Wow ! Just terrible after ordering online !! How can there be room for mistakes ?? I ordered a steamed vegetable in no sauce here I get my food smothered in sauce. Than to make matters even worse I do not eat pork, by religion ! I ordered VEGETABLE DUMPLING and here they serve me pork dumpling, disrespectful on all counts and HUGE MISTAKE TO MAKE. Not only was my lunch ruined I lost my appetite and respect for this business.

This is our first time here and definitely won’t be our last. My picky eater of a daughter loved the chicken Lo Mein as well as the shrimp with lobster sauce. I find that this place is clean and the food presentation is quite good. I’m grabbing a to-​go menu, but will definitely come back here to dine in. They have seating for about 50.

Came on Unilocal to find a good Chinese restaurant when I came across them, talk about getting a deal for lunch! $ 5.99 for steamed chicken and broccoli it also came with a soup and noodles. will defiantly be coming back. food was best by far in the area

We’ve ordered two times from here and TWICE the food was bland and tasted old and stale. My wife ordered sesame chicken and it arrived — you guessed it — with no sesame seeds. When we called to address the order, we had to speak with two people, the last of which said, «Oh yeah, we forgot the seeds. We will send someone over» and hung up. 25 minutes later (and the place is 30 seconds from our house) a guy arrived with a small plastic container of raw sesame seeds. By this time, my wife’s combination platter was cold, soggy, and the rice was nearly inedible. Stay away from this place. The food is awful.

Ordered here a handful of times. The food is good, one of the better take-​out places in the area. However, they get my order wrong more often than not. Even having them read the order back does not seem to work. Very frustrating.

Promised delivery in 45 – 60 min. They took an hour and a half, The food was cold and the driver had the nerve to ask for more tip. On top of that the food was bland at best.

Decent Chinese food. Lunch specials include an egg roll or soup and an entrée for almost all under $ 6. Can’t beat that! I tried the wonton soup and all white meat sesame chicken and it came with fried rice. Quick service allows you to make the 1 hour lunch office rule which is a plus!

I’m okay with this place, in fact, a little surprised. They have a super tasty and hefty Singapore noodle with chicken, bbq pork, and shrimp. The spice level is just right and I made 3 meals of it. Chop suey is what it is, nothing special. The rolls are a little skinny on filling with the shrimp toll being a simple cabbage egg roll with a couple canned shrimp in it. I wasn’t super happy with the thick-​doughed, dense fried dumplings though. They are on grub hub and deliver to nearby hotels so I’m invested.

Great local Chineese Food! Very Fresh! Never disappoints! Great egg drop wonton soup, wonton soup, crab rangoon, boneless spareribs, chicken and broccoli, garlic sauce, lo mein, and shrimp with lobster sauce!

Last night was the second time I’ve ordered from Ya Xing. I ordered Steamed Shrimp & Broccoli. Unfortunately, the sauce wasn’t the only thing I got on the side with this order.
Just as I was plating it, I noticed a dark spot on my broccoli. Upon further investigation, I discovered a large insect of some sort. Clearly, it was dead, and had been steamed and prepared as part of my meal.
I guess it’s too much to ask for them to clean their food before cooking it — or maybe they just consider this an a la carte item, I don’t know. Either way, I will never order from this place again — DISGUSTING.
I haven’t contacted the restaurant yet — the only thing I’d be interested in is a refund. I will never eat another thing from there.

I rarely complain on here but I had a pretty shocking experience on here. I ordered food for delivery tonight with my roommate and we got two combination platters, her’s was chicken and broccoli and mine was sesame chicken. Our food came and I decided to call when I saw that they have given us two chicken and broccoli. When I called and explained the situation the woman on the phone said she saw that it was wrong and then goes «can you take it?» I honestly didn’t know what she was talking about and she goes «the chicken and broccoli, can you take it?» She didn’t apologize until I replied «umm I goes?» And she goes «thanks sorry!» And hangs up. I was sitting there puzzled wondering if if I should call back when she calls me again and tells me that the owner told her to offer me a two dollar credit. Not once did they offer to refund me or bring me the right meal. I don’t think I’ll be returning to use that credit.

Like all Chinese restaurants, selection of lunch menu items are large. And like all Chinese restaurants, some of the items are good, some not so good. Anything that has garlic sauce is done well here. But I found their general tso’s chicken to be very doughy, greasy, and sweet. I would also skip their wonton soup as it is very doughy, and what little meat inside is bit gamey.
So I encourage you to go down list, although everybody’s taste is different, their chefs overall do good job with flavoring. Service is great, and staff is friendly. It’s also spacious inside, with ample parking outside.

firs time trying this place today and I am an instant fan. The establishment is perfectly sized with nice décor and comforting atmosphere. I ordered General Tso’s chicken, and it came out fresh and crispy. The price was right, and the egg roll with my meal was excellent. I will definitely be coming back here again soon!

I don’t understand the other reviews. We ordered takeaway yesterday & it was AWFUL. The egg rolls were old tasting. The Lo Mein was very soggy, oily and quite tasteless. Very bad was the «special» eponymous dish billed as coconut shrimp and 3 mix with black bean sauce. Shrimp were rubbery, tasteless & there was no coconut except in a thick milky sauce YUK. The chicken/​beef/​pork in «special» sauce was odd tasting. My husband’s Hunan Chicken was full of fresh veggies, but he had a terrible episode of you know what shortly after he ate. Avoid this place!!! Note that the newer reviews are going down. This restaurant should be avoided like the plague. I’d have given it no stars if that was an option.

The food here is excellent. I usually get the mapo tofu and it is amazing. The food is always delivered quickly and is hot upon arrival. I’ve tried several different dishes here and it always tastes great!
