Love their bagel breakfast sandwiches & coffee beverages!

Really like this place for their bagels, every way I’ve had them… just toasted with cream cheese, for breakfast sandwiches, and their deli lunch sandwiches. They’ll toast them for you at lunch as well. Used to visit more often when I worked in RC but stopped by again the other day and they were just as wonderful as I remembered. Just be patient (they’re busy because they’re good!!) and you’ll be happy with what you get. Friendly staff, just wish I had them closer to me

The soups and sandwiches here are fantastic. The staff is really nice and service is super fast. If you are in the mood for a sandwich or bagel, you can’t go wrong here.

We’ve decided to give this place a try and we are hooked on the toasted bagels with cream cheese.
If you go about 7am on the weekend, you should be fine but after 8am, i think there’s more traffic. I can’t speak for weekdays because I don’t recall going there on those days.
This is a must stop on the weekends!
Employees are nice.
I’ve witnessed customers getting impatient but what do you expect when there’s a lot of customers? You WAIT for your turn like everyone else there. :)
Why do I only have a picture of the place and not the Bagels?
Because I can’t waste another second to devour the hot (literally) looking bagel! YUM!

This place is amazing. It’s perfect for a quick lunch bite to eat. My favorite is the «You Pick 2» of the ½ sandwich, soup, or salad.
Trust me, you want to get their Spicy Thai Chicken soup. It has chicken, tomatoes, mushrooms, basil, and deliciousness in it. I usually rotate between the ½ sandwich and salad, both are solid options. I recommend any ½ sandwich, as long as it’s on a Dutch crunch roll.
Food is good. Service is good. The end.

The best bagels around. I have tried them all and this place stands out. They make bagels through out the morning so there’s little chance that all the bins will be empty at 9 am Sunday morning.
I called before I came because I was driving from Elk Grove and did not want to waste a trip. They made me a dozen onion!!! When I got there they were out of my favorite cream cheese they mixed one up for me! It took a while but I didn’t mind one bit. Got a bowl of homemade soup while I waited it came with warm garlic bread. Amber was great.
This is the only place I will get bagels trust me I’ve eaten a lot of crappy bagels

I went here for the first time just last week. The bagels are very good and reasonably priced. I have a word of advice though to the owners: Fix your sign so «New York» is emphasized as much as «Bagel Café.» If I’d seen «New York Bagel…» I might have visited this place sooner. It’s a marketing thing: New York = Delicious and authentic bagels.

This place is infested with flies. It’s disgusting.
Waited almost 30 minutes for my food to be ready. The woman behind me got her food before I did… WELL before I did. The woman making the food said «sorry you came during our lunch rush.» There was ONE person in front of me, and three people waiting TOTAL.
The egg salad is disgusting, might as well call it onion and celery salad (Maybe because the cost of eggs has gone up?). It’s very runny, as well.
They got my order completely wrong, took forever, and it doesn’t taste good at all. My cranberry bagel with cream cheese tastes of cinnamon. My coworker had the bagel dog and said it tasted old.
I’ll never go back.
Unsolicited advise to the owners: If you’re going to make people wait 30 minutes for their food, don’t let your building get to 100 degrees inside. This makes people even more agitated.
No refund offered for the wait, and no attempt to make things right. I would go somewhere else.

Good place for breakfast and lunch. They have a lot to offer. Fast and staff is friendly. The bagel eggwich with spinach, swiss and mushrooms was good and filling for $ 5.75. Next time I am around for training I will try their soup and sandwiches. (And those delicious looking brownies I saw when I’m not on a diet)

We were in the neighborhood after playing tennis yesterday looking for a yummy breakfast before heading home.
The reviews were spot on — delicious bagels toasted to perfection. We had the lox and all the trimmings on a five cheese bagel. Awesome! The owners were extremely nice! I would return in a heartbeat!!!

Fresh baked bagels, croissants, and produce come together in various delicious sandwhiches.
I ordered their Eggwhich on a croisant with bacon and it was near perfect. The croissant was huge and not in its traditional shape but it wes welcomed with open hands and an empty stomach. The bacon was crispy, the egg was fluffly and steaming hot, and the croissant was toasted to perfection. No need for mayo or butter, just cheese because it was light and airy, not overly dried.
I also had their Lox because it was highly recommend by some of my coworkers. It’s essentialy cream cheese, capers, salmon tomatoes, and raw red onions. I chose it on an Asiago bagel and it was delicious. Again the bagel was toasted perfect adding great texture to every bite.
The only issue I had tho was their menu, that usually is displayed on 42″ flat screens was not working and they did not have paper menus. So i did not get a full scope of their offerings.
I will definitely be a regular patron of this establishment just for the two items mentioned above.
Hopefully next time their menus work.

Everytime I want to treat myself to a nice and delicious sandwich, this is where I always go. Love this mom and pop shop. Something about the sandwhich is so good and different from other shops, So fresh and savory. Bagels are also baked fresh daily. The owner and the workers are very sweet and really seem to love working here. Hope they stay around even longer!

One word: DELICIOUS!
My family and I had breakfast here on Sunday morning, September 6, 2015. We’re from Orange County, so we made a stop here before heading back home. I had the Turkey & cheese eggwich on a croissant with a small orange juice. :) The server and the cook were so friendly. :) I would definitely come back here next time I’m in Sacramento :)

Pretty much disappointed every time I come. Never have enough coffee made to fill my cup.

This place is great! I can only review the cream cheese and bagels, but the rest of the food looks great. I’ve been in here before to pick up bagels and cream cheese for an office function and we all thought that it was awesome. The cream cheese is fluffy and creamy. The bagels are soft and wonderful. I will say that if you’re there for a particular type of cream cheese and they run out… than they run out and you gotta try again next time. The owner is a sweet guy and very helpful. I would love to come back again and try other things on the menu.

Second time here and it keeps getting better. Fast service and the bagel I’m currently eating is so good. The store was clean and I’ll definitely be back soon. I work across the street from here so I’ll be a regular in no time. Huge selection of bagels to pick from. I chose the five cheese one this time for an eggwhich. I added cream cheese to it and I’m very impressed. Prices are great also, I want to try the jalapeño bagel next.

BEST Breakfast bagels ever! I come up to Rancho Cordova pretty often for work, and I look forward to picking up my breakfast sammich here. I’ve been getting their egg, cheese, and sausage on a jalapeño bagel and it’s awesome deliciousness. Eggs are perfectly fluffy, cheese is melted, and the sausage must have some kind of maple syrup already infused in it, or it’s cooked on a pan coated in maple syrup.
Will never again go fast food or IHOP for breakfast when I’m in the area – their breakfast bagels definitely satisfy!

By far the best bagel place in all the land! They have the best variety and everything is made fresh daily!
That being said, make sure if you have your favorites you show up early! Saturdays and Sundays are by far the busiest days for bagel adventures!
Lunch favorite is the California Deluxe Sandwhich on a jalapeño bagel. It’s heavenly and impressive!

Love the bagels at this little café! The bagels are light and airy, not dense. I, especially, like the variety of bagels to choose.
Service is also excellent! I’ve been here many times, and I’ve had a pleasant experience with each visit.
