Recently purchased a new battery from this location. The shop is pretty easy to access, and the staff is helpful enough.
They ordered my battery from somewhere in Redding, because they didn’t have my model on hand. They took an awful long time to get my battery delivered… so after a half hour past expected delivery time, I wandered across the road to Starbucks to grab a java and leer at strangers.
Half hour later or so, I’m called to shop. The battery cost a bit more than was expected… but that wasn’t the end of the world.
The end-​price was about 25% higher than the same battery elsewhere around, but once it was delivered I felt like they made me a priority.
I priced four new tires while I was there, which, mounted and balanced, again came out about 25% more extensive than elsewhere locally. I held out non these.
Pro: fast when parts on hand.
Con: non-​competitive pricing

I recently had a radiator flush, tire rotation, oil change, and some hoses replaced in one of my cars. They were fast, friendly, fair priced. Clean waiting area and they offer rides back to work.
Convenient location and you don’t feel like you in a herd of cattle. 5 Stars from me!

I got tires at Redding Tire Factory about a year ago. I live right around the corner and they are open on Saturdays, so super convenient for me. These guys, Don and Ron, (but all have been super helpful) are awesome! I had a key stuck in the trunk of my car, hence open trunk all weekend. AAA & Ron tried to get it out. No go. Ron gave me a mechanics name, Rick at R & R auto truck repair. Sean & Rick charged me $ 0.00 to fix my car!

The staff and service here is Great!!! Super helpful and always a great job! They have changed my battery and I’ve had several oil changes. I know my car is in good hands when I bring it here and I will definitly keep coming back! Thanks guys at Tire Factory!!!

It’s the only place in Redding that I will get my wheel and tire work done. Have dealt with them twice and have been more than satisfied both times. The rates are reasonable, the service fast and the staff helpful. Can’t ask for much more.

I had a great experience with Redding Tire Factory! I got a flat tire halfway through a long business trip and needed to stop and have it repaired. All of the employees were pumped to help me out of what could have been a stressful experience. The work was quick, easy, and cheap! I was back on the road in no time. These guys get two thumbs up!

I won’t take my vehicles anywhere else. For anything. We have service done here, repairs done here, and I just bought a set of 4 really good tires for my wife’s car for a great price. Great job, guys!
