Stay away! We got estimates from 3 companies for replacement windows for our entire house. Kingsford was a little higher, but we thought we were getting the best product/service for our money-WRONG! The salesman was helpful, but the problems started as soon as he left. I realized he miscounted the number of grids for the windows in his estimate. He was supposed to fix it that same day. It never got fixed, I noticed it on my final bill and had to call back. After they fixed that on the bill, I looked more carefully and realized they overcharged me on something else as well and had to call for another correction. But, I’m getting ahead of myself here, let’s get to the heart of the matter. Kingsford’s customer service sucks! Their installers were lazy, cut corners, didn’t meet promises, and the foreman could care less! I finally called to speak to a manager, actually spoke to the owner and found out HE was just as bad as the rest of his crew! They told me install would take 1 day. It ended up taking over a month for them to finish(and the job still wasn’t up to par!). They were late for appointments, measuring appts, installs, then didn’t call or come back at all on some of the days they were supposed to! They came by one day after we told them not to since we would be out of town and left our gate unlocked. We had to call and ask them to come back to caulk since it wasn’t done. Then they said they’d rehang our blinds. They used ONE screw in all the brackets to hang up heavy wooden blinds! I found the remaining screws in the trash! One window had to be reordered since it was wrong, and we were still waiting on it as well as other follow up issues and they had the nerve to call and tell me to pay my bill! I’m sorry, but why would I pay for a job you still haven’t done?! They left a mess, scrap pieces and insulation in the yard, cigarette packs, wrappers, etc. and left materials here. When we finally called them about the materials, we found out the job wasn’t finished, but I don’t think kingsford even realized they until they found the materials piled on the side of my house! They trampled my flowers and completed destroyed a shrub. I addressed all these to the owner and got absolutely no apology/feedback/solutions, which can only lead me to believe he doesn’t care. I spent over $ 10,000, I deserved better. Find another company, I sure wish I had.

Very pricey! But they offer lifetime warranty for their work. Warranty work is prompt. Don’t use if you don’t intend to stay at your home longer than the product’s warranty so find out what products their using and do your own research. Seamless gutters needed to be redone twice.
