Great food and amazing service. Have always had a good experience while eating here. Highly recommend!

We really liked this place.
All four of us are Vegan and after doing a bit of research we established that lots of their dishes were either already Vegan or could be amended to make them suitable.
We tried various dishes including the lettuce wraps, spring rolls and main courses with tofu in them. All were good as was the service.
We would definitely go back again.

This location needs to close.
We have not patronized in a long time.
I never intended on going again after last visit.
The service was awful. Our waiter ordered and disappeared. He evidently had the patio. Well we were NOT on the patio and he was awful for a 20.00 plus lunch.
NO lunch on sat so you order off menu.
Waiter uninformed… all the food was sweet. Waiter did not know menu
This place is gonzo… Close and get it over with. The River is HISTORY

Service was horrible. This is the second time at this location I’ve walked out because no service. It wasn’t even busy.

Love their food but experienced such awful service today:
Ordered online, went to pick it up and they didn’t have the order. Ok, no problem, computer glitches happen. They said it’d be 10 minutes tops. 30 minutes later, the food arrived with a bill that was almost twice what my email confirmation stated. I showed me server, who got the manager, manager said that was for lunch portions. I told him that’s what I ordered, it was 12pm. He proceeds to tell me they don’t offer that on the weekend. It should probably state that online, and not let you order it on the weekend. I brought exactly enough money for the order since it totaled it online, so I got to hike out to my car. After missing my order completely, taking three times the amount of time they said it would be to cook, you think I would have received slightly better service.

Our server was very nice, but honestly felt like they were rushing us to order. The restaurant also upped their prices, so their online menu prices are a bit different then when you actually go in. The honey chicken, though it tastes good, is $ 15 for a very small amount. Wasn’t too happy about that. Took a while to grab our check, doubt Ill be back any time soon.

Hard to star. Food is great but service was terrible. I have never had a bad
Experience at PF Changs. This one however was a doozie. 45 min for desert to come, they did comp it (very generous but when we got home (as we took it to go because it got so late) there was two tiny pieces of what ever it was. Not enough to share with two people.
The larger issue was table never got cleared. Server was sweet but just not attentive. Never for water refilled, bill took 30 min to arrive.
Tough night. Not the same PF I used to love.

Clean with great service, it’s ok to become a regular here. The staff is cool and they know the menu. Tell them what your in the mood for they will point it out. Cheers

Oh, I love this restaurant’s food. Each visit is consistently excellent. Service and food quality are always great and they have a full gluten-​free menu with plenty of choices.
My favorites are:
GF lettuce wraps — 5 stars
GF Chang’s spicy chicken — 5 stars
Chang’s spicy chicken is in a sweet & spicy mild chili sauce. The bite-​size chicken is coated in a GF breading. The entrée is sometimes a little spicier than others, but always delicious. It is probably the closest to regular sweet and sour chicken. Others at my table have tasted it and can’t tell it is gluten-​free.
Each time I go, the server brings me separate GF soy sauce and mixes it with the dipping sauces. The lettuce wraps taste good alone, or dipped.
At the recommendation of our server, I’ve tried the organic agave margarita and — wow — that is a great-​tasting margarita.
The GF flourless chocolate dome is a rich chocolate cake served with berries and a raspberry sauce. Personally, I prefer to pass on the berries and sauce — it tastes better solo. Although, I’m usually too stuffed to order dessert.
I definitely recommend this restaurant and like all the GF items on their menu, but end up sticking with my favorites. Maybe next time I’ll try something different.

Overall a great experience. They were able to accommodate our party of 15 within a 30 minute notice (I called at 4:30pm and they were able to schedule us for a 5pm reservation). The food was great, we actually ordered twice since we were still hungry and it didn’t take too long at all. We ordered the Mongolian Beef, Chang’s Spicy Chicken, Walnut and Melon Shrimp, Pepper Steak, Kung Pao Chicken, Chicken Lo Mein, and a few other sides including Egg Drop Soup and Edamame. Service was good too. Our waiter seemed a bit over whelmed with our party size but I think he did his best to make his rounds though a few extra stop-​ins would have been nice. The location is also great as there are a lot of shops nearby, however parking was dreadful. There are way too many valet rows for this complex making it hard for folks who don’t want to use valet to park. Aside from that, we had a great time and if we were in the area again craving Chinese food, we’d come back again.
