I generally like Taco Bell. The food is consistent. I know what I’m getting everytime. No surprises.
Except for this time. I order thru the app and decided to get a drink. Didn’t have the option of no ice (Ice hurts my fillings and is a rip off. Plus I’m a slow eater and can’t stand watery soda). Didn’t realize it until the girl gave me my cup. I didn’t want to be «that customer «so I chocked it up to the game. I got home and removed the ice myself. There’s less than ¼ a cup of soda after removing the ice. Mind you I had a LARGE DRINK. $ 2 down the drain. :(
On a side note my food tasted as I expected it to.
Next time I will pay separately at the window for my drink.
If you use the app u typically get free stuff so my free Doritos taco made the drink situation hurt a little bit less. I’ll still probably lose sleep.
