Tiene un buen servicio y la cantidad de productos es muy amplia, el lugar donde se encuentra la tienda esta un poco escondido pero es en un lugar bonito y bien cuidado.
Los precios me parecieron justos, paresidos a los precios de la competencia, cabe destacar que al inscribirse a una «awards club» (una tarjeta o numero para recibir descuentos) esta tiene una buena cantidad de los mismos y al correo electronico te llegan descuentos cada semana.

Usually have good service but today my fiancée and myself went in to get a good pre workout supplement and have very little knowledge of them but one guy only paid attention to stocking shelves unless you was a pretty girl and the lady other than saying hi only wanted to talk to the guy stocking shelves or talk on the phone. so after several min standing there googling products decided to just go elsewhere to have someone help us. Won’t be back soon

First time here and I was impressed!
I walked in to find tea tree oil because I have this red bump in the back of my left earlobe. The associate was very helpful and friendly but I didn’t get his name.
He mentioned that the tea tree oil has to diluted with a little bit of water before applying to skin because it’ll leave scar if applied directly. That was very helpful and good information.
Also, they match price if you find an item cheaper from their website.
Try to get their free membership to receive free coupons.
So overall, great customer service, very organize store and great deals.

I’ve been shopping at the Vitamin Shoppe for about 2 years now and have been a happy customer since the first visit! I’ve been to several locations, but the Rancho Cucamonga location is near my home and where I go most frequently. I can usually find what I need on sale and in the size /​quantity that I’m looking for. The store is clean and well organized, and the staff are helpful and friendly. Becoming a member is free and easy, and you’ll get rebates every January and coupons throughout the year. Highly recommended!

Clean, as with all the Vitamin Shoppes I’ve been to lately. I came to stock up on Quest bars and the employees were all very friendly. All the items were in order and properly front-​faced, and checking out was also very efficient. My cashier lady even recommended different ways to eat the Quest bars and her personal favorites, which was a nice and personal touch. Overall, I like this place :) Also located in a great plaza with Pieology and other goodies.

A very nice clean store, it’s such a shame that they had uneducated rude people working in it when I went in. I went in looking for a product asked an associate, and she said they didn’t have it. When I asked for where the section was that would carry similar products, she kept saying it’s not what I want. I finally had to put my foot down for her just to show me where other similar items were. After showing me the similar products, what does she immediately do is walk over to her manager and talk about me. I’m the only customer in this store, I am not dumb I can hear and see you doing this. And on top of it when she took me to the section I kept asking for, the product I originally asked for was right there. I was so disgusted with this experience. I spoke with the manager and basically had to teach him what customer service and maturity is. He gave me my item at a discount because of what had happened, at no argument. I think I might just order it online next time unfortunately.

I’ve been going to vitamin Shoppe for years now. Honestly I used to order online or play hit or miss with the sports nutrition stores. But I can honestly say I’m going to stick to Vitamin Shoppe most of their senior staff in the store are very knowledgeable about what they’re selling. What’s great is they’ll explain what’s actually popular and what other’s have shared with them about their products, aside from trying the products out themselves. The great thing is you’re not pressured into buying the store’s brand like GNC or NutriShop which I heard has some questionable ingredients. Vitamin Shoppe staff have always given really good info and its awesome that their policy is NO COMMISSIONS just give people info and make honest recommendations. Heather is awesome there but you’ll find most of the senior staff know what they’re talking about.

I shop here for my protein powder on a monthly basis. The prices are fair and they have a large selection of products. The store is always clean and very organized. I have asked for help on several occasions but the information I was given and the products that I was specifically looking for I was mislead about and actually given incorrect information. I needed calcium citrate and told the associate that and I was sold calcium carbonate (totally different) and was told it was what I was looking for. :(But, their selection of protein and vitamins is so great it’s almost overwhelming.
