I had an experience recently at this location where a piece of metal with one end seemingly cut off at a sharp point had dropped into my McFrappe drink. After speaking to multiple people including the insurance agency, they claim NOFAULT in to which I almost ingested a sharp metal piece by consuming on of their beverages. Whats sad is this all could have been resolved but instead of taking the easy route they decided to deny any problems with their machines. Absolutely disgusting and shameful to not take further care of their customers.

I do not know what the problem is today with fast food joints today but seriously you do not deserve $ 15 an hour when you can’t even get a friggin order correct. Ask for chicken nuggets and you get a chicken sandwich. Totally two different items. What the heck and not just once but twice. Two separate orders at two separate times.

Not that they sell food, but I ran in for a coffee. A woman brought a burger back to the counter because it wasn’t correct. They brought the burger BACK in the kitchen! That ISNOT allowed. I’ve gotten wrong orders at a window and I was told they could NOT take the food back thru the window much less the kitchen. They are afraid of contamination of foreign objects in the food. I mentioned that taking back into the kitchen was against policy. The counter girl just scowled and flipped her head at me. I wonder if I got anything special in my coffee now…

Two things that annoy me when I «walk into» a restaurant. Dirty tables and to go bags. My biggest pet peeve is having 10 tables to choose from and not ONE of them has been cleaned off. Maybe the condition of the tables is indicative of the pigs that work there, but seriously. If a place has consistently dirty tables. I respond by grabbing a handful of napkins and wiping them off as best I can. No, I do not throw them away. My hope is if they notice napkins on the table top, the seats, and the floor that maybe someone will attend to the rest of the dining area. Never seems to work. Secondly, If I’m a walk in and I say for here then you give me a bag and no tray, I will most certainly assume you want and need to clean the tables. Don’t assume when I say«for here» that I don’t want a tray. If you fail to provide me a tray and give me a bag because you don’t like cleaning trays, maybe you like cleaning tables better. I always leave the mess on the table. No, I don’t consider the bag as a convenient trash receptacle for my dining in experience. The line servers or the cashiers need to start getting this right. You may always assume, if I say for here, I want a tray, not a bag. In fact everywhere I go for fast food, if you give me a bag after I say for here, your guaranteed to have a mess at the table. This industry is NOT rocket science. Start thinking. I know owners are challenged for good help these days. But at least put a trainer in as a manager and don’t just teach the superficial elements of the job. Start looking at your service from the customer’s perspective. Stop being lazy or expect me to respond in the same manner in which I’m expected to experience.

The food is always consistently good. I stop here frequently for breakfast and the staff is friendly and quick to take your order and get it to you. What more can you ask for at a Mickey D’s?!!

Ok we all know that Mickey D’s food is very consistant in flavor. This location is constantly cold fries, cold food and ice filled almost to the top of the cup. I mean I know that we are all tight for money but can I get some coke with my ice? It’s pretty sad when your 4 year old says«these fries are yuck! « Not just that, but the service is always mediocre at best. Often the folks in the window are just rude. There are some very nice ones but there is one gentlemen that won’t even turn his head much to look at you or even thank you. The latest blow is now they are charging for sauces. They have it posted on the pick-up window how many sauces you can get with each chicken nugget order. I think there was something on there about ketchup too. Well, I know the last time I went for 3 fries we got like 4 ketch-ups they wanted me to pay for more. I said my kids don’t eat the dipping sauces and they just looked at me with a blank look. I just told them I didn’t want my food. I have the right to know what I am paying for before I get bamboozled at the last window. Bad customer service. I see a repeat of the early 2000’s when Mickey D’s was struggling to make it! BAD service! disappointed in the Golden Arches
