There are good Subways, and bad Subways, and the difference seems to be entirely a matter of who works where. The people behind the counter at this Subway are engaged, efficient, friendly, attentive — everything you could ask for. I only wish the same could be said of some of their customers, who wait 15 minutes in line(lunchtime), and then when they’re asked what they want, stare slack-jawed at the menu and say«Ummmm …»
