Great crew. Great service. Yes sometimes they are busy around lunch but that’s because of the large amounts of local businesses who order. Despite that, this JJ’s crew works hard and strives for quality service. They actually care about their customers and can be very personable. If there is a mistake made in an order, it is handled promptly and professionally.

As usual, Jimmy John’s makes great sandwiches. But their ads are all about the «freaky fast» delivery. The Ramsey location (Bunker Lake Blvd and Hwy 47) might deliver fast if you’re parked outside the store, but if you live 6 miles away on major county roads, they don’t deliver at all. In my outer-​ring suburb (Andover/​Anoka/​Ramsey), if you won’t deliver six miles, don’t waste time advertising delivery. Too bad — they’d get more business if they’d live up to the cute commercials and the hype.

I normally love jimmy johns, but stopped going there because of this location. The sandwich has hardly anything on them. If you ask for extra veggie of any kind its not done. We gave them a few chances, but we will not return there.

I love the way Jimmy John’s sandwiches taste, but 9 times out of 10 we get sick an hour after eating the sandwiches. «Freaky Fast Delivery»!!! More like hurry up and wait, we’ll get there when we get there. They usually forget the extras we order as well. If you decide to go here, don’t do delivery and make sure to take some Pepto before you eat. The parking sucks for this location, I think the drivers need white canes on the fenders!
