So I usually come here before Hurricanes game for a drink and a bite to eat. Got here at 510, waitress told me 10 minutes later, that she’d be with me in a few minutes. She then took the order of a table of 4 that sat down after me, I was sitting alone. At 525, placed my drink order and got it at 532. I told her at this point that I could not order food due to not having time since I was leaving at 6. I also told her that she took order of table before me despite them sitting down after me. She proceeded to give me a reason that she was only waitress working and was on patio and couldn’t see me in the corner(despite other people sitting 1 table away from me). She then brought my check without even asking if I wanted another drink. Not my best experience.

Finally got around to checking this place out! Went with a group of coworkers and it was pretty dead on a Wednesday evening. There was something for everybody on all of the projectors and I took full advantage of the $ 3 Red Oak drink special. However this was only after I made the mistake of ordering a mixed drink they called«Cheerwine» which featured a local NC spiced rum and tasted like a Christmas candle doused with grenadine. The service was passable, though definitely unnecessarily slow for how few other diners there were. One member of the group ordered just a side of celery and ranch and it took nearly 15 minutes for it to come out. Nobody had any complaints about the food and my side of sweet potato fries were excellent, though they were covered in cinnamon and sugar and would have made a better appetizer or dessert than a side to my french dip sandwich. The to-go bacon cheeseburger I brought home to my boyfriend received rave reviews, so that’s definitely what I’ll be trying next time!

This is one of the few sports bars that appears to have survived the great rescission. We had a great two hours here. The bar is open and airy and has flat screens all around. The wings were excellent and I would highly recommend the Philly burger. There is a nice pool table area, a nice medium sized bar and a huge selection of beer.

Had a marketing social meeting here … as another reviewer stated, it is great for groups! Long tables are perfect, especially if you’re there to watch a sports game. Typical sports bar setting & food items. They have an extensive menu with pizza, appetizers, sandwiches, burgers, wraps, etc. Lots of alcoholic beverages to choose from, too. I had a hard time deciding what to eat. I went with a Philly Cheesesteak sandwich & fries. Since we had a big group, it did take some time for all our food to arrive. I was pleased with my sandwich & fries, it was nothing memorable, though. Our waitress was fantastic & was able to work with us, solo. Props! Plenty of parking, reasonable prices, LOTS of large screens & TVs to catch different sporting events.

Great service, multiple TV’s for sports fans, good food and great beer selection. And thanks to our server Christina, kept glasses full and she was always there at the perfect time. Awesome service

I go here for Patriots home base. The bar staff is staggeringly horrible the manager is just plain militant and rude. The short bartending women who wears a Cowboys jersey at the Patriots home base is always rude and slow. The food is mediocre at best most of the time so miserable that it’s just not worth eating. The tap beer always tastes like the taps have never been cleaned. I would challenge them to prove they have cleaned the lines in the last year! Oh and no nitro beers such as Guinness as they ran out of nitro… a bar that runs out of nitro… hmmmm makes you wonder… the wait staff consists of clueless waitresses who seem to ignore people left right and center, the waiters appear to be those folks who may have recently completed a corresponds course of ignorance and stupidity. The outdoor area is nice which is the only nice thing about this generally junky place. The restrooms are disgusting with not even a dividing wall between men’s urinals and so dirty I feel like I need a shower after washing my hands. I am usually not this critical but it’s just very terrible, best of luck if you go here.

It wasn’t even that the service was bad. Just that i didn’t know my place… found it on Unilocal, karaōke, kool… I’m a fool for songs. So first song upon arrival was John Legend’s, «All of Me,» sung by a rather corpulent angel in in camouflage, so I was like ok, not what I expected but I’m digging it. So I asked the DJ(whoever was working on Nov 27, 2015), if I could sing along, and him, being a nice guy, handed me a mic. Me, ever prideful, sang along, harmonizing beautifully, or so I thought… Shortly after, I was confronted, by the corpulent angel with the invisible body(he was camouflaged…) and he had some… rather rude and racy words with me. To be fair, English is my second language and, in hindsight, some of my later replies could have been inflammatory. But, before those hurtful words came to fore, I tried to apologize and tell him that I didn’t mean to step on his di-song, and offered to salve his wounds with a cool drink, but he kept berating me and telling me that I was a bad person for being borne of my mother. So, I asked if he would like to join me outside for a resounding round of debates, in which we may settle our differences like… Men! HAHA! So we stepped outside, but then, all of a sudden, his friends didn’t want him to debate me?! And promptly pulled him back in… Wut? So I went back in, talked to the management, told them, I didn’t want any trouble, was there to enjoy the good company of the folks there, when I was told,(by their mouths) «sorry,» (But by their eyes) «Git.» So I got. Into a cab, and left. You know, before they realized that their wimmen were gone. Best 1950s race riot simulator evaar. 10⁄10 would riot again. To be fair, the management couldn’t be expected to help a stranger over a regular. I normally wouldn’t even write this if I didn’t feel so strongly about it.

This was my first time ever coming here. I was in town and wanted to watch Ohio State Football. Started yelling to see what was around and all signs pointed to Brickhouse. So… I decided to try it and I loved it. It’s such a great Ohio State Alumni bar right in the middle of Raleigh! Great food, drinks, and prices. I’ll definitely be going back next time I’m in Raleigh!

I’ve only eaten here once but I loved the wings so much I don’t know if I’d get anything else even though it looks good and the people I ate with very much enjoyed it. I ordered the enfuego wings and they were perfectly crispy and topped with a very flavorful spicy sauce. I like that you can add a side order of fries($ 1.50) to your wings. A lot of other places make you order an app size fry for way more than you want to pay. It’s a really neat sports bar with a lot of room. They have pool tables and big projection screens going all over the place, even outside, with every game imaginable on. Parking is really good for Hillsborough st. With a covered garage and large lot outside. Jeff, our waiter and MOD was extremely nice and attentive during our lunch. I’ve been here a few times for other reasons and the bartenders and staff are very nice and friendly.

Great atmosphere for patriots sports fans! The waitresses handle the high volume of customers very well. The food is alright and what I would expect for a sports bar. The pizza is pretty solid. The brickhouse is the place to be for patriots football!

40 beers on tap? Dozens of big screens? The best wings on earth? AND it’s a Patriots bar?! Holy crap. I’m sold.

The burgers were excellent. Quality meat, juicy, and flavorful. I like meat, and the Brickhouse Burger was just right. No frills, just lettuce, tomato, cheddar, and good beef. My wife said her Bootlegger burger was delicious. Great buffalo chicken and mozzarella apps too. And if you like southern style sweet iced tea, this will not disappoint.

Went there Monday 8÷17÷2015 hoping to get dinner & drinks. Inside was permeated by a stench exactly like leaking sewage. We left and went elsewhere. My friends mentioned that it stunk a few days earlier also. Still open for food business, though. Whatever is going on there needs to be fixed if they are going to be preparing food intended for human consumption. It is quite nasty

Just lucked upon the BrickHouse trying to find a place to meet the girlfriend for a beer. First of all what a great nice staff. Chaz and Maddie were great to talk to on a slow night. Sat at the bar and had a couple beers and quesadillas. Nice portion for an App, good flavor. It’s bar food but it was good. Good selection of beers, 30+ on tap. We will return. Friendly place

BrickHouse is great for larger groups, 10 of us came here to watch the US v Germany game and had no problem getting a table. It does tend to get packed later in the evening when kickball is in season. The service was great and so were the drink specials(22oz for the price of a regular on Tuesday’s). They also have a wonderful craft beer selection. Downside: the manger would not turn one of the TV’s to the game because it was beside a TV already playing the game(even though it was not featuring a game and nobody was watching it) so I had to turn my chair to get a better view. And, a few of the screen’s for the projection TV’s seemed to shake due to the ceiling fans being on.

Nice sports bar across from Meredith campus. They have lots of really huge big screen TV’s inside. The burgers are pretty good here. Service was excellent. They have a large outside patio where they allow smoking.

This restaurant is good for groups and late night drinks. The waitresses are nice, but most the the tables are sticky. They have lots of daily drink specials though and live music on occasion!

The food is pretty gross, the service puts in as much effort as this review. If you get stuck here to watch a game get the pizza, it’s passable The wings are OK, but stay away from the jerk chicken sauce. Also I think one of my wings was either undercooked or had a tumor. The garden salad was a plate of brown lettuce with a pale sliver of tomato and a single onion ring. The service doesn’t seem to care about the customers. The big screen had some shitty NFL clip show on it. We had to ask 4 different staff members to change the channel to an actual game. Would hate to have to go back here.

Great outdoor patio area with televisions to enjoy sports. Food is reasonably priced and has always been good. Daily drink specials are great. Pitchers are a great deal at $ 10. LOVE the fried pickles!
