Horrible. The staff is sooo slow. Waited in line for over 15 mins for a basic coffee… just so disappointing.

Starbucks has great food but it takes at Least 15 minutes to go through the drive-thru… I mean it is ok and all but not worth the money or the time so I says just drink Coke or something for caffeine and avoid the HUGE, LONG wait

I am only giving this place 2 stars because of the temperature. The service is great and the place is clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the drive-thru window never closes. It is my second day in a row at this location and I am wondering why I didn’t bring my ski cap and gloves with me. If their goal is to keep people from not sitting too long then their mission has been accomplished.

It is unacceptable that I can order online with their mobile app 10 mins before I arrive and routinely have to wait an additional 15 minutes for my order when I arrive. The staff is friendly enough but always seem too busy talking to each other to focus on their jobs. Forget going through the drive through, it can take forever Quickest way to get your fix is to park and order inside

This was my first time at this location and it was a nice experience. I ordered a lunch sandwich, which I wish they had a better selection of sandwiches. Normally I would order a frappuccino, but being that I had previously satisfied my coffee fix this morning I settled on just a cup of water. The service was nice, there wasn’t a wait like most Starbucks have, and the food was pretty satisfying. If I am on this side of town again I would definitely stop in for my java fix, but I wouldn’t make a special trip. Overall I was pleased!

It’s Starbucks. The drinks are consistent and good. This place seems to stay busy! I’ll visit again when I’m in the area.

Rude slow service in drive through. Waited 20 min(no I am not exaggerating, I timed it from a text I got when I entered) for a grande pumpkin spice latte. No apology for the wait, no thank you when I paid. Just a straight here is your drink. Employees(man and woman with a hurt leg) talking trash about other customers while I was waiting. Completely unprofessional and pompous in my opinion. Just moved here and will be finding a different place to take my business.

All summer long you can’t sit outside and enjoy a coffee without being bothered by aggressive wasps. Nobody seems to care. There are at least 5 or 6 of them flying around at any given time. You wonder how many times customers ran away from their tables or somebody have been stung by one of these wasps.

I don’t drink anything except brewed or iced coffee at Starbucks. I never really gotten into those $ 5 fru-fru drinks and shit. The coffee is always great and the baristas seem to be nice. The seating is typical. For the most part it’s pretty chill, but on Sundays it can be slammed. The drive through is slow as hell. On a Sunday between 10:00 and 2:00 it’s a drag, but I don’t think it’s the baristas, I think its just 8 people stuffed in a prius like a hot pocket who can’t make up their mind…

My mom ordered a decaf vanilla latte about a month or two ago. We were back in the car on the road when she first tasted it and it tasted like water. When we got home, we called the manager and he said we could come back anytime and get a free decaf vanilla latte. But when we did, the latte tasted the same. Really icky. So my mom has given up ordering vanilla lattes at this Starbucks. When I went to this location a week or so ago and ordered a decaf americano it was watery too. Have been to this location many other times for decaf cappuccinos which have all been good. Relative to Starbucks in general, just had reduced fat turkey cheddar and cage free egg white wheat muffin and it was really tasteless. McDonalds does a better job of egg white sandwich for the same calories. Also relative to Starbucks in general, it would be nice if they had some lower calorie sweets. 340 calories for a croissant with a little bit of dark chocolate seems way high.

Slow drive thru, and often times very messy cups where syrups have spilled over the side. Staff is very polite and, in the area, this is one of the larger Starbucks you’ll find.

I wish I could give this place 5 stars. I give them 3 just because they are Starbucks, and I am fiercely loyal to the brand(for selfish reasons). I avoid this location at all costs! Falls of Meuse and Six Forks are AWESOME!!! …even Creedmoor Rd.

Let’s see, today I got a Grande Extra Hot 6-pump Cinnamon Dolce Latte, a Golden Ginger Ale(you can’t get it everywhere anymore for some reason), and a cup of water. All were good, lol. Can’t go wrong! Love me some Starbucks. This one has a drive-thru so that is always great… I like not having to get out of my car. Happy drinking!!!

I usually go thru the drive thru at this location because it means I’ve been out of my house in a hurry and haven’t had my morning cup of coffee. I got on line and there were quite a few cars in front of me, but the line was moving quickly and I hear a happy voice asking for my coffee order. Then within a few seconds I am at the window and my skinny latte is in my hand, with the same happy voice taking my card for payment. Quick service, happy employee, happy Laura with her latte driving away. Great job Starbucks in Wake Forest.

Okay, so the last 2 times I’ve visited this Starbucks I’ve been very impressed with the service I received. Not only was it a short wait but also the staff was friendly and had a smile on their face. I am gonna give them another chance because sometimes you can’t help it if there is a problem with service. But with the improvement there may be hope.

I’m a big fan of Starbucks, but I try to avoid this one as much as possible. Slowest Starbucks ever. Don’t listen to the«it’s busy» reviews. I’ve been to busier locations that didn’t take this long. It doesn’t matter the time of day or the amount of customers in line, you’re going to wait a while. Plan on it. I was 2 cars behind the speaker, I read all 11 reviews, wrote this one, and I’m now 2 cars behind the window. At 2:40 in the afternoon. Edit: …and then they handed me a frappachino that was very literally dripping from everywhere. I couldn’t even bring it in my window because it was getting all over the place. The guy was not happy about having to wipe it off — not in the fact that he had to do it, but that it was even handed to him that bad.

This is a very popular Starbucks, as it’s the only one in Wake Forest. That being the case, it’s always busy, so if you plan to do more than buy coffee drinks and tea, in order to find a seat, during the week days, you need to show up really early in the AM, or immediately after the morning rush. There are plenty of places to plug in for your laptop and cell phone chargers and plenty of inside and outside seating. It’s conveniently located right across the street from the Marquee Cinema, so it’s the perfect place to hang out if you show up to see a movie and you’re in between showtimes.

This is MYSTARBUCKS, meaning it is the closest one to my house. I avoided it for a while because I didn’t want to go into the movie theatre parking lot to get to it in the mornings, plus it is a super busy one, but now have found that my car turns right off of Capital into it so I really don’t have a choice. The staff is always accomodating and gets it right everytime! The coffee is always hot and despite the prices, which I know is out of the staff’s control, I am a huge fan! I wish they could do something about the parking lot and drive-thru– when it gets crowded it sort of becomes a mess as people are trying to get in and out of Bruegger’s too, but oh well… This past week, I was told that the car in front of me paid for my coffee as a «pay it forward» gesture of kindness. I did the same for the person behind me and I can only hope it continued all day long. Not a bad way to start off your day!

OK, so I don’t usually frequent Starbucks. I’m more of a Caribou Coffee girl when I get the urge to drop $ 4 for a caffeine lightning bolt to my system. However, on a recent very hot and humid July day while tooling around town with my convertible top down, I needed something cold to drink to cool my body temperature back down to 98.6 degrees. And I’d just popped out of another store in the same strip mall where the cash register person didn’t make me feel appreciated, so I was rather bummed when I walked into Starbucks. I quickly forgot that when I stepped in front of the counter for some ice cold sustenance. The guys here were super friendly and made me feel like a million bucks when they remembered and used my name. It may be hard to find, but these guys are very cool if you’re in the area.
