Awesome customer service. Was in town for work and needed a new tire and helmet. Staff was informative and very friendly!

Bought my first new bike 13 months ago, since I couldn’t pay in full at that moment they suggested I take 0% interest option. Which I did and I have been paying every month. But i got shocking news this month, I owed $ 666 in interest charges (pretty demonic). I fell into Wells Fargo trap and they have my money. If Incycle customer service was on top of their list, I would think that a simple easy reminder would have been a tremendous gesture. They know i took the financing and i do receive emails from them each money to buy more stuff. I was a cycling newbie and all I think of is that Incycle and Wells Fargo high fiving each other at my failure of realizing their «trick.»

Great local bike shop! They offer brands such as Cannondale, Specialized, Santa Cruz, Pivot, etc. The staff is very friendly, and they’ll take the time to educate you on anything bike related. They also do bike fittings at this particular store. If you have yet to get fitted on your bicycle, I would highly suggest doing so — especially at this location.
This shop also does a Monday Night shop ride. How cool is that?!

Cool shop yet again! InCycle staff are consistently awesome. Knowledgeable and always stocked with some great bike gear. Service area is spacious. Love the vibe here. Kyle helped me out on a recent visit. Thanks, guys!

I bought my cannondale caad 10 here 3 weeks ago and I love my bike. Everyone here is so helpful and knowledgeable. They always offer help, answers all my questions and they are all so patient teaching me things about my bike being that I’m a beginner of all beginners. Love this store!

I went into a different bike shop to take care of a problem I had with the brakes and the mechanic pointed out a manufacturer (Specialized) defect, which has been affecting my front tire and my ability to take it off and on easily. He suggested heading to Incycle because they sell this brand.
I was expecting to receive negative help and was completely and positivity surprised at the customer service I received. They treated me as a paying customer (bike was not from their shop) and I felt respected and at ease. They are going to try and help me and deal with the manufacturer themselves.
I thank you for trying to help me and the exceptional customer service I received from all you guys working in the store.

The staff was courteous. We went there to get my dad’s bike rim aligned. It was $ 25! That’s pretty crazy! The items in there all look overpriced (that’s what you get when you’re at Incycle!). On the upside, the bikes are pretty legit (like the Mountain bikes that cost over $ 8000.00!). But I guess you get what you pay for. They are very specialized/​pro/​performance type of bike shop, so I guess you can say they have a bit of a right to charge the premium.

A few years ago I purchased a So Cal Team Caad 8 frame thru incycle. After a bit I noticed frame was out of rear alignment which is covered under Cannondales excellent warrantee program. Because they weren’t producing Caad 8 anymore, I was upgraded to Caad 9 at the time, I paid incycle to build up my Caad 9 with my components and when I received my bike back I realized they put on my old mismatched carbon fork. Old fork is black gloss and new frame is cool matte black. Cannondale told me they always ship frames with matching forks, which tells me someone kept my newer all carbon premium fork that should match my frame. After a bit I ran into Dominic, one of incycles owners, at a local bike race and told him this story, and he didn’t seem very helpful. So I continue to ride my bike with its mismatched fork… Oh well just saying!!!
Okay, so five minutes after posting the above review, I was contacted by the store manager. Keith and after a kind and helpful conversation, all is good. We both realized because of the time passed there is not much that can be done to resolve this old problem, but again I was extremely impressed with his customer service. Thank yoy

I was in town for a couple days looking for a bike to climb Mt. Baldy and ended up renting a CAAD 10 from this store. The employees here are the most friendly and knowledgeable I’ve encountered at a bike shop — I arrived 15 minutes before opening, and they were still willing to help me out. The rates for their rentals are per store day, so renting a bike when the store opens on Monday and returning it Tuesday night counts as only one day — great value! I would definitely recommend visiting this store for any of your bike needs.

This store has the nicest employees. Although we go there for my sons scooter, they are always so willing to help him find what he is looking for. They took special care in making sure his helmet he wanted was the right size, and when they didn’t have it, they ordered it. Will always recommend this store!

I cannot thank the team at Incycle Rancho enough for their heart of compassion. I went in yesterday to help out a homeless young man who was having a hard time with his bicycle. A long story short, the repair techs dropped what they were doing and did a fantastic job at making sure this person’s only mode of transportation was in decent shape. As their gesture of goodwill, they did not charge for labor… AWESOME! They went above and beyond my expectations. I wish I could have learned everyone’s name in the store. Regardless, I will always go to Incycle Rancho for my own bicycle needs. For them to see beyond business and look at the need of a fellow human being is refreshing! Way to go Incycle Rancho!

Sooo I bought 4 bikes from Tom and the guys over at incycle. Always helpful and super knowledgeable. I shopped around and the guys were always ready to make a deal. Highly recommend the incycle team!

Exactly what a neighborhood bike shop should be. There are four or five bike shops in the area and Incycle Rancho Cucamonga is by far the best of the bunch. I was looking to make the transition from a mountain bike to more of a city/​urban/​commuter bike and after visiting some of the other local shops, Tom was the only one who took the time to answer all of my questions (over the course of several visits) and helped get me into a terrific new bike (a Cannondale, btw). He listened to what I was looking for, rather that just trying to up sell me into a road bike. No pressure, just honest advice, a friendly staff and great post-​purchase customer service.

Wow! Fantastic service. I bought a bike for my son here 2 years ago a Haro. Great bike great service. My son has been here from time to time and items are always in stock and staff very attentive.
Today, my other half and I stopped in around 6pm. Reason– He had purchased a bike and had it put together from Bike Craze in Anaheim (close to his work). To be exact it is a pure fix chief. When he brought it home and tightened the bolt that holds the brake it broke. We wanted to ride tonight so we headed to InCycle for a new bolt and to fix the issue with the bike. We were greeted outside by a team member then again by 2 other team members inside. I am writing this about Alex. We explained the issue to Alex and he looked for the part immediately. Took the bike right away and got to work. Within 15 minutes he was able to rebuild the section that was broke. After that he checked the bike even though we did not ask. Alex found that the head of the bike was loose (that was put together by another bike shop) and could have been dangerous. Tightened everything up and even asked to ensure it had been fitted to ensure a perfect ride! Alex and the team here are great. They don’t overcharge and have great skills and service! 5 stars. We will be back tomorrow to purchase accessories! Happy returning customer! All our future bikes and equipment will be purchased here from now on. Genuine staff!

This place has lots and lots of bicycles… But No Schwinn… =(They are super friendly and put the parts I needed on my classic AMF SkyRider. This place is Awesome…

I’m leaving a bad review for the Rancho Cucamonga and chino store only because of bad customer service, the problem with both stores is, I traveled fifty miles to the first store only to find out that the headset bearings that I called about, and put aside were misplaced and could not be found,
So after that store in chino I called Rancho Cucamonga and they said come on over we have the complete headset, so I did!
After arriving at the Rancho Cucamonga store I was informed that they made a mistake also! They said Oops that part was for another bike not yours.
I guess there’s no one actually checking the parts they say they have, and your time and traveling is not important to us, don’t trust what they tell you on the phone or at least make them check twice to make sure, and use this as an example.
Dons bicycle in rialto pulled a bike apart just to give me a part after they found out what I had to go through that day, thanks Ian at Dons for cleaning up their mess.

The only bike shop I ever go to, Keith is very knowledgable and helpful as is Jackie and shyanne, weather you ride a 5.000 road racer or beach cruiser, they are always willing to help
