Great food. Love the yellow curry. Just tried the Ginger Beef today and it was outstanding! Great mix of flavors with nothing overpowering the other. Staff is always friendly and service has always been great. Lunch or dinner, if you want Thai food come here.

Based on the good reviews of this place, i decided to give it a try. The customer service is truly excellent. Ordered pad thai and papaya salad. Sadly, found a small piece of hair in the cabbage that they put into the papaya salad. We didnt make a scene or anything. It was definitely not our hair because my friend and i both have auburn hair. The tiny piece of hair was black. The atmosphere is definitely very welcoming and beautiful. Just make sure to look at what you’re eating.

Try the Crazy Beef, it’s out of this world! Everything I’ve had from here has been delicious. Pad Se Ewe, all of their soup choices, the Tempura sweet potatoes are so good. and on top of everything, the people are so nice. They always remember my name when I come in and I’ve only been there a hand full of times. They have a large dining room area, and their prices are very reasonable. Love this place!

Gem in Rancho Cordova! I have been going here for many years and have invited a number of people to this restaurant. Many whom become regulars themselves. The food tastes authentic, service is prompt and food is very well priced. My favorites include the Pad Thai, Drunken Noodle, and the Tom Kha Noodle Soup. It’s a must try!

This place is amazing! The food and atmosphere is quite and welcoming! Me and my boyfriend tried the chefs special menu with Thai smile curry and drain the sea and on the side with pad Thai. I have to say the curry was wonderful very rich and creamy on the curry poured over deep fried calamari. Drain the sea quality size was great and very flavorful. The paid Thai was very good as well. If you haven’t tried it yet, you must! Very affordable and good stuff.

This place is awesome! I consider myself a Thai cuisine aficionado after spending 6 months there while active duty Army. One bite of this food took me on a sensory journey half way around the world back to Korat! Not only is the food authentic and delicious but the staff which is mostly one family is so polite, kind and gracious which is also reminiscent of Thai hospitality. I highly recommend this to anyone!

It was an ok Thai restaurant. There is not much ambience. Tried the Tom Yum Soup — entrée size — with shrimps, and the Pineapple fried rice. I have had better Tom Yum Soup elsewhere, this one just tasted sour and lacked flavor.

You will not like this place if you had good Thai food before. Ordered a yellow chicken curry. It was: –oversalted –too much chicken –raw potatoes –not enough sauce –tiny salad in a dressing cup which got warm from the food. I threw most of the food away as the only thing was eatable was the rice and chicken things and I only ate it because I was starving and had no other choice. The saddest part is the sauce. Which is the best part and they ruined it with tons of salt and lack of creaminess. Maybe they are trying to save $ on coconut milk. Overall it was just a bunch of chicken thighs with lots of salt and raw potatoes.

Delicious! We had a wonderful lunch here, starting with the spring rolls. They were fantastic, with perfect seasoning absent from so many other places. So good in fact, that we kept eating them despite the volcanic temp inside, happily burning our mouths :) The Pad Bangkok was very good, with all white chicken, although a bit heavy on the fish sauce. Definitely would stop by again when in the area!

This place was amazing!!! I had the pad Thai! Not too spicy & not flavorless at all. The service was good too. They were busy but able to get a group of 3 in & out pretty quick. My friend had the yellow chicken curry & it’s probably some of the best I’ve had. I’ll definitely go again!

Ordered take out here for lunch was excited to try the yellow curry! It is my favorite thai dish! The serving size was very small in compare to other places for the price. It was 8 dollars and some change for a small container of yellow curry with rice. The taste of the curry was subpar, but still delicous. Overall I will not come back for the yellow curry, maybe I’ll try another dish! Their customer service was amazing and they were super sweet.

Hands down the best Thai food I have had in Rancho Cordova! I’ve been a few times now and every time I have a great time. I also try my best to try something new every time and I am never disappointed! Be prepared to wait in line unless you go during off hours. The restaurant is small but the atmosphere is very hip, with great music and the service is amazing. I love their papaya salad and green curry but I think they have the best pad Thai.

I’ve gone here twice, tried the pad thai(non-spicy) and the pad see ew. I got both of these dishes with egg and tofu as the protein. Both dishes were good, but not THEBEST. I’d definitely come back here in a pinch, however, to satisfy my thai food cravings!

This is my usual Thai place during the work week. It’s close to the office and the food is good. It’s right next to Jasper’s Hamburgers on Coloma I usually get the green or red curry, which comes with your choice of chicken, beef or tofu. It also comes with a side of rice and is about $ 8 on the lunch menu. It’s really tasty(a little on the sweeter side) and the portion size is generous(they fill up one of those styrofoam to-go soup containers). I’ve also had the roasted duck from the lunch menu. It came with a side of rice and steamed veggies. The duck was tender and moist, although I thought it lacked a little seasoning. It came with dipping sauce, fish sauce specifically, but I skipped it since I was at the office. If you’ve had fish sauce, you know that it’s smelly. The duck was still good, but not amazing. The restaurant staff is nice and extremely efficient. I normally get my orders to go and although I have never called in my order ahead of time, I’m usually in and out of there in 15 minutes. They are fast, much appreciated!

After our last visit, and the one before that, we are seriously annoyed with this place. We’ve been coming here for a few years, as a oretty regular customer, we are used to our fave dishes and how they come. The last 2 times we had to order rice with our curry, which we have literally NEVER asked for in the past BC it always came with our food! We always order take out, and we oretty much always order the same things. Yellow chicken curry(which doesn’t come w rice FYI) but they will argue it never came w rice. Well. It always came w rice. And I never once asked for rice BC it always came with it! Just petty… Rice is cheap!!! Give it with your curries! Smh… Also, they don’t ask you if you want to add rice, which is standard for other places which rice is in fact separate. But I’ve always found that places that rice is a side, it comes with a huge portion. Not here… Their pad Thai was the worst I’ve ever had. Gummy, and wayyyyy too sweet, not spicy, very bland! :( Tom ka and Tom yum is tasty Their yellow chicken curry definitely is hands down the item to come here for, but customer service is lacking, and it always seems to be frustrating… Rancho has a few other thai places, we are more inclined to go elsewhere at this point

First of all, let me preface that coming here wasn’t my idea, and I typically struggle with Thai restaurants. Small portions. Too many carbs. My initial thought was«Oh god, not Thai. Whatever.» Well I’ll tell you what. I was with a group, and everything looked good. Nothing looked bad. Nobody had a bad experience. I got the red curry with prawns(sans rice), and it was one of the best curry dishes I have had in a long time, and the prawns were hands down the best I’ve ever eaten in the Central Valley. They were big, and you could tell they were fresh. The curry itself had a lot of flavor, although it could have used a little more heat. I’m sure they toned it down deliberately. I wish they had more salad options. The menu at the restaurant didn’t list any but they have things on the menu that aren’t listed. Prices are quite reasonable, and the place is nicely kept. Despite my initial reservations, I will be coming back to this place.

I love this place! I started visiting when i started working in the area nearly 2 years ago and I pick up a meal at least once a week. Sorry, it’s taken me so long to take the time to write a well-deserved review. This is authentic Thai cuisine with delicious flavor and spice that packs a punch(of course, you can choose mild if spicy food if you aren’t a fan). The ingredients are good quality and the portions are just perfect, if not generous. I’ve tried nearly everything on their menu and they are all solid, including the papaya salad, roasted duck, soup, red curry, and basil and eggplants entrees. The only thing that gives it 4 stars instead of 5 is that although the set-up is open and clean, it is slightly outdated. Other than that, I do want to highlight that the staff(run by a fam) is always so sweet, courteous, and helpful.

So we stopped over here after Stashe Bash 9÷20÷15 We have friends that live right around the corner so we see this place often. Our fav Thai place in the Palm Springs are was also called Thai Smile but I dont think its related. Anyway we decided to stop & try this place out. They offer dine in or take out and you can preorder thru their Unilocal listing. We just walked in cuz we wanted to see the full menu. There were no diners inside the restaurant at 6:30 on a Saturday evening. Hmm. So we ordered a couple of Pad Thais, spicy basil pork, tom yum and I ordered the mango sticky rice. They prepared it fairly quickly it seemed, and everything ended up costing $ 42. Reasonable. We got home and Boo enjoyed his soup. There were alot of mushrooms & it was quite spicy judging by his expression. I didnt eat my pad thai until the next day but I did finish the other half of the mango sticky rice. It was okay. I would rate it 3⁄5. I heated my pad thai up Sunday afternoon. To be fair it was a reheat but I would agree with my Hubby, this dish rated 3⁄5 as well. There was a rather large portion…2 meals worth. The noodles tasted fully cooked & not chewy, there were chopped peanuts, beansprouts not soggy and 5 big prawns. I ordered mine without any onions but the kids dish came with an appropriate amount. As we were paying & piling everyone back in the car, a large group of 8 people came in. They were the only ones there. The parking lot is a reasonable size as this location is in a strip mall. Will we come back? Hmm, probably not since there are ALOT of choices for *good* Thai… better than 3* anyway. I didnt think this meal rated a 4*. But to each their own.
