I paid $ 750 and three days later I still have no heat. They said the parts they replaced were burnt out by faulty wire between the thermostat and the furnace. Then quoted me another $ 550 to replace my thermostat for a wireless. $ 1300 to replace a faulty thermostat. I agree with the previous reviewer, poor customer service and communication.

I had the opportunity to employ AccuAire for both business and my home. Ken and Alice are very professional and very knowledgeable of the HVAC business. If they can’t do something, they will happily refer you to the right place. When they are on the work site, they are on time and get the work done on time as promised. No hidden charges, no surprises. As far as pricing, they are very competitive, to some people they might seem to be a little pricy, but like the old saying, you get what you pay for and for me, I would happily always pay what they ask for and will refer their service to everyone I know.
