had been a little larger.
Potato Skins — These were decent. They were basic with cheese and some bacon. I think they could have used some chives or something fresh to bring a little zing. But they made for a nice side. They did provide sour cream for a dipping sauce.
Gyro (Beef with no onions or tomatoes) — This was my brother’s order. He enjoyed it. But commented he wished they offered it with lamb.
The food was neatly packed. Upon delivery, it ranged from very warm to hot.
Another plus is they offer Coca-​Cola Mexicana.

Overall — I thought Romio’s offered a good option for delivery. They have a diverse menu. The food we tried was all good. The food was packed nicely. Delivery was swift and the staff was friendly.

THE WORST EVER! They got my order wrong, couldn’t get my card number right, and got lost– WE ARE LESS ONE MILE FROM THEM. I could walk there. They are run by rude, ignorant fools. I wish that I could give less than one star. Their service is so poor that it could get sucked into a singularity where no politeness or hope can escape. Wait…what’s that sucking sound?! I being drawn. .. in.. .holding on.. must survive. . to prevent others from …suffering ROMIOS REDMOND! *gasps for air* I made it. I survived, but you won’t if you order from them.

Very poor quality food! It take about 45 they say but actually up to an hour, the pizza seems stale, as if it sat for a while. The pasta is a bit salty and for the price you can or to go from Tropea for same price and much better quality.
I have tried to order online and they just never show up, then when you call they pick up and hang up on you. Very disappointed, they used to have great service and food 2 – 3 yrs ago, maybe new owners or management?

Ok, disclaimer: Sometimes I just want greasy food.
If you’re looking for healthy, light, fresh Italian food, this is not the place. Sorry.
However, if you want delicious cheesy goodness delivered to your front door late on a friday night? This may be your jam.
I ordered the «cheese boat». Garlic meatballs left a bit to be desired, but ultimately it was warm, tasty, and satisfying. Worth the relatively cheap price. Try the feta bread too!
