Rob came out to fix our fridge. He mentioned it was the circuit board and told us it would be $ 400, half the price that the fridge originally costs. We had no other option at the time because our food was going to go bad and he was in and out in 15 minutes. I wish we got a second opinion before hiring RNC appliance. Spoke with other contractors and they agreed we got scammed.

I highly recommend RNC for appliance repair. I got an appointment right away, he came and diagnosed the problem in a very short time.
He told us the cost of the needed part and labor and it was very reasonable.
He had to leave and get the part. I had an appointment outside my home and he accommodated us by coming back after we got home.
In a world where so many companies give a range of times so you have to wait for hours it was refreshing to be given an appointment time where you know just when the repairman will be at your house.
Our repairman was Bob. He was friendly, knowledgeable and fair.
I will definitely call RNC for any future repairs.
