First time here and was disappointed. It basically tastes like a half step above grocery store quality rotisserie meal with a bigger price premium to match. The chicken was pretty much the only thing I liked(besides to fancy soft drink fountain dispenser). The mac n cheese and mashed potatoes were forgettable. Also customer service was very friendly and accommodating.

Cleanliness is something I like to make sure is a main factor in considering a place to dine at. I’ve been to several Boston Market restaurants before and have never seen a Bostons this dirty. Unfortunately, this was not the first time. I am ashamed to say I gave them another chance. As much as I like the food I am going to have to find another Boston Market or quit going all together. A note to corporate: please make sure you don’t overlook this issue. Some of the workers are sloppy and I have seen them mixing portions of the older food in with the fresher food. To me that is disgusting. As a patron I want to make sure I am getting fresh food and not just scraps.

I must say this location sure has went down the tubes. I’ve been going there for many many years and I can’t believe how dirty it is in there. Let’s start w the menu, if u order the chicken and they ask if u want dark or white meat just remember the white meat is a couple dollars more. My problem is they never tell you that and they just add it to you bill, I asked where does it say that and the manager couldn’t find it either. Then he finds it on the menu that is two menus over on the bottom very very small writing. The manager is a jerk and rude and acted like I did something wrong when we asked the question. Second off the restaurant was filthy, all the tables were dirty w napkins and food everywhere. What kills me is there was only 2 people sitting down, and Nono e would clean the place. The people working the front are rude and get mad when u ask for anything different etc: Here’s a thought GUYS! Remember this «YOUPICKEDTHEJOB, the job DIDNTPICKYOU! Kills me that these people and the restaurant were so dirty and rude.

This rating is based solely on my BBQ Chicken Sandwich. The chicken was warm, but the cheese and roll were cold like they’ve been in the fridge. Obviously cheese should be kept cold, but the bread? Not sure if that’s how the sandwich should be, but I’m pretty sure it shouldn’t. At the very minimum, I think the girl could have warmed up the bread before giving me a cold(hot sandwich). The cornbread however was and still is amazing as well as the Mac & cheese.

Had not been here for a long while. Now several times due to business appointments nearby. Comments: 1) The quality of their rotisserie chicken meals beat any supermarket chicken/chicken chains hands down and their sides are fantastic. Chicken well cooked, but still moist. The creamed spinach actually tasting home-made, same with the stuffing, same with their mashed potato and gravy. My personal favorite order: their 3 piece dark with 2 sides… and a bargain. 2) They have added ribs to their menu. I come for their chicken, but took a chance and ordered a rib meal during one of my 3 recent visits and ended up with some of the meatiest and best ribs i’ve ever had. 3) Their service in the past had always mostly been good, Now even improved. One still orders at the counter. But now they bring the food on actual plates to you with the side order placed in cup-size containers… huge. I just hope that one of these days Boston Market decides to open a Boston Market in Corona… or Riverside.

Man, what a let down. The last time I went to a Boston Market was 15 years ago– I was hoping for some revolutionary change to quality and it was no different. We arrived at 6:30 on a Saturday evening. Just wanted a quick dinner. First off, a guy named Richard(whom I later realized was a manager) jumped right in front of me in line and started telling the girl behind the counter to «hook me up hook me up hook me up.» Obviously he was hungry, and on break. Maybe he has a short time period to eat in. Please, next time just acknowledge that you are cutting in line, apologize and be on your way. He was super rude. I ordered the turkey with green beans and sweet potato casserole. The turkey was fine, green beans came out from the back and were steaming hot(looking) and the sweet potato was tasty looking. The green beans were in fact cold and hot, seems like they were microwaved? I can’t explain it. Straight from the back, steaming, then really cold at the table just a minute later. I noticed something odd at this point… When he replaced the green beans I saw under where the water is kept piping hot which in turn keeps the food hot. The water was in fact hot, but what I saw was nothing short of atrocious. The under area was FULL, like totally full of old food. I could see beans, potatoes, stuffing and turkey. It was a thick layer that blanketed the bottom of this container. NOPOSSIBLEWAY this was from today. They must have never cleaned this container out. It was disgusting and I am tempted to call the department of health. Yuck. Wife got the chicken, corn and mashed potatoes. The corn suffered the same hot/cold issues the green beans did. They too were straight from the back. Will we return? If we are craving a turkey dinner some lonely night when we can’t cook. But it likely won’t be for a while to THIS location. Staff was un professional(Richard) and the food was cold in some spots.

DONOTORDERHEREFORTHEHOLIDAYS!!! They are an unorganized mess! I preordered my food, so I thought it would just be a simple pick up. Boy, was I wrong. First off, I asked 2 girls that were working in front if I pay inside for the preordered meals, or in the line outside. They told me to pay inside, so I waited inside only to be told I had to stand in the line outside. I had to go to the end of the outside line and wait all over again. I finally got to the front of the outside line to pay, only to wait an hour to get my food. The person that wrote my name on the food ticket wrote Lucy.(Uh…My name is Lisa), so they were calling for Lucy to get her food, but there was no Lucy. I asked the girl, «Are you sure the order isn’t for Lisa?» She said,“No, it’s Lucy.“ Ten minutes go by and they are calling for Lucy again to pick up her order. My husband tells the girl that they must have wrote the wrong name on the ticket because they are calling for Lucy and no one is answering. He asked her to check the ticket because people that got there after we did had already gotten their orders and we are still waiting for ours. He asked her to check the food ticket again. She insisted that the order was not for Lisa. Another 10 minutes go by and a guy comes out and calls for Lucy to pick up her order. This time my husband and I insisted they compare the ticket and see if Lucy’s order is really Lisa’s order. Sure enough, this guy compares the order and figured out that the order was for Lisa and not for Lucy(DUH!!!). At least HE was smart enough to verify the receipt. The other 2 girls that called for Lucy just blew us off when we asked them to verify the name on the order. We complained about the level of incompetence to the manager. He was apologetic and explained a lot of the employees passing out the preordered food were temporary employees. He gave us a free pie for the mix up. We finally get our order and get home only to discover that one of the items that was suppose to come with our order was not in our box. I went back, and got the missing item, and they gave me another free pie for our trouble. My suggestion to Boston Market is to train your temps better. The only redeeming things about ordering my Thanksgiving dinner from Boston Market is that the food was good and the managers tried to make up for the awful service provided by the temps working the preorder line. However, that doesn’t bring back that hour of my life I could’ve spent enjoying the holiday with my family.

This rating is for one of the busiest days of the year… the day before Thanksgiving, so that’s a true test. Yes, it’s busy, but that’s how places tend to be the day before holidays and ALL friendliness, logic, organization, and the way they operate seem to go to hell. For some reason, no one remembers squat the second after it’s been said to them. I hardly come here in general, but I went at opening time the day before Thanksgiving. A few items I needed still had to be made, so I’m patiently waiting. 40 minutes later, I … — got lost in the shuffle because they can’t mark things the second after they’re done, so they don’t forget. It’s a good thing I asked them to check on my order after a while. I’d still be waiting there a week later, if I never said anything at all. — my friend who accompanied me on this visit was accused of lying to get free food because THEY made a mistake of giving us the wrong food item, which we were trying to fix, so we can get outta there. It would never enter our mind to lie to get free food, that’s NOT the kind of people we are, how absolutely insulting. The very least they could have done is let me keep the incorrect extra food item for all the hassle I went through, but no they took that back, after it had been in our possession. — got an item all smashed & multiple containers oozing out food because they weren’t a little more careful with packing the food up. — got grumpy employees all running around in a disorganized manner, in which none of them looked like they wanted to be there. They may be fine when it’s a regular day, but on a busy day, be prepared for unfriendly, disorganized mayhem! Now, it would also be nice if their food tastes better than I last remembered years ago. NOWTHAT I’VEEATENTHEFOOD… — cornbread tasted the worst it’s ever tasted — stuffing surprisingly not too bad — mac & cheese & meatloaf, so-so — mashed potatoes & gravy… well you can’t usually go wrong with that too much — turkey slices, good & not overly salty — creamed spinach, I liked

This place has really went downhill since the GM Daun stopped working there. The restaurant was a mess, a lot of the sides were empty, the display in the front was empty. The chicken wasn’t cooked all the way and the cornbread tasted really strange. All in all I was very disappointed with my experience.

I went into this Boston market expecting the same quality of food as the one in San Dimas. Not! There were ANTS crawling on the soda machine. I immediately informed the staff who grabbed a dish towel and something in a squirt bottle. Gross! Now that t I got that out the way, I’ll start with the food. The presentation in the glass case was not inviting. It was disorganized and messy. And that young lady with the dirty rag again wiping between the serving bins. not sanitary. I received my food and noticed the dressing was oily and the green beans were not fresh! The greens beans were a combination of old and new. meaning some of the beans were withered and dark in color. While others were a bright green and more crunchy texture. I didn’t eat all that gross mess. And made sure I pointed that the green beans were not fresh. I was asked if I wanted to get another serving. No! I was done and ready to go! I won’t be returning again.

Staff will blow you away with the customer service! They would occasionally ask if everything was okay and offered to take my plate when I was finished. I ordered a turkey sandwich combo and added an extra side for a little over $ 12. Everything tasted delicious. Clean well kept establishment. They also have the new Coke machine that makes tons of flavors. My only request would be more types of hot sauce, and Jalapeños. Freshly brewed Iced tea would also be a plus. Good spot to eat.

Dear Boston Market, I couldn’t believe to have found you here in Rancho Cucamonga! Since I haven’t eaten at one of these establishments in quite sometime I decided to try it out. I ordered a chicken pot pie, mac n’ cheese, and mashed potatoes with gravy. I indulged and had your famous corn bread as well! I have to say that I am never disappointed with you, Boston Market! You’re food is always fresh, flavorful, and stays in touch with the home style theme. Each bite literally brought back memories from childhood! it was THAT delicious My therapist thanks you for putting her back in business. Kudos, Boston Market. Kudos

Every time we go here, the customer service amazes us. The staff is so incredibly friendly and professional, it’s hard to believe. The food is always delicious and since we live further away, even if we eat somewhere else — we pick something up for the next day. Love the coupons and the price for what you get is excellent. Everything is always clean too! You have your choice of 50+ sodas or juices. Truly great!!!

I usually order the chicken pot pie or the half chicken with a few sides. The food is always fresh and each visit is pleasant. The service is always good too since the workers there are all very nice and accommodating. The wait typically doesn’t take so long. The worst wait is when they’re busy during Thanksgiving, for obvious reasons. Oh and during Saturdays they might have coupons for your next meal if you decide on coming back for more. Stay fat my friends…

3.5 Stars I used to go to Boston Market all the time when I lived in Pasadena. My husband and I decided to eat lunch here one day. This one is located in the Terra Vista Town Center. Boston Market is probably best known for their rotisserie chicken. They also have items such as St. Louis Style BBQ Ribs, turkey, meatloaf, pot pies, sandwiches, soups, salads, etc. They offer an assortment of side dishes and some notable ones are their mashed potatoes, macaroni & cheese, sweet potato casserole, and cornbread. Basically, homey comfort food! You can order individual meals or family meals(feed between 3 – 6 people from $ 22.77-$ 43.74) and they also do catering which you can order online. Our meal was good, but underwhelming and not as delicious as I remembered. But I still like Boston Market and would come back again. This place has great food and good atmosphere. I like that it’s not your typical fast food restaurant. You can actually see them cooking the food behind the counter. They do have food sitting out in a buffet style, but the food is still delicious. Their desserts are really good too, their slices of pie are enormous and they also have one of those coke machines that can make pretty much any flavor drink you want. I also like the fact that they don’t treat it like a fast food restaurant either. If you eat inside they bring your food to your table and check on you while you’re eating to see if you need anything. There’s also no trashcans in the dining room because they clean up your table for you when you’re done.
