I have been to some of the best spas all around the world and this spa definately stood out as one of my favorites! There have every amenity possible and more! Steam room, saunas, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, outdoor showers and aromatherapy showers! I spent a good 3 hours here to myself and walked out feeling amazing! I would suggest coming midweek as it’s not crowded and they often have specials so ask! Silvia did my facial and it was very relaxing. My skin was just glowing afterwards. Alyssa the spa attendant was wonderful she even came back to check up on me which was unexpected. They had delicious fruit infused waters, teas, coffee and fruit in the ladies only lounge. Every magazine you can think of for your reading pleasure. The spa shop was fun to browse albeit the high prices. I am very much looking forward to my next visit here again! 5 stars all the way!!!

I really enjoyed my massage, but the spa was also a great place to just hang out and relax. The surroundings were peaceful and beautiful and I enjoyed the water and snacks. My only complaint was the service in getting a beverage — we tried to get a drink before our massages, but there was one person who had to run from the kitchen/bar to the spa and it was impossible to get anything quickly. The attendant promised to have our drinks shortly after our massages ended, but it still took around 20 minutes to even get anyone’s attention. I won’t complain too much, though, because I was hanging out on a chaise in a comfy robe reading magazines while I waited.

Great Service! Veronica was a great masseuse… Although, my appointment was for a 50 min massage, I think it was more like 40 – 45 minutes… It was such a great relaxing massage that an extra 5−10min would have been perfect! My massage was scheduled for 3:30pm. I was met at the Ladies Waiting Room at 3:30pm & was back in that same room at 4:20pm… That’s 50 minutes of walking to/from the massage room, talk about areas of concern needing massage, undressing/redressing…you get my point… If you pay for a spa service, like a massage or reflexology or facial, you get to enjoy the spa that day without added cost. If you don’t opt for a service, there’s a fee for day use of the spa… still a good deal to use it that way as well… You can relax in the Womens or Mens or Coed rooms & corresponding Spa areas… There is a limited menu of food available to order & eat while you’re at the spa… But there are numerous amounts of tea and cold beverages & snacks designed to relax and detox you… I thoroughly enjoyed the steam room… Although the Sauna didn’t seem to be hot… I didn’t get a chance to bring that to the attention of my attendant. There are lockers. They give you robes and slippers to change into. If you’d like, bring your bathing suit as there are several Jacuzzi tubs. Wonderful experience! I’ll be back!

Having been to every spa in the desert, I was very excited for the Ritz-Carlton to reopen. Exceptional service and a beautiful space, this is hands down the best facility in the desert. There is a fair sized coed area with a hot tub, they serve a small menu, juices and alcohol if you make a day of it. There is no pool access for spa guests. I also hope eventually they add some misters to the outdoor spaces like the rest of the property. I cannot wait to return!
