Days Inn Reading Wyomissing

I wanted to book a room with 2 beds (aka Double Bed) on Expedia but the check in clerk said it was a one bedroom and that we had to read the subtitle in the description. She was happy to change our rooms and give us a room with 2 beds with NO extra charge. Other than that, the bed and bathroom amenities were excellent. The breakfast buffet was fulfilling. They had french toast and sausage for the hot breakfast and cereal and bread for the cold breakfast. I highly recommend!

We have been here three times in the last year and it has been very good. Well this time it was not very good we arrive to a long line at check-​in one person at desk… bed was very uncomfortable lumpy! Breakfast was awful my fiancé is diabetic nothing to have for him. French toast looked uncooked as well as sausage. No eggs which should be a staple at breakfast. sugary cereal .one waffle machine. people had to continuously go up to desk to ask for food replenishment. I understand breakfast is free but if you want people to come back step it up a notch! On a good note even though bed was uncomfortable it is a clean hotel. I really don’t think we will come back unfortunately.

My family had a great experience. Everything was clean and friendly. The breakfast was good and they are modern looking with the décor and large flat screen TVs. Microwave and fridge was a plus as well as the adjustable showerheads. I would give five stars, but the WiFi was in and out during our stay and there’s not very good water pressure in the showers. Overall though, for a budget hotel, I was impressed and will be coming back if I need to.

My opinion of this place changes every time I go here. For the price, it’s a good hotel. The person who is at the front desk always seems very nice. I usually get middle-​aged woman. She doesn’t come off as «enthusiastic» about her job or anything, but she’s always been nice to me and treated me well.
I really dislike the cleaning service though. Im almost positive if you leave something behind, you’ll never get it back. My boyfriend accidentally left a pair of shoes and a pair of shorts in the room. I literally called the hotel about 2 hours after we left to see if they had them and they said they didn’t. Positive that someone either stole them or the maid service threw them away and didn’t want to own up to it. So they ticked me off. I stopped staying there as much after that.
Since their new paint job outside (which I believe makes the outside look terrible like a Mexican Castle or something) I noticed they also redid the rooms and changed some things around. It looks like the rooms got new paint jobs and new appliances. For the most part, they rooms are nicer but they definitely screwed up the paint in our bathroom.

Stay here every 6 months or so when visiting family and always found it to be very, very clean and friendly. And, unlike some hotels the free WiFi actually works from your room. Peggy is the best!

Easy quick clean hotel. Has wifi washer and dryer free breakfast. Helpful customer service from the front desk. Across the street from restaurants and light shopping. Would visit again for quick business trips
