The first time I came I had the weirdest experience but I was so relaxed I came back!
This is the best place, no messing around. They take you in a room don’t say a word and come back to do their thing. I definitely recommend this business.

My back has been sore for a little over a month from a car accident so I’ve had huge knots here and there. I literally stopped randomly in the plaza for phở and just stopped by and asked for prices. Massages all cost about the same so I left, thought about it over a bowl of phở, then came back for a 30 min back only massage on a full stomach. The older woman at first was gentle she soon gave me the works after I told her to look for knots and to go really hard. I like the kneading to be really hard and forceful so this was exactly what I was hoping for. But halfway through I understood that maybe she got tired or something so the younger girl came in and took over. I enjoyed it so much that I asked for the full body at 25 mins and now I feel great. They listened to every request without hesitation. Only thing I didn’t like was that they left during the hour to take care of other clients for a total of maybe 2 – 3 mins max. But otherwise awesome massage. Would come back if I’m ever in the area.

I come here often because I work upstairs. The ladies here are great. I got a male once and he was too soft for me but overall experience is great for the price. And they’re open late!

I rarely write any review, but since I had the worst massage experience in my life, I felt compelled to do it.
The massage was so bad that for the first time in my life I felt I wanted to leave the room while she was massaging my back, which by the way, she spent 45 min massaging my back, and 15 min massaging everything else.
And I absolutely hate it when a masseuse massages with one hand, as if you are forced to do it!
Worst part demanding tip lol, of course I gave her nothing.
I dont recommend it at all, there are many in the neighborhood, go find another one.

We got couples massages. The younger girl did well. My boyfriend did not like the older lady. I would had given the place 4 stars but since you left me to answer your business phone that was an automatic minus star. I dislike that 100%!!!

Look it’s not your 5 star ultra lush spa but the massages and service is great. I just received a great sports massage! They are open late so it’s nice to go after work. The prices are great too!!!

Came here for a second time yesterday. Got the older lady to massage me. She did a good job but was a little rough. My entire back is bruised. I chose the full body massage for 1 hour. Price is $ 45 plus whatever tip you want to leave. They do ask to strip down but not all the way. Just shirt and shorts off. I think you can strip down butt naked if you choose. I will be going back in the near future.

Let’s just say I’m a girl who loves my massages. I just moved around the area and I was in search of good massage places. Where I used to live, I always get 1 hour foot massages. 30 minutes for full body and 30 minutes for a foot massage. Usually, my feet rest in hot water while they massage my face, neck and shoulders.
I searched on Unilocal for any good foot massage places near Victoria Gardens and I found this place and SunShine foot massage. I am not one to be critical but I should have went to SunShine foot massage. The people at Massage Palace were very nice but I did not like how they did things, neither do I like their attitude about their business.
I had the choice to pick a room or a chair and I picked the room. It had a nice atmosphere that seemed very relaxing. I was asked to take all my clothes off, including my underwear. I was not aware that this was a swedish massage, all I wanted was them to focus on my feet. However, I decided to give it a try. Don’t get me wrong, I love swedish massages, but this was my first time being asked to do this for a foot massage. She started with my back, which was ok. I like hard massages so I asked her to go a little harder. What I mean by hard is with more pressure, not like beating my back. Eventually, she became really rough with my back. The pressure was perfect, but she was not slow or gentle. At times, her hands became dry and she was pulling on my skin. I could tell she didn’t cut, trim, or file her nails. They were digging into my back at times which was very painful. She was rough and she was going really fast. It was to the point when I could not relax or enjoy it. On top of that, she kept focusing on my butt area, then she got on top of me and used her whole body to make small massages around my shoulder area. That was the most awkward/​uncomfortable part of it all. I could feel her butt bouncing up and down off of mine. I felt no need for her to climb on top of me just to massage around my neck. When she massaged my feet, they weren’t even washed. I always feel like it is gross when massage places don’t wash your feet before massaging them. Thank god I did not work out beforehand because my feet would stink. The worst part about it was that she massaged my back without washing her hands right after.
When we were nearly done, I heard some customers walk in and they asked for a massage. My person and another person were talking in chinese until I heard the lady tell him, «Please wait 10 minutes.» Then my massage became even more rough and faster… Finally, it was the end. Usually, I would still be laying there wanting more. But I got out of the bed and was over it. I wanted to leave. On my way out to pay, the lady taking our money pretty much told me to tip $ 5.00 because it was hard work. Not very good for a business to complain about their job and tell us to pay them $ 5.00 tip.
If they took their time and was gentle while they focused on their customers being relaxed, then I would have gave them the deserved amount of tip. I’m a very generous tipper. I ended up tipping $ 3.00 because I’m sure it was hard work, but I still did not enjoy it at all. I should have not tipped at all. The way they went about it was only focusing on the money and not caring about how the customer would feel afterwards.
Overall, it was the most awkward and uncomfortable experience for a foot massage. I was not relaxed the whole time. I was only relaxed afterwards just because I could finally relax when I left their place. I woke up this morning with a bunch of bruises on my back. I don’t even easily bruise! Never again will I be back. I do not recommend this place at all. Instead of a palace, it’s like chiropractor place. If you are trying to relax, try somewhere else. If you are trying to fix something that needs rough and deep conditioning, go to this place. Or if you do not mind feeling awkwardly touched.
I hate complaining about places but a business really has to push me to a limit until I could really complain this strongly about them.
For the business, I recommend to focus more on the customer’s satisfaction and comfortability. Maybe asking if it is ok to touch their bare butt or getting on top of them. And I do not recommend asking for tip. Tip is earned, not expected.

I’ve gotten just about every massage at Massage Palace. This place is new, clean and you can usually walk in, which is nice. My favorite massages is the foot reflexology, their chairs are comfy and fully recline making it an enjoyable experience.

Angelina and crew are great! they know exactly how much pressure I need whenever I go. I’ve gone a couple of times and never have any complaints after wards!

This was my first massage experience ever and I must say that I enjoyed it. This little place is new and conviniently next to my gym. They are open until 10:00pm which is perfect for those of us that work out late and have sore muscles. The staff is very proffessional. That prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this place to someone that needs a good deep tissue massage to get those knots out. You defenitely get what you pay for and more in my books.

I have been to this place a couple times now. I have had no issues with bruising just a little soreness after wards which has been my experience with all massages I have had.
The ladies that work there are nice, and I have had a good massage both times I was there. They give a good hard massage which I like. I only go when I have pain or knots in my muscles and both times I have gone they have fixed my issues.
The price isn’t too bad either for a full-​body, best price I have found so far. Plus its a benefit that it is right down the street.
The massages I have had from Massage envy are definitely a bit more relaxing but for aches and pains where you just need a good hard massage this place is pretty good.
