I have known Joel since she started in Baldwin Park. I recommend Joel because she’s honest in what she will do for you and at a very good price. I find it refreshing and a great opportunity to support a local business that continues to offer excellent service. It’s more personal shopping than going online, and it is Very often less expensive. My suggestion is don’t buy anything until you compared what Joel can do for you.

I’ve been shopping with Joel Jones for a little more than 30 years. I have purchased dining room sets, bedroom sets, custom sofas and various other pieces of furniture. There are several reasons we keep coming back: super prices, good quality, knowledgeable and friendly service. Yes, we have had to wait on occasion, but the wait was always explained, not to mention well worth it at the prices we were getting. I love seeing something at another store and being able to give Joan the sku # to get the item at a much lowered price. She has lots of catalogs to look through as well. Over the years, I have recommended family and friends and we all have been satisfied. We will be returning!

Very dissatisfied with the customer service. I searched all over for a certain piece of furniture which I only found there. I was told 6 – 8 weeks and I’m on week 10 now. John claims he told me 12 weeks which he did not. He’s only called me once in 10 weeks to touch base to say «still back ordered» only because I called at 8 weeks mad. If I didn’t want the item that bad I would have cancelled the order by now!

Got a custom designed couch here a few years ago and it has held up really well. Good service at this store no pressure and lots of catalogs to choose through meaning lots of choices. I always try to buy American made stuff and they have a few vendors for this but you do have to ask.
