I was under the impression that I was dining at an Italian restaurant but when I asked for garlic bread the waitress looked at me as if I was talking in a foreign language. All she needed to say was that they don’t serve that there not look at me like I’m stupid. I’ll probably go back because the food was good but I hope I don’t get the same server.

Great experience Javier was our waiter very nice, professional, never had to wait he was always around. If you come in try to have him be your easier. The food was amazing definitely made my date with my girlfriend amazing. Will be back.

I came here for their Thursday wing special and I must say that I was really impressed.

4 flavors they offer: parmesan, barbecue, buffalo, and teriyaki. The chicken wings were perfect absolutely NOTHING wrong with the wings. I’m giving this place 1 star due to their TERRIBLE employees. I had a waitress named DIANA C and she was the worst waitress ever. She definitely hated her job. She charged me wrong 3 times which is ridiculous. The ranch they offer is $ 0.65 so I asked for 2 ranches with my order she charged me for 6 ranches. She added an extra $ 7 to my bill until I made her fix it — also, she was arguing with me about my bill which clearly she was wrong until she finally realized she made a mistake with it. She had a real snobby attitude and she whispered nonsense under her breath to herself. I had it with her attitude so I spoke with the store manager and he was very helpful and understood everything I was telling him. Overall experience was so terrible. Don’t get me wrong the food was great but how can you enjoy a great meal with such a terrible waiter/​waitress.

Came in today after a long day for a quick drink and Krysta came in and her smile was electrifying! It was busy and she kept her cool. Her attitude kept me here for dinner as well.

Great service, tons of food, yummy desserts! Love the bread basket with olive oil, balsamic vinegar. Had a 3 meat pizza with Italian nachos.

Great environment, waitress was Awesome, her name was Claudia, actually the nicest waitress I’ve ever came across, food was fantastic ! Ordered the sirloin, pretty good

Decided to try this place since we are new in Rancho Cucamonga. Walked in with my family and the hostess was just looking at us like what are you doing here!!!
No Hi, no welcome, no smile…
She went to Check for space since we have a stroller… other hostess keep rolling Silver ware and talking to us when she is giving us her back…
Sorry we are looking for better service. … will head to CPK at the mall for better service.

We love coming here. The food is always delicious! Great service and in the bar you get delicious peanuts and tons of interaction with other guests. The happy hour menu is awesome!

Went here tonight for my mom’s birthday. Our wonderful waiter, Travis, did an amazing job taking care of our party of 14! He was running around making sure drinks were always full and that we had everything we needed. Honestly the best service I have ever seen. The food is always amazing here. We love the bread too. We were served quickly! We were seated, fed, and had food boxed up all in an hour! They moved quick! Portions are pretty big. Of course we will be going back. Once again, I cannot express how phenomenal of a job Travis did. He was calm, and very caring. My mom had a great birthday.

Great food, considering it is a chain restaurant. I find that chain Italian places lack something when it comes to their food. This place does not. From the bread and roasted garlic on the tables, to their spaghetti skillet. Can’t go wrong with those. Great spot for a quick dinner away with the hubby or with a large group of friends.
Dine or dash? Dine. Even alone.

My server was awesome the food was good for the first time. I think I would come back again for the spinach and artichoke dip maybe some soup and salad but it was good overall My again I’m going to say my server was awesome.

Wow, what a difference! The service right from the start was great. Our waitress, Diana, was the best we have had in the 5 years we have been coming here.

Honestly, I came here very open minded because I love Italian food and was under the impression that a pizza could never go wrong. I ordered a spinach artichoke pizza and not only was everything on top of the pizza melting off as soon as I lifted it, but it was extremely undercooked. Dough central. Although our waitress was extremely good, the food was way too terrible to even commit to the idea that anything else in the restaurant could be right. Never have I ever been so irked to write a review for a restaurant.

Came here with papa for $ 0.35 chicken wings Thursday’s special. There are few sauces to choose from: buffalo, barbecue, sweet chili, parmesan cheese, and srichacha. I got sweet chili, and I like it. The chicken wings are fried and they dipped them in the sauce. Easy and fast. The chicken wings are actually big and worth the price of 35 cents each. I’m not sure what’s the regular price is, but I know I won’t pay regular price for the chicken wings. I would go to other places that are mainly best for chicken wings. Make sure to come on Thursday for these chicken wings special.
They also have happy hour specials everyday all day. I have tried their Bellini, and it’s so good! It tasted like peach with champagne and little taste of rum (I think). After two drinks of that, I was already buzzed LOL ! Bellini was $ 6 each on Thursdays. Again I’m not sure about the regular price but I’m sure it’s worth it.
Service was good. There are tvs all over playing sports games. Whatever u want to watch on tv, just let the waitress know. She will change it for u right away :)
I would come back again for Thursday special.

Take out is always great and fast here! Even when I get it home it’s still very hot! Only dined in maybe 2 times here in the bar and every time wasn’t great experience food was great but the beer was poured in a glass that was really hot like right of dishwasher. My first time here I believe we sat for 20minutes before anyone even acknowledged us.

I’ve actually gave this place a try a few times, in hopes that the food would get better, but unfortunately, nothing changed. The food is just ok. I think it’s time for them to close down and allow another restaurant to open in their place.

I come here for the calamari and great deals on beer. Our server Daniel S was very nice. He paid close attention to our table and even hooked my nephew up with some ice cream.
Come here and sit in the bar, they have really good specials and I also love there bread and oil.

My review is for the bar area:
After considering to have lunch at a business nearby, I was convinced to come here because of their drink specials. They have an extensive beer list on both drafts and bottles that I hadn’t realized, so we ordered a couple of small glasses to go with our meals. Each day they have cheap prices on their beer.
While it was lunch time, there were no lunch menus on the tables, just the bar specials, so I had to ask someone for it. Rather than trying their bar food, we ended up ordering the Unlimited Soup & Salad and the Half Sandwich/​Half Salad lunch deals. The food was okay, but the soup kept coming out faster than consumption. Food probably wouldn’t have been wasted if the server asked first if it was okay to bring out another bowl. The Unilocal check-​in offer gives you a free dessert so we ordered the Raspberry Tiramisu, which was hard to eat because of its sweetness.
If I do come back while passing through Rancho again, it will most likely be for the drinks rather than the rest of the menu.
