This location is not my favorite. Quite possibly because of the sheer number of strollers all the north hills mommies try to fit in here. Not only is it crowded, it’s a poor layout. Even with the new set up its difficult to get around inside. I’ve only been to the bathroom a few times but it’s been clean once that I remember. The employees used to be cheerful but those all moved on leaving some very sour ones. My drink was wrong — had whip when I specially asked for «skinny». The cashier acted moderately peeved at us. Pastry case was not stocked and there were crumbs all over the seating bar. Really prefer the Lassiter Mills location.

The service at this Starbucks was mediocre at best. I get that Starbucks is basically another fast food restaurant but the workers this last Saturday were not happy. Must be a horrible place to work. The actual drinks were typical Starbucks quality (remember 15 years ago when Starbucks was awesome and there wasn’t a lot of them). Both of us used the restrooms while taking a break from walking and shopping. Filthy and disgusting restrooms. Clearly wasn’t cleaned in a few days.

Coffee love in a gorgeous place. Highly recommended, especially with other nearby businesses.
