ridiculing a customer is beyond stupidity. we we regulars and finally the sunrise visit was last. i dont have to write reviews on same day i go. since you are sending me messages the other reviewers cant see, they will now know that i already mentioned we DID tell you on visit and you yelled at employee coming out of her check and treated me and my husband like we were idiots.

ordered 2 simple sandwiches. had to repeat which veggies we wanted 3 times each. Very annoyed. asked for wheat bread got dutch. Never asked for peppers, got a bunch of peppers. Once opened my sandwich noticed a bunch of lettuce that was black and old in the sandwich. I would not return. employees clearly dont have any idea how to make a simple sandwich.

I used to go to Mr Pickles when i was a bit younger back in my high school days and i remember it was rather quite tasty but my last experience here wasn’t all that good. I had the turkey sandwich that comes with bacon and avocado. When i got there they still had about an hour left until they closed but as while they were making my sandwich it seemed very rush so they can start closing up. I ended up having the sandwich a bit later when i got home and it didn’t taste too fresh. It reminded me as to why i no longer go here.

I work across the street from this place and I love sandwiches so I come to this location the majority of the time for my lunches. My lunch is a little late, around 2:00, so I usually can miss the lunch rush. There are two employees there who are so sweet! They pretty much remember my order every time and they always have a great attitude. I don’t know their names but one girl has blonde and red-ish hair and the other is a guy with brown hair. Love coming to this place! Even when it is busy both of them have an awesome attitude and are always smiling. My sandwich is always made right and it is always delicious. Thank you Mr. Pickles Rancho!

EXCELLENT! WHAT a friendly, personable staff! This was my FIRST time here, and this Mr. Pickles location is definitely a STANDOUT! Very impressive! You are welcomed by all the staff as soon as you enter. The menu is long and all looked delicious — it was so hard to choose! Sandwiches are made to order — and they got it EXACTLY right! I ordered my sandwich with the sourdough bread, and it was DELICIOUS. I ordered«to go» and I was delighted to find a pickle and a fresh baked cookie in my bag! I will recommend this Mr. Pickles location HIGHLY, and I will DEFINITELY return again! The sandwich was absolutely DIVINE! THANKYOU to the wonderful, friendly staff at this franchise location — for your friendliness, your attention to detail and the most NUMMY sandwich! YUM, YUM!

The people making my sandwich were rude and treated me terribly. And on top of that they messed my sandwich!

The food is ok. The biggest turn off has to be the price. 31 dollars for three sandwiches and two drinks. I got the shredded chicken sandwich and the was barley and chicken on it… The food was not awful but unless every other place to get food(including the grocery store) shuts I wont be back.

Fantastic tasting sandwich! I hung loose with the number 2 hang loose sandwich. Everything held together wonderfully! Especially enjoyed the bacon and garlic zest all on sourdough.

Mr Pickles is awesome and this location is no different. This location is a tad bit busier, especially between the 11:00 — 1:30 timeframe. The service here is always great, the staff is always smiling and the facility is always clean, even though they can get extremely busy… The«Mr Pickle» with everything sandwiched between Dutch crunch bread is a game changer! Grab a pack of «dirty» chips and a fountain drink and consider lunch served. I do wish that they had more outdoor seating options. Overall, highly recommended. Pros– Taste Service Freshness Location Promptness Cons– Crowded at lunch Not a good tea selection

Ordered online to save time. She said that orders are delayed 30 minutes. She could of just made the sandwich and canceled the order when it came but she made me wait. I walked out and went to Beachhut deli.

The sandwiches here are awesome. I work near hazel and 50 but dont mind the drive to get a fresh quality sandwich. I usually just get the turkey breast on dutch crunch, its always spot on. Made to perfection. In my opinion subway sandwiches are sort of thrown together in secs and can be a tad sloppy, these ones are perfectly layered and done right. Rock on Mr PIckles. No complaints here from this sandwich lover.

This Mr. Pickles is inconsistent. They have all the same ingredients as everywhere else but the final product can range from normal to poor, far to often! And its never above normal in my opinion. The bread is also below average. Its close to my office so this is based on multiple visits. Which are fairly infrequent these days.

I haven’t had Mr. pickles in a few years but driving home from the Bay Area I was starving so I thought why not. They have added a lot more sandwiches since my last visit, so I decided on their daily tri tip sandwich special. The employee must have been new because I had to repeat what I wanted 3 times until a manager got involved. Other than that experience the sandwich was delicious and with a free pickle/cookie it made it all worth while!

I’ve come here a few times the last couple of months for Friday lunch with my friends. The sandwiches aren’t bad, but they are extremely overpriced for such a small sandwich. In fact, $ 5 footlongs from subway not only have a little bit better flavor, they’re also bigger and much cheaper. Secondly, I came by today to buy lunch for my friends again. The total was $ 31 for 3 sandwiched, I gave the manager(who always runs the register and today forgot to wash his hands) $ 40 in cash(a 20 and 2 tens). He hands me $ 4 in change. I explained to him that I gave him $ 40, but he managed to argue with me and make a scene. I stood my ground and told him he needed to give me my full change. He slapped a $ 5 bill on the counter and waved me off. Not only are their prices already too high, now the manager is trying to steal from me. When I caught him, he acted like a total asshole. Fuck you. No more business for you.

Worst customer service ever. Picked up a call in order for my boss. The manager/guy making the sandwich running the show was not washing his hands… Touching everything. Gross gross gross. I never eat here now I am reminded why. Thank you.

A couple times a year, I stay at a hotel across the street with my son’s rowing team. well sure enough… they end up hungry. go figure! Mr Pickles is always a crowd pleaser, especially for teenage boys. This location never lets me down. They seem more efficient than other locations… really fast for all that they put on those sandwiches! lots of menu options and combinations to make all the guys happy campers. I think on our last rowing weekend, we made 3 stops here. each time, they had us in and out pretty fast. that sure made ME happy. the sandwiches are awesome. they’re pretty big, with lots on them. these boys can eat… and they usually leave here satisfied and full. nice :) parking is easy — nice big lot.

I was in the mood for a really good sandwich last night and decided to get one from Mr. Pickles. I ordered their Tuna Tuna, which is a tuna salad sandwich with swiss cheese, avocado, and cucumber. I added lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, mayo and mustard, and ordered it on their Dutch crunch bread. The order came out to close to $ 8 and you get a complimentary cookie with it, too. At home I unwrapped the sandwich and it was pretty massive. For what you pay, you definitely get your money’s worth. The Dutch crunch bread had just the right amount of softness and wasn’t hard, at all, despite several reviews I read on here. It was also ever so subtly sweet. As for the sandwich itself, it was good but not amazing. I felt the tuna could have used more seasoning, like salt, because it tasted a little bland. Since the sandwich is pretty big, I saved the other half to eat the next day. Today I ate the other half of the sandwich and I have to say it tasted a lot better than it did last night; I’m guessing the flavors getting a chance to soak in had a lot to do with it. I would like to see this sandwich be a little more flavorful but even so, I’m definitely a fan of Mr. Pickles and their sandwiches! They also have great service.

The Tuna Tuna(that’s what they named it) was delicious. It was well-seasoned, and the Dutch Crunch Bread and vegetables were fresh. I could not believe I devoured the sandwich in one sitting because the size of it normally turns out into two meals. Service was great!

I hope I came in on a bad day. I’m a frequent visitor to Mr. P locations elsewhere(that’s how frequent I am… I call him Mr. P). This one so far has NOT lived up to the rest. The last time I was in, I ordered my go-to favorite(turkey, cream cheese and avocado). The service was very friendly, but the sandwich was awful: the turkey tasted off, the avocado was nowhere NEAR ripe, and it was so incredibly dry. I realized after that they must have left off the garlic sauce, because it was so dry and flavorless(despite the flavor of old turkey and unripe avocado) that I didn’t even finish it. I picked out some of the meat and gave it to me dog(she approved, if that means anything), and threw most of it away. Because I’m loyal to good ol’ Mr. P, I’ll give this location another shot, but so far I’m not impressed.
